From it confined enclosure
Into public domain
Whether it is relevant or not
The concept that he develops
Are contemporary in content
In time, space and person
So he can wear the hat freed
From constraints
With colourful feathers adorning
It fringes
But the scientist
Who has a hat collection of facts
Cannot wear it
On a sunny day
Unless he decides
To drop all his
Concepts into
The public or
Dustbin or Domain
