40% of the time Victims are Wrongly Convicted

This my scientific estimate as a Pathologist. When, I do a Postmortem Examination, I do a thorough historical research before taking my surgical blade to dissect. The surgical blade has to go through the skin considering the circumstances

Presumptions are
Natural Cause
Accident Cause
Blue Murder
But now I put another category
Unknown is that 40%.
Other 60% can be accommodated within the above 3 causes.

I think Forensic Pathologists also have the dame dilemma but they are expected to make a sound judgement less wrong one is convicted. Forensic Pathologist has to present the probable causes and he is not expected to make any judgement. It is the judge who makes the final judgement he or she can have a jury to deliberate.

I personally have no confidence on the jury since some professionals, lawyers and doctors are deliberately excluded. People gone bankrupt are included in the exclusive. The guys who sits there are considered commoners and able to make a fair judgement.

All these factors make me to stick to 40% WRONG JUDGEMENT.
Fallosies can creep in at many levels.

At the Initial collabotive evidence where the one who gives the evidence has already made his or het opinion. In other words they are bised.

Police officers who record the evidence are not exoected to twists in recording the evidence but invariably they make subconscious attempt to fit the 3 levels. My 4th level is not in their mind.

Presecutor or the lawyers presenting the case (for or agaist the victim) also twist the evidence.

Fourthly and inevitably the judges have to make a decision based on above fallible stages. I am not happy with 3 judges but prefer the Buddhist convection on Sangha decision by 5. Seven does not make any headway and 10 is wasting resources.

But 20 is my biological indicator where if one sees 20 biological items linked it is designated arbitrarily by me as a biological hotspot. In that sence our rooftop garden was a Biological Hotspot at least for Water Plants since I collected them over 15 years and cared for them at least on weekly basis.
I wanted to make a biological hotspot for orchids (Orchid House) but could not finish the task since I decided to move away from CEYLON on reasons which I do not want to mention except guys like Nirmal Ranjith is distorting our ribust political history.
I consider him a pest in current circumstances. He has not read the oruginals in German, French or English.
That is why Buddhist monks are expected to know at least 6 languages. Thotagamuve Sri Rahula knew six Indian languages and he was evicted due to his poems.
He is nowhere when comparee to late Kumar David. I guess he has never read des captial by Karl Marx.

My Linux Choices

1. Number one is Debian GNOME Forly Edition. I have two instances, one for regular use amd the other for experimentation. It supports Synaptic Package Manager and Blender is missing

2. Number two is REBORN OS which has the best GRUB Utilty. ARCH is completly a different experience. CachyOS OS is on top of www.distrowatch.com ranking. It uses one application for one purpose and no duplications and efficiency is its core Vision. It can live with Debian but not with REBORN OS, BlueStar Linux and Endeavor OS. BlueStar has the most beautiful KDE Desktop and Endeavor OS is minimal.

3. Number three is Linux Mint and is based on UBUNTU. It has its own Repository.

4. Number four is GNOPPIX which is based on KDE and has Synaptic Package Manager which is a plud point. GNOME can be installed on top of it.

5. Number five is BigLinux.
It comed from Brazil and haf problem eith GRUB. That is ironed out.
I am new to it and it has multiple Desktop arrangements. It had its own Repository.
Installation of additional applications is finiky.

6. Pearl Linux and Elive did not make it, since, they are based on older Kernels. Both have beautiful intuitive Desktops. Their migration to new Kernel is not visible.

7. Emmabantus did not make it.

8. UBUNTU did not make it.

9. Elementary OS did not make it.

10. MX Linux did not make it.

11. KDE modifications such as KaOS and Nitrux did not make it due many reasons.
