Blend OS is Beautiful
Blend OS is a new concept of immutable desktop with application.
It is not based on any particular distribution but a blend of good ideas from several established distributions.
I like the concept.
I hate distributions that try to be self contained.
One does not need to install but try on Box Utility of Gnome desktop.
Garuda Linux
Garuda Linux has everything, the Good, Bad and the Ugly.
It is live but getting to Live Session was circuitous.
It spring into action to install instead of giving a preview at a live session.
That is the ugly part.
Bad part is it cannot configure the WiFi.
Its Desktop is ugly to say the please and it will put off any newbie by default.
Application list is a big clutter.
It is arch based which is minimal and good.
I will not use it but Erase the USB, henceforth.

Today is my mothers Birthday.
1. In memory of her I have published the a book "Buddhism Made Simple", For a Western Audience.
In Couple of days it will appear on Amazon.
2. I have published (on the same day) My "Selection on Linux Distributions" too.
3. Asoka's Poems ad Verses and Introductory Lessons in Linux are already available online (if you type my Name and the Title having searched Amazon and Books, you will see the cover pages and first 10 pages of them)
4. It is time for somebody to write a review.
Second Good News is I would like to invite you for a Guest Lecture for New Entrants-Dental.
I have a slot for you on the 20th of Thursday, October 2011.
I am going to accommodate only one lecture and that is reserved for you.
We could not fix the lecture last time.
I would prefer you talking on Elephants on 4 legs and it will give some strength to Elephants on 2 legs.
Third Good News is I am going to resign from (E.L.T.U) The English Unit.
The Joker Minister is ruining the minds of young entrants.
Fourth Good News is that I will not give anything to the University, i.e. Intellectual Property from now onward, until political interference is stopped by Mediocre Jokers in the Pack and everything will appear web for public consumption.
Mauna Linux has a few media Media Tools.
It has a cinnamon desktop which is attractive.
It has Pulse audio and VLC and nothing more.
It comes from Portugal.
Connects to WiFi effortlessly.
It is Debain based and use Calamara Installer which is becoming the standard of Debian based distributions.
By the way, Google think I am Portugese and highlight all the English words and gives portugese words.
I wish they give me Russian trnslation!
Tails Linux
Tails has produced both CD/Virtual image and USB Image.
Tails, or "The Amnesic Incognito Live System", is a security-focused Debian-based Linux distribution aimed at preserving Internet privacy and anonymity.
Tails means Total Amnesia in a Linux System!
