Installing Debian Junior Packages

It is long time since, I revisited Debian Junior.
It came as Live Image.
No installation was possible in spite of lot of junior games.
I gave up and completely forgot about it.
There still an Iso Image available with Debian 13.6.0.
But no installation.
Instead one can install application by application and the total applications exceeds 9.5GB.
So I installed few of the packages amounting to 2GB.
I am busy now but I would revisit soon when my book publication is over.

This is a big oversight on my part.

There are lot of Child Friendly CODING applications.
There is a ton of applications and I installed 36 of them.
They included;
Inkscape
Karbon
Stellaium
Audio application I used during 32 bit Era.

Currently I am. Interested in IceWM and Enlightenment Desktop features.

Debian Junior was ported on IceWM.

I tried them on my Bookworm Instance of Debian.
That was the time I was much interested in IceWM and Debian Junior.

Currently it is Enlivenment Window Manager since it has more features than big and boasted KDE Desktop which I hate except BlueStar Linux and BIG Linux KDE.

Linux Media Players I have Used

1. Handbrake
2. Amarok
3. Audacity
4. Audacious
5. Ardour
6. VLC
7. Clementine
8. Strawberry
9. Xine
10. Juk
11. Dragon Player
12. MPV Media Player
13. SMP Player
14. DeadBeaf

I hate the combined and composite Media Players Kodi, KDEn Player and OBS that killed the original Linux Media Players.

My Life Proves Rebirth

My simple talents in physics is enormous.

Modern physics is only 5% was my estimate at a very young age.

At the 'O' Level Examination the chart to plot a particular problem was not avaible as per the phyicis paper.
I quickly made a chart of my own using the crossed paper.
I ended up getting a dintinction in physics.
Only distinction in my class.
At the University Entrance Examination, Sound Practical was the most difficult.
That is getting the correct frequency.
I used paper jumpers and got all positions round. I looked around to see others and waited until few did showed the results to the examiners. Of course I did tune in with my ears, too.
I passed but I do not know about others.
This is under Professor Osmond Jayaratne which I had high regards.
I spoke only in Sinhala but pretended that I did not know English.
I answered Physics and Chemistry in English but Botany and Zoology's were answered in Sinhala interspersed with English where appropriate to get the flow correct.

The rest of the eneegy is enormous.

The  dark energy rules the world was my conviction.

I did not pursue physics as a career.
I would not have any friends if I did pursue physics was my conviction.

I would have been like Professor Osmand Jayaratne would become a loner in twilight years.

These ideas would not have not come from a single life, is my bone of contention.

These were contemplated in my previous lives and I would have been bored to death in previous lives of physics.

So I went for a new field in this life.

That is Medicine and my comprehension of medicine is superficial, to say the least.
This is compared to some of my batch mates.

By the way, I could get to quick diagnosis both in logical and not logicsl ways.
Some of them were boringly simple.
None did excite me.
Most my seniors thought I was guessing.
Then, I tell them the stepwise logical testing procedure and say you would still get the same answer. Then they started trusting me. I did not last even 10 years in UK.
Only 2 years in New Zealand.

Having said that my exploration of Linux desktop from one of only 34 candidates globally (early 2000) in the beginning of Linux is simply unexplained.

It is now 5% and my wish is to push it to 10%. It is a goal achievable.

I just fiddled with Enlightenment Desktop and IceWM on Debian GNOME.
I have now settled down to 3 Debian Forky instances.
I have CachyOs and Reborn OS but won't use them as daily drivers.

By the way, BlueStar Linux is the best KDE dedktop and I have two instsnces.

I am going to finish my books.

I did not format my home directories and all of my last editions of unfinished books are there, fresh as new.

Altogether 38 partitions.
I am not going to test any new distributions.

None can beat GNOME.

I can now prove all KDE Desktops including KADER42 and VailLinux are simply bulky and add nothing more to Linux desktops.

Enlightenment Desktop is more intuitive and always ready for customization.

It is MX Linux based and I really like AVL MXe Moksha Linux.

By the way, all the iso images neatly 20 are saved on my hard disk to run if I get bored up with my books.

Update Revision of Debian Forky Version

I have made a few mistakes when installing Debian Forky Testing Image.
Since this is the Testing Version frequent updates are mandatory.
It can be installed in a minimum of 12.7GB but if the /root is only 15GB there is only 2.3GB left in the /root partion for the update image. This is not enough. It may not work after first update even if you have installed minimum set of applications. After first update I had only 1.5GB space left. Even if I install only GNOME my minimum spare space is 2GB.
My current recommendation is twice as much of 25.5GB for updating to go on for 6 months or more.
The minimum of 15GB is OK for Trixie which is now almost FROZEN at 13.6.0.
I have Trixie and Bookworm installed on my NUC.

I do not recon 10 (Buster) and 11 (Bullseye) since they are not WiFi compatible and can be used only  with Ethernet Connection.
Regarding SWAP I use as much as the RAM but I have several (4 SWAP partitions for the 4 Debian instances).
I have said Good Bye to Reborn OS and CachyOS and use only BlueStar Linux.
I have 3 insancee of BlueStar Linux Desktop, Desktop Pro and and Developer.

If you do not have a fast Interest you may use the basic and install Desktop later.bI did that in Ceylon.
