War and Peace 

Let me be forthright from the very outset.

I am writing this as a simple Buddhist who is totally against any war anywhere on this Planet Earth.

Hatred begets hatred.

Loving kindness brings harmony.

In Ceylon we had over 35 years of politica hatred under JRJ (UNP) and Sirimovo (SLFP).

These two parties and their collateral, ruined Ceylon. 

The breakaway offshoot parties from these two parties still carry hatred in Ceylon including LSSP, CP, MEP and JVP.

There are 80 odd registered parties in Ceylon and one is headed by a monk.

According to Buddha monks should not take part in politics or should not give advice to Kings, Queens and Presidents.

The latest in this development are Wira Wansa Associate Conglomerate and Champaka's new party of descent (Hate). 

These two are offshoots of the old JVP lead by Wije (Wira) Weera who started a armed revolution in this country when there was no need for such action

Then there was no racial animosity in existence.

He started hating India to begin with.

It is believed North  Korea was instrumental in creating this party of descent who used killing opponents in broad day light, as a political stunt and tool.

Now, I believe, India created both JVP and DJVP. 

Less I talk about LTTE is better and it was a party of HATE from its origin and it systematically  exterminated, all the other Moderate Tamil Parties.

TNA is the remnant collateral.

I have nothing but admiration for Mr.Sampanthan for his political stamina.

He is no more.

By the way, I do not understand how the Tamil political parties evolved in the North. They were obiviously created in India to begin with.

Muslim parties analogy is simple.

When two dogs fight, the small dog steals the flesh of politics.

Here is the entry point for CIA.

CIA used Indian RAW as its collateral in creating descent in Ceylon just like in Ukraine 

 India hated Ceylon and feared Ceylon would supersede Singapore as a power keg of the Indian Ocean.

USA was eyeing Ceylon as a military base.

I know it as the first hand information by coincidence since,  I protected the satellite in the surgical theater as a piece of surgical equipment not willingly but unknowingly.      

It was hidden as a surgical equipment when the previous doctor in charge was the head of the clinical unit. 

This doctor fled to United Kingdom fearing recrimination from the DJVP.

I was hanging around without a job during trouble times and I gladly filled his place. 

India created DJVP (second RAW creation and the earlier creation was LTTE) in 1988-89 to scuttle the launch of this satellite.

Indira Gandhi was the architect of the first but I am not sure of the second, may be Rajiv Gandhi.

Only difference in Ukraine was it armed the Neo Nazis and Bandera in Ukraine for over a decade (equivalents to JVP and DJVP).

Both Republicans and Democrats without exception helped to create Russophobia.

CIA and MIC (Military industrial Complex) were direct beneficiary but they have now met their nemesis called Russians who withstood Nazis, during the World War II. 

I have sympathy for average Ukrainians who are refugees in Poland and EU countries.

Of course, historically Poland had to stomach spill overs .

Coming to India and Indians they did not provide refugee status to Ceylonese Tamils.

In fact,  there is step brotherly treatment of Tamils of Ceylon but Indians gladly take their dollars.

The typical Political Duplicity of Indians.

Currently, India while buying cheap Russian fuels and selling them back to EU countries 3 times the stock price is asking for a seat in the Security Council.

It is the real Geopolitical Duplicity.

Pakistan and the rest of the neutral countries should oppose double dealing Indians, and there should NOT be a place in the Security Council for India.

China obliterated Tibet.

Dalai Lama is a lame duck. 

China fought two wars with India for a narrow stretch of land and should not be given a seat in the Security Council.

Instead South Africa deserves a place in the Security Council.

WHO is a colossal waste and should be abolished for the reason, allowing CIA to operate lethal viral laboratories in Ukraine to kill President Putin. There would have been over 22 experimental laboratories over there. When war broke out, the first thing Russians did was to take over these facilities with tell tale evidence and WHO is numb and dumb about these experimental laboratories which they have probably authorized, in the first instance.

One need not do anything to resurrect USA and UK personnel who suffer from radioactive injuries that they may have acquired while handling the Depleted Uranium. 

Let the guys/girls who masterminded these operations die of lethal cancers.

France should be allowed to have Nuclear Plants in every city but they should not be allowed to buy Uranium from outside sources, at all. 

They should dig and mine Uranium in France.

Not in West Africa.

No gas and fuel from Russia or any other country to France and UK until all the Depleted Uranium is utilized in the War Zone of their choice. 

Above points are raised to show not only India but all except a few EU countries are Duplicity Giants.

This piece is not complete unless I make some references to Israel and Muslim conflict. 

Both religions are essentially similar, 

God based. 

One branch arise from a legitimate child and other branch from an illegitimate child from same father. 

The father was called Abraham.

Their God, I think was an intermediary by creating another hybrid child for humans and gods. 

I am a guy who believes in, that the God has no relationship to human evolution.

If there was a hybrid child it would have been from an alien species who visited this planet millions of years ago having had sex with an evolving primate species.

By the way, the age of this planet is not 7000 years as according to the Bible and Quran but much more ancient and revising these texts according to at least the Sumerian artifacts, if not scientific is mandatory.

By the way, these two texts have many editions and are constantly changing with time.

Archaeologists and writers are born liars except for a few.

This comment applies to Bagawath Geetha, too.

I have a request for President Putin.

We took 35 years to end our war of attrition and we are totally bankrupt. 

He should end the War (attrition till next Presidential Election in USA is prudent) soon, on his own accord with a Strategic Bomb (ideally no Nuclear and that is how we finished the World War II in Japan). 

But here it is to avoid the World War III which is annihilation of all and sundry, near the border of Poland or on the head quarters of the Military Alliance of the EU, lest Russia too, go bankrupt with Esoteric Missiles of mass destruction.

Otherwise, MAD or Mutually Assured Destruction!

Postscript

Please note I am not in Ceylon currently and if I post this post in a local post I will be categorized as a terrorist.

All Ceylonese are by default born terrorists thanks to our robust constitution.

I think Ceylon should not have a constitution but let our monks deliberate Security Council Debates, on monthly basis in every village in Ceylon and the UNO should fund these rabid monks.

By doing so, (debating security) as rabid dogs,  fighting each other, they will exhaust their inbuilt anger and spent up steam, while the rest of the citizens can exercise their free and democratic rights only in their residential domains, if they possess any of their own but not rented out.

According to proposed amendments to the constitution tenants are terrorists with no legal rights.

In the alternative each monk should be provided with a Steam Deck and Drive with a big overhead TV to play "War Games" in preparation of the Security Council Debates.

By the way, Steam Deck iso was just today. It cannot be installed on a PC.

I have another proposal!

The rent for University Students should be raised by three times the local prices.

By doing so, we can reduce the number entering the Universities drastically and then having more dons than undergraduates in every university that fails to function with perennial strikes.

These perpetual strikes were crrsted by JVPm

The dons themselves can create creativity perpetually without students asking valid questions.

My Political Operations

I was a practical man instrumental in getting rid of Sirima, N.M. and Peter Keinaman out of politics. 

It started when I was an Intern and it matured within 6 years to oust Sirima.

 

Ist Episode

Worked to Rule Campaign 

I was invincible in my work place and I did not behave like a rotten egg, generally speaking, which Labour Union guys are. 

 

I get activated after 9 P.M. when everybody is retiring to bed.

Work to rule campaign was initiated through messages through our telephone system.

 

Plot is hatched over night, without breaking the law of the country and patients were very well looked after by a skeleton staff.

This is not agonist the poor patients but the rotten government.

 

2nd Episode in UK

When I entered UK, 60% of the Doctors were from overseas. 

The majority were from Ceylon. 

We did not have a Union and I closely followed the Labour Union activity in Yorkshire and formed a primitive "Overseas Doctors Association" and got our U.M.T raised within six months.

Then there was a long drawn out action to get 1 in 3 rota.

I never got a 1 in 3 rota for 8 years and by that time I made a firm decision to return home due to many reasons.

 

British doctors were lazy and never did one in two rota at out time.

 

3nd Episode

Ousting Mahinda Rajapaksa

Plan was well executed and guys like Dulles Alahapperuma did not know from where we operated.

 

We even had a skeleton International Staff.

 

That is when he forgot the country and look after only the family and family members.

I do not mind party members left riding up beating the family.

Do not allow the son to rise up.

Let him remain at 10%.

He is a liability worse than Sajith. 

Already an Indian stooge. 

 

4th Episode

In New Zealand

I was getting the salary for three and that actually was very reason for my downfall. 

They could not sack me but reorganized the structure. 

I stuck to my contract but the one who offered me the job lost his post without compensation.

 

New Zealand doctors were the laziest and under Labour Law they never worked beyond 40-44 hours but I did over 82 (almost double) on one week.

I threatened to take legal action unless they keep the contract, I signed with them. 

Only think they could do was not to renew the contract.

 

Two weeks later I was back in Ceylon and of course,  

I did not want my wife to lose her job in Ceylon. 

She had taken only two years unpaid leave and she returned 8 weeks earlier in good time. 

If one loses a job in Ceylon it is very difficult to regain or recover.

 

That is the reality.

5. JRJ

 

I was lucky to be out of this country, for decade when he was in power.

 

I signed his last blood report and said I am signing a dead man's report and left Navaloka and when I reached Ragama by train, I saw the white flags coming up. I did not pay a visit to him and his final few days were supposed to be pathetic.

I was in Ceylon on holiday when his "Kalagedi Selllama" was on display.

Ever since, I hate this mechanism called referendum.

The distortion and ruin he brought to our simple one past the post system cannot be redeemed.

 

One crime of my life was voting for him once before leaving Ceylon. 

 

Of course I was instrumental in getting Sirimavo out.

It was not a "For Vote" but a " Protest vote".

I voluntarily removed my name from the "Voter Register" for over 20 years and renewed it only to get the passport to leave Ceylon for good.

The above piece is to show I had an active service in Ceylon and Abroad.

 

AVL Me and MX Linux.

To begin with I have learned a lot from MX Linux. I do not use it since it hasn't got an attractive Desktop.                              Having said that even CachyOS used its methology with its own curated applications. But CachyOS is modern and attractive.

MX Linux can even beat CachyOS, if its get of this old mentality that it is cayering for low resource computers. 

My Laptop which almost 9 years old is running 8 distributions except MX Linux.

It even has BiG Linux in it which is attractive and modern.

So asa compensation for MX Linux, I am Installing AV Linux Me and installed Enlightenment Desktop.

I have installed KDE, GNOME and Scribus, Blender and Inkscape on it.

It used 17GB of my /root partition and I have 4GB left.

Just shrug your shoulders and take a leaf out of BIG Linux and produce an attractive Desktop like BlueStar Linux has.

This problem is afflicted to Netrunner Linux, too, which used to be one of my favourite. 

Besides, you have Synaptic Package Manager and what is missing in MX Linux.

Try to emulate Windows and STORM the market. 

It is the right time.

That is my Vision for MX Linux.

My Sting at Nawaloka Hospital

There were two reasons, I joined Nawaloka Hospital Administration.

 

Before that I would have a slant on School Cricket of Yesteryear, JVP and Police.

Police First

Our Police Force was good before N. M. Perera and Sirimavo Bandaranayike regime.

 

DIG. C. C. Dissanayake, Sarem and Zoyza were convicted in 1962 of a coup to overthrow the government. I believe Catholic Church was behind this SAGA but things were hushed up.

By the time P. B. Herath became the DIG under Senior Premadasa, police was degraded to a very bad state.

Cricket Second 

T. B. Kelegamuva, G. S. Ratnanayake and S.U. Mendis (joined Air Force) were former cricketers who made Police Serviceman worth remembering.

JVP poisoning me at Undugoda Hospital

 

At Undugods we had a police officer (O.I.C) demoted for assaulting a  sitting MP. 

I think his name is N. P. Navarastne of ??

He had another case pinned on him murdering a local thug in Kegalle with the help of the School Inspector, Grama Niladhari and few others. 

This place was not under my jurisdiction and I was given summons which I could not refuse since others who were senior refused on flimsy grounds.

 

My first mission was another murder where army officer committing suicide after killing his wife and children. 

I reported sick on this occasion.

 

Well, I said OK but after I finish my clinical work and only after 4.30PM.

 

Well he is dead he can wait was my attitude.

 

The ploy was to send my PM assistant to the site and do the preliminary spy investigation. 

He told me it is blue murder.

 

Police wanted it to be accidental but I made it to be open verdict by my presentation in Magistrate Courts.

This officer came to meet me in the University to change my stance.

I told him if you see me again on this issue I am. going to make a formal complaint to the DIG. 

I never saw him again.

This preamble is to show how fed up, I was with the Department of Health.

I was finding a way to scoot off from Health.

The Undugoda Hospital was one which was occupied by the JVP for their injured carders. 

It was secured by police after a fierce fight. 

 

The first senior Tamil doctor left for his wedding and never returned.

The hospital had 100 beds and there were nearly 200 working staff. 
One per each bed and considering two shifts day and night.

The best ratio of the Entire World.

99% of the staff were JVP carder.

 

Their ploy was to bring bring fear to me and chase me out of the hospital.

Chief Clerk was a rogue and a money lender from Hospital cash.

I caught him first.

The Marketing Department Supply officer was another crook.

Dispenser cashed one rupee for every prescription.

Only the young pharmacist who was a Tamil I could trust and kept a proper record.

Two Assistants

One Tamil RMP senior enough to call my father.

One AMP a Muslim guy.

Both had a rollicking Private Practice.

It was corrupt to the CORE.

 

My first appointment.

My mission was to leave this place soon before I was murdered.

 

1. First they put a rotten rat in to the overhead water tank. 

I got them to clean them until 3AM. 

 

2. Threatened me with a Chris knife.

I had enough witnesses.

He was sent off. I made sure he did not do that again until he kneel  down on me and apologize.

 

3. (a) Then they put poison in my food.

I survived with one month medical leave. 

This is after I had leave for Chickenpox infection. I had hardly any time for clinical work.

I got  my own cook and guard one and the same guy.

I got police squad to the a Police Squad to visit me on false pretext.

The guy who allegedly assaulted sitting MP Navaratne Banda of Minipe was transferred to a different location after the above incident and a guy who was in a Private Police Guard for Sirimavo Bandaranayake was sent as acting O. I. C.

I got advice from Daniel in Ratnapura Hospital, Chief atte4ndant where I did my Internship.

I was poisoned three times.

 

3. (b) Second one I detected after the first mouthful and investigated and made sure that she did not stay in my neighborhood. 

 

3. (c) Third time was in a private nursing home 

Nursing officer was caught and sacked. 

 

 

Do not trust these good looking nurses.

read Murder in the N.H.S. where one of my senior friends in UK was falsely accused.

 

I was not poisoned at Navaloka Hospital since except for a cup of tea at the director's executive lounge I did not eat there.

Continue on Undugo Hospital, I had a another strategy. This was the time Jaffna was rampant with Cholera epidemic. I got a Guy who visted Jaffna admitted with diarrhoea. 

I confimed it as Cholera.

Hospital was quranteened with only hospital staff and diarrhoea patients were admitted. It was an opportunity for me to teach the entire staff according to the WHO protocol.

I was a headache for S. H. S.

I used to visit him after court attendance. He said you have many complaints.

Are there any documented complaints?

So put those "JVP  කැලා පත්තර" to the dustbin and release me to the University on Seconded Service.

By this time, I secured a post in the University. Not one but several. 

The DHS then did not release me on flimsy grounds. Nobody wanted to take my place. By this time I had few informants from COLOMBO office. I used to get who is on Duty and specially acting secretary. He was a slimy guy. I went to him and said please do not send me to Department of Patholgy. I have to do filthy postmortems. Beside the professor is a nasty guy. He said come in 2 weeks. He got the letter signed by the DHS. 

I said thank You, Sir.

He wanted the doctors say thank in front of his subordinates.

Then my leave after 6 years serving the University on NO PAY Leave was due.

This was deliberately delayed.

I said I am already released and if you do not appoint me to Colombo General Hospital, I am buying a ticket to UK and leaving for good.

While this going on I made an appointment with the Permanant Secretary of the Health. He was a smart guy. 

One Dr. P. D. Silva (I am not sure).

He called the DHS and ordered him to apppont me to Colombo, General by 3PM.

He had many other complaints and I guess he was sacked subsequently.

I would continue this later.

I got to test Steam OS now. Steam OS stinks. It cannot be installed on a PC. They Valve guys are getting scared. Lot of Linux Game OSes are coming to the forefront.

Navaloka Hospital 

When, I joined as an administrator cum a duty officer of the laboratory, it was stingy mess.

Earlier I said I had two reasons.One to see how a private nursimg home works

Two to institute a Quality Control procedure so that Navoloka, is the first to get the National Quality Award.

Somehow, Chandrika Kumaranatunge got whiff of me and sent a note to me through a guy from Nittambuwa. 

To built and operation a Co oP Hospitals. 

I said 9 months only and accomplish that and immediately after joined the University on Permanent basis. All these time I was doing Temporary or Seconded services. 

I also said until the salary scale is above the private sector I would not join. I quietly put a word to Chandrika but she wouldn't budge.

Of course, we had to organize a work to rule under Mahinda Rajapaksa and he acceded.

Undugoda Hospital

 

Since politics is not interesting, I would insinuate this true story.

This story I have not stated here before.

I have agrophobia or fear of snakes which is long standing. 

I have even killed a tiny cobra under my bed with a ruler. 

I was only 3 years of age.

 

That would have been the reason for ongoing fear of snakes.

My first job as an Acting District Medical Officer was in Kegalle Province. 

It was called Undugoda Hospital and was occupied by JVP during 1973 insurrection.

The quarters was not occupied by a Resident Officer for a long time and was infested with lot of rats.

 

Low be hold!

A King Cobras did decide to reside on the roof of the quarters. 

It was not of  high roof but I could not locate its residential area after a week of inspection. This Cobra was very crafty and it did know where to hide. 

In the meantime, all the hospital staff said that this snake was nasty. 

Their plan was for me to commute daily from Kandy and without a car it was not a reasonable ploy.

I decided to stay put and bought a powerful torch. My bed was a high hospital bed. There was no problem at day time and this Cobra appears only after night, around 7PM.

I do a roof survey before alighting from the bed several times but never could locate the Cobra. 

The moment I step out of the bed I hear the noise of the Cobra alighting from the roof.

 

Now I know cobras do not hear but have a powerful proprioception up to 18 to 20 feet and they keep this distance by default and away from humans.

This is not true of young cobras and they are as poisonous as adults.

In the first few days I used to step across it's belly in the verandah.

I used to delay my exit from the verandah and then I see it crossing in front of me in the open yard.

This Cobra counted every step of me but never intended to harm me.

The Cobra was always ahead of me and never after.

After two weeks I settled down and hospital staff knew I was not going to leave.

 

The hospital staff tried several other intimidatory tactics but all failed and a few of them got transferred out the hospital. 

 

That was the only way, the Superintendent of Health Service could keep me in the station.

It lasted only 7 months and I used to see this Cobra daily but never a hint of harm but cohabitation in real style with rat problem solved without rat poison.

I left the hospital, telling the staff never to harm this King Cobra.

 

During the latter stages of my life I have had several Cobra Episodes.

Now with the election campaign fully on we would see real Human Cobras in action twisting and turning lies after lies. 

Swallow them with care.

I was lucky to be seconded to the University from where I did not migrate except to Colombo General Hospital.

Then abroad.

Then Private Sector.

Then University again until retirement.
