Linux penetration of the Desktop PC

It looks like Linux has reached my target of 10% already and AI (server domain) which is a derivative of Linux itself is shy to accept this fact.

No Linux guy visits my blog post and only when I post a political piece that it hits over 4K. That is the reality. I just posted a political piece naming all the big political big shots. I would report, in a few days.

Linux penetration of the Desktop PC (AI Generated)

As of July 2024, Linux had a 4.45% share of the global desktop operating system market. This is an increase from 3.12% in July 2023.

Explanation
Microsoft Windows is the most widely used operating system for desktop computers and laptops, with a share of 73%.
Apple's macOS is the second most popular operating system, with a share of 14%.
Google's ChromeOS is the fourth most popular operating system, with a share of 1.9%.

The remaining 6.4% of the market is unknown, but is thought to be Linux.

Linux is an open-source operating system that runs on a variety of computer architectures, including mobile phones and supercomputers.
Because it's open source, developers can quickly update the code to improve security
