In fact, I avoid it by default.
Meditation is only an entry point to Wisdom.
I was one who wasted my time on knowledge.
Knowledge exposed in physics is only 15%. One cannot gather that information of physics by meditation.
Mathematics may help to a certain point but quantum physics is beyond mathematics.
It needs different jargon.
65% of the rest is dark matter and dark energy. 20% is unknown and that unknown part is glimpsed only by Buddhas. That knowledge is not relevant to the Path ENTRY and was never discussed by Buddhas.
In biology 40% is unknown.
30% is hereditary.
30% is induced or environmental factors.
Pattern is similar but percentages are different.
20% to 30% that is glimpsed by Buddhas is called the Wisdom ENTRY which we are unable to grasp.
What we can grasp nclude:
Kamma Niyama.
Dhamna Niyams.
Utu Niyama
Bija Niyama
Those four princples drive the pattern of Rebirth. Rebirth is enwrapped in "Uncertainty Principle".
One cannot determine what is going to be the next birth.
Glimpse of it or "Gati Nimitta" is seen at the time of leaving the present birth.
That is the essence and there is no "Maha Brahma" who determines the fate of living beings.
This process is automatic and determined by the "Mind Principle" which I have not fathomed.
The meditators including Darrel Anka are ones who make a mess out of this whole Mind Principle SAGA.
Those who try to becomes Sages other than Buddha are like blind leading the blind.
The beginning point is to see that our eyes have a very narrow spectrum but our mind has a wide spectrum.
Dhamma is the part that evade us.
Uncertainty Principle propels it.
Dukka in my understanding is a wrong connotation of Buddha's Teaching, most likely brought in by Indian Niganntayans.
Unsatisfactoryness is a better term.
What is uncertain, including REBIRTH by nature is unsatisfactory.
It is only a label but not a sign of wisdom but in essence an academic entity.
PATH and path ENTRY is the Way of Dhamma.
Only the wise enter the path.
Ones who has entered the path never declares that fact but look forward to the next entry point. Moment one enters the path one tends to become non delusionary.
Delusion is a major hindrance to path ENTRY.
Moment, one realizes the Teacher or the Master is in "Delusionary State" just quit the guy or girl and become FREE again.
Darrel Anka by narure is a nice guy with a better vocabulary than me. I like him but never follow him or understand what he is trying to say.
I take him as a model for point of reflection.
I am a guy with sound understanding of principles, not formula, of physics and the Universe is only a mystery to me. Understanding it does not make me smarter but a guy enwrapped in mystery solving until another guy disproves me with another theory or thesis to be disproved by yet another guy.
