Sleek and attractive KDE Plasma desktop.
My advice is do not go by the attractive front end but look at the back end with plenty of utilities.
Looks are deceptive to say the least.
KDE does not have a repository it is only a desktop not a real distribution.
It does not have even a utility to format a USB let alone a hard disk.
Go and install Debian Gnome and then on top of that one can install any type of desktop (from minimal Flushbox to KDE) and boot them at log in time.
That is my ultimate advice.
