History Repeats

History Repeats
On Feb. 14, 1979, less than one month after the shah of Iran’s exile, the U.S. Embassy in Tehran was overrun by Iranian militants.
Within hours, it was returned to U.S. hands. Now on notice that our diplomats were stationed on a vulnerable outpost in a sea of anti-Americanism, the Carter administration considered, but rejected, closing the embassy. In October, President Carter permitted the shah – despised by Iranians and the regime that replaced his – to enter the United States. Days later, Iranians climbed the embassy gates again, took the Americans there hostage and demanded the shah’s return, beginning a 444-day crisis.
There are no do-overs in history, but there are lessons.
The 1979 hostage crisis should have taught us the importance of proactively responding to obvious threats and removing vulnerable targets — a lesson that should be applied now if there are U.S. nuclear weapons based in Turkey.

After a faction within the Turkish military tried to overthrow the Turkish government last month, one of the many arrested for his alleged role in the attempted coup was a commanding officer at the Incirlik Air Base. That base — according to numerous media reports — is a major NATO installation hosting one of the largest stockpiles of nuclear weapons in Europe.
What if the Turkish base commander at Incirlik had ordered his troops surrounding the perimeter of the base to turn their guns on the U.S. soldiers that reportedly guard U.S. nuclear storage bunkers there?
What if anti-American Turkish protesters, believing the U.S. was behind the coup plot and that it was harboring the coup’s leader (ominously reminiscent of how Iranians felt about America and the shah 37 years ago) decided to march on Incirlik chanting anti-American and anti-Israeli slogans (as has actually happened) and taken over the base?
Leaving aside the coup, what if Islamic State were to attack Incirlik?

In March, the Pentagon reportedly ordered military families out of southern Turkey, primarily from Incirlik, due to terrorism-related security concerns.

While we’ve avoided disaster so far, we have ample evidence that the security of U.S. nuclear weapons stored in Turkey can change literally overnight.

Now fully aware of the dangers, the Obama administration should remove any remaining nuclear weapons from Turkey – and the next president should remove all U.S. nuclear weapons from Europe.
We are in for a long stretch of political uncertainty in Turkey, exacerbated by growing anti-Americanism.
Granted, as one American analyst has pointed out, any U.S. nuclear weapons stored in Turkey “would be defended by ferociously well-trained and well-equipped American troops.
Maintaining control of the weapons would be the top priority if seizure was ever threatened, with all of America’s military power put to the task.”

Well, if that’s the case being made to President Obama, he should ask:
Why would I or any American president take that risk?
We are in for a long stretch of political uncertainty in Turkey, exacerbated by growing anti-Americanism.
Any U.S. nuclear weapons stored there are more likely to complicate than to improve the domestic political currents in play. The U.S. will (and should) remain a strong ally and friend of Turkey, and Turkey will (and should) remain in NATO.
It is shared interests, not nuclear sharing, that will keep us together.
Nuclear deterrence does not require the U.S. to store nuclear bombs in Turkey, or elsewhere in Europe.
The U.S. has long-range “strategic” nuclear weapons to ward off hostile powers and guarantee the security of all NATO allies.
But since the end of the Cold War, most military leaders believe that our short-range “tactical” nuclear weapons based in Europe have virtually no utility, for the simple reason that no U.S. president is likely to use them.
Some may argue that we should not remove nuclear weapons from Turkey because we don’t want to signal lack of confidence in Turkey’s stability; or that we need tactical weapons throughout Europe because we need to bolster NATO members who are worried about Russia.
Now weigh those arguments against the fact that storing tactical nuclear weapons in Turkey and in other NATO nations comes with the increasing risk of vulnerability to an evolving and more deadly terrorist threat, or to domestic unrest. In the wake of an incident at a nuclear storage site — for which the U.S. would be held accountable and suffer long-term consequences with allies — it would be difficult to explain that vulnerable targets were left in place due to a perceived need to reassure our allies.
As was the case in 1979, the warning bells are ringing.
Steve Andreasen was the director for defense policy and arms control on the White House National Security Council staff from 1993 to 2001. He is a consultant to the Nuclear Threat Initiative in Washington, D.C., and teaches at the University of Minnesota’s Humphrey School of Public Affairs.

How can we solve climate change?

How can we solve climate change?
One option is obvious, if a bit strange: If dumping carbon dioxide into the atmosphere is the problem, then we could always suck it back out.
If you think that sounds tricky, congratulations, you're correct. However, scientists are increasingly relying on just this idea to construct workable future scenarios where global warming does not spin out of control. And the reason is that governments around the world have not been remotely equal to the task of keeping overall warming below 2 degrees Celsius, the level at which climate change becomes unacceptably risky according to the international Paris climate accords.
As a result, scientists crunching the numbers on how humanity might achieve this goal are increasingly leaning on outlandish assumptions about pulling billions of tons of carbon dioxide out of the atmosphere. The math checks out — but the science is not guaranteed to work, and it would be a lot easier to just implement proper climate policy right now.
Here's the basic shape of climate change. In order to stay below 2 degrees, humanity can emit a sum total of roughly 1 trillion tonnes of carbon dioxide for all time. Emissions in 2014 were about 32 billion tonnes. We're headed towards that limit at high speed — so to stay below it (without pulling anything out of the air) humanity must cut its emissions very fast, very soon.
Now, world emissions may have actually declined slightly in 2015 — an encouraging sign, but a temporary one. Renewable energy has been advancing fast, but it's massive structural change and economic chaos in China alone that is responsible for the decline, not any sort of worldwide systematic attack on use of fossil fuels. What's more, developing countries — particularly India — are projected to emit a lot more as their economies grow. As I noted two years ago, even if 2014 were to be a permanent emissions peak, staying under 2 degrees would require a crash course of decarbonization never seen in history outside of economic collapse.
So the only escape hatch is to pull carbon dioxide out of the atmosphere. In a new paper in Geophysical Research Letters, Benjamin M. Sanderson, Brian O'Neill, and Claudia Tibaldi examined what it would take to achieve the targets contained in the Paris climate accords — and most of their plausible future scenarios involve a years-long period of immense carbon dioxide removal. One plausible scenario for this involves biofuels (which would grow by pulling carbon out of the air, like any plant), and then sequestering the emissions far underground after the fuel is burned.
Staying under 2 degrees can happen if we get to net zero emissions on a fairly moderate course by 2085, for example — but it would require a long-term effort taking some 26 billion tonnes of carbon dioxide out of the atmosphere every year.
This sort of thinking is becoming more and more common as climate policy remains woefully insufficient. A pseudonymous scientist notes:
What I think is interesting is that negative emissions and temperature overshoots seem to now [be] becoming part of the narrative. One obvious reason for this is that we’re on the verge of leaving it too late to achieve these targets without them. We could still do so, but it would probably require drastic emissions reductions starting now... [And Then There's PhysiHow can we solve climate change? If we procrastinate much longer, it's going to be nearly impossible to stay under that 2 degree limit. Meanwhile, climate change itself marches on.
The last year has shattered temperature records across the globe, and seen multiple disasters of the sort predicted by climate models.
The most powerful El Niño ever recorded has caused the worst recorded instance of coral bleaching, particularly hammering Australia's Great Barrier Reef and the Maldives. Roads are buckling across Alaska as permafrost melts. Record heat in Siberia led to an anthrax outbreak among humans and reindeer.
The politics of climate change always seem tough. But it should be noted that it will be vastly easier to head the problem off now than it will be to fix it after we've let it fester for another couple decades. Carbon dioxide emissions are the product of several gigantic industries today. Creating a brand new industry to reverse the damage of other massive industries will be a terrifically expensive logistical nightmare.
And there's also no guarantee that it will work on the scale required! Technologies to scrub carbon from the atmosphere are still in the early development stage. Historically, human ingenuity has solved such problems — but there's no guarantee it will happen, especially if it needs to be done very fast. It's completely possible we'll run into unsolvable technical bottlenecks, and be forced to rely on hugely risky Hail Mary geoengineering efforts like partially blotting out the sun with sulfur dioxide.
Don't think of technology predictions 70 years out as a promise. Acting to prevent climate change as soon as possible is always going to be the smart move.

Planet and Plans

Planet and Plans

I have written an enormous amount of scientific stuff (not proclamations but predictions) over the past 15 years, it is prudent to summarize few facts without figures.

Figures can be manipulated or changed or doctored by American and British scientific forums but facts emerging are worrisome.

1. Global warming is happening alarmingly fast and it cannot be reversed.

2. The scientists knew this from early sixties but under pressure by “fossil fuel lobby” and BP reality was kept under their iron thumb.

3. The agreement on “fossil fuel protocol" was deliberately delayed by USA.

4. Sixth mass extinction is well underway.

5. Strangely aliens (strictly humanoids) have visited us to warn on other issues but Americans suppressed the information for 70 years.

6. The Vatican was preview to most of this information and kept it in their archives for posterity.

7. I am not sure what was the status of Israel (proxy) on all these issues but their priority was water.

This is written with alien visitation in mind and I try to make prediction not so outrageous.

In spite of many planets in the universe humanoids are very few.

Their (humanoid) evolution goes into billion of years but earth is the youngest of all.

Why?

I do not know but my observations (not scientific by any means) are a forerunner for future investigations with the help of alien technology.

Earth is the only planet with abundance of water in the whole universe.

The abundance of biodiversity (not god's creation by the way) is not seen anywhere in the whole universe.

That the my crunch point of view.

We are polluting of our water resources including the ocean.

All industrial countries are dumping their waste from faeces to lead to mercury to nuclear waste to the ocean.

In time to come biodiversity (including fish) in the ocean will disappear.

Eating sea fish will be poisonous.

Nuclear industry with few more accidents will tip the balance of nature.

The sixth extinction is man made catastrophe.

The seventh extinction is man made but final.

The five or so humanoid who are trying to contact us want to help us come out of this crisis.

But we are not ready for galactic brotherhood or corporation due to bizarre religions.

The cosmic rules prevent from worthwhile dialogue unless we lift our mental agility (one may cal lit spiritual ability).

My biggest and the real fear is aliens who are not humanoids are with the American Scientists to spoil the soup.

That is why they are keeping Roswell incident under cover.

These aliens want us to destroy ourselves, so that they reap benefit and occupy the earth as their new territory.

The Americans got it wrong.

I hope Russia and President Putin would fill the vacuum.

Russians does not believe in any religions.

China is not ready and woken up lately.

Obama or next Us President cannot since, the evangelists won't let it happen.

Rarity of Humanoids

Rarity of Humanoids

Below is a reproduction of various types of beings in the universe or galaxies

The Thirty-one Planes of Existence
Scattered throughout the suttas are references to as many as thirty-one distinct "planes" or "realms" of existence into which beings can be reborn during their long wandering through samsara. These range from the extraordinarily grim and painful hell realms all the way up to the most exquisitely refined and blissful heaven realms. Existence in every realm is temporary; in Buddhist cosmology there is no eternal heaven or hell. Beings are born into a particular realm according to their past kamma. When they pass away, they take rebirth once again elsewhere according to the quality of their kamma: wholesome actions bring about a favorable rebirth, while unwholesome actions lead to an unfavorable one.
The realms of existence are customarily divided into three distinct "worlds" (loka), listed here in descending order of refinement:

The realms of existence are customarily divided into three distinct "worlds" (loka), listed here in descending order of refinement:

    1. The Immaterial World (arupa-loka).
Consists of four realms that are accessible to those who pass away while meditating in the formless jhanas.

    2. The Fine-Material World (rupa-loka).
Consists of sixteen realms whose inhabitants (the devas) experience extremely refined degrees of mental pleasure. These realms are accessible to those who have attained at least some level of jhana and who have thereby managed to (temporarily) suppress hatred and ill will. They are said to possess extremely refined bodies of pure light. The highest of these realms, the Pure Abodes, are accessible only to those who have attained to "non-returning," the third stage of Awakening. The Fine-Material World and the Immaterial World together constitute the "heavens" (sagga).

    3. The Sensuous World (kama-loka).
Consists of eleven realms in which experience — both pleasurable and not — is dominated by the five senses. Seven of these realms are favorable destinations, and include our own human realm as well as several realms occupied by devas.
The lowest realms are the four "bad" destinations, which include the animal and hell realms.

I. The Immaterial World (arupa-loka)

Realm Comments Cause of rebirth here
(31) Neither-perception-nor-non-perception (nevasaññanasaññayatanupaga deva)
(30) Nothingness (akiñcaññayatanupaga deva)
(29) Infinite Consciousness (viññanañcayatanupaga deva)
(28) Infinite Space (akasanañcayatanupaga deva)
The inhabitants of these realms are possessed entirely of mind.
Having no physical body, they are unable to hear Dhamma teachings.

II. The Fine-Material World (rupa-loka)

(27) Peerless devas (akanittha deva) These are the five Pure Abodes (suddhavasa), which are accessible only to non-returners (anagami) and arahants. Beings who become non-returners in other planes are reborn here, where they attain arahantship.

Among its inhabitants is Brahma Sahampati, who begs the Buddha to teach Dhamma to the world (
(26) Clear-sighted devas (sudassi deva)
(25) Beautiful devas (sudassa deva)
(24) Untroubled devas (atappa deva)
(23) Devas not Falling Away (aviha deva)
(22) Unconscious beings (asaññasatta)
Only body is present; no mind.
(21) Very Fruitful devas (vehapphala deva)
Beings in these planes enjoy varying degrees of jhanic bliss.
(20) Devas of Refulgent Glory (subhakinna deva)
(19) Devas of Unbounded Glory (appamanasubha deva)
(18) Devas of Limited Glory (parittasubha deva)
(17) Devas of Streaming Radiance (abhassara deva)
(16) Devas of Unbounded Radiance (appamanabha deva)
(15) Devas of Limited Radiance (parittabha deva)
(14) Great Brahmas (Maha brahma)
One of this realm's most famous inhabitants is the Great Brahma, a deity whose delusion leads him to regard himself as the all-powerful, all-seeing creator of the universe
(13) Ministers of Brahma (brahma-purohita deva)
Beings in these planes enjoy varying degrees of jhanic bliss.
(12) Retinue of Brahma (brahma-parisajja deva)

III. The Sensuous World (kama-loka)

Happy Destinations (sugati)

(11) Devas Wielding Power over the Creation of Others (paranimmita-vasavatti deva)
These devas enjoy sense pleasures created by others for them.
Mara, the personification of delusion and desire, lives here.
(10) Devas Delighting in Creation (nimmanarati deva)
These devas delight in the sense objects of their own creation.
(9) Contented devas (tusita deva)
A realm of pure delight and gaiety.
Bodhisattas abide here prior to their final human birth.
This is where the bodhisatta Maitreya (Metteya), the next Buddha, is said to dwell.
(8) Yama devas (yama deva)
These devas live in the air, free of all difficulties.
(7) The Thirty-three Gods (tavatimsa deva)
Sakka, a devotee of the Buddha, presides over this realm.
Many devas dwelling here live in mansions in the air.
(6) Devas of the Four Great Kings (catumaharajika deva)
Home of the gandhabbas, the celestial musicians, and the yakkhas, tree spirits of varying degrees of ethical purity. The latter are analogous to the goblins, trolls, and fairies of Western fairy tales.

(5) Human beings (manussa loka)

Rebirth as a human being is extraordinarily rare.

It is also extraordinarily precious, as its unique balance of pleasure and pain facilitates the development of virtue and wisdom to the degree necessary to set one free from the entire cycle of rebirths.

The development of virtue and wisdom
The attainment of stream-entry (sotapatti) guarantees that all future rebirths will be in the human or higher realms.

States of Deprivation (apaya)

(4) Asuras (asura)
The demons — "titans" — that dwell here are engaged in relentless conflict with each other.
(3) Hungry Shades/Ghosts (peta loka)
Ghosts and unhappy spirits wander hopelessly about this realm, searching in vain for sensual fulfillment.
(2) Animals (tiracchana yoni)
This realm includes all the non-human forms of life that are visible to us under ordinary circumstances: animals, insects, fish, birds, worms, etc.
(1) Hell (niraya)
These are realms of unimaginable suffering and anguish.
Should not be confused with the eternal hell found in other religious traditions, since one's time here is — as it is in every realm — temporary.

Heaven

In Buddhist cosmology, the heaven realms are blissful abodes whose present inhabitants (the devas) gained rebirth there through the power of their past meritorious actions. Like all beings still caught in samsara, however, these deities eventually succumb to aging, illness, and death, and must eventually take rebirth in other realms — pleasant or otherwise — according to the quality and strength of their past kamma. The devas are not always especially knowledgeable or spiritually mature — in fact many are quite intoxicated by their sensual indulgences — and none are considered worthy of veneration or worship.
Nevertheless, the devas and their happy realms stand as important reminders to us both of the happy benefits that ensue from the performance of skillful and meritorious deeds and, finally, of the ultimate shortcomings of sensuality.

American Pie

American Pie
Comparing an average American’s eating habits with ours is a revelation by itself.
An American eats a cow / bull every ten years.
In every American there are at least 5 cows in him / her by the time s/he is fifty.
If he has not got mad cow disease or Alzheimer’s disease what s/he eats in the rest of his life is any American doctor’s guess.
He eats a pig every three years.
He eats at least 50 chickens and one turkey a year.

Some Americans of course eat much more than this.

My worry is every cow/bull s/he eats, at least an equivalent of 8Kg of fodder is needed to support its life to obtain 1Kg of meat.
If an American stops eating 1Kg of beef s/he is saving about 8Kg of grain for a poor soul in Africa or Bangladesh.

Out of the tons of grain produced more half (this ratio has gone up with the increase of Chinese Middle Class population) is spent on animal feeds and some American cows are better fed than African kids.

Only to be sacrificed as human food.

The current Pope should give due consideration to these facts and he should give a hearing to this fiasco and if the grain saved by saving the poor cows / or bulls is multiplied by the factor of eight by 1000 (well fed cow’s weight) there is an excess grain in this world to feed everybody.

Equally FAO should take this into cognizant.

Looking by some of Sri-Lankans who lavish on food I cannot say there is any difference to American mentality, here in Sri-Lanka (especially who visit here to take a break from the winter).
Coming back to a single meal, if an American or Western guy sacrifices a single meal a week, like our Buddhist monks who live on a single meal a day, we would be able to feed some hungry children in Africa and Asia without any problem or NGOs.
WHO also should take this fact to their cognizant.
I don’t believe in what our agriculture minister who says, that food prices have gone up because of biofuels.
The production of biofuels had been going on for over 25 years.
One should realize that the ancient man and his closest friend the dog survived on a single meal in spite of their aggressive hunting skills.

Eat less is my recipe!
Three rice meals a day is two much (unless one is heavy manual labour).
I lost my weight only after stopped eating rice.
I was like a pig when I was eating meat including pork!

Preparation for Alien Encounter

Preparation for Alien Encounter

The qualities (sublime states) that are desired but unfortunately lacking in human day to day encounters.

I want Oxford Dictionary to recognize four abodes its due place., because English Language especially American English does not have have proper equivalents.

The sublime states are

1. Metta
Universal an unbound compassion to all beings born or to be born
It is not Love or carnal pleasure

English dictionary has the opposite word Hate and the current expression is ISIS

2. Karuna
The boundless kindness to everybody especially the downtrodden, the poor and the sick.
We have lost this in this country including reconciliation after 35 odd years of ruthless killings on both sides of the divide.

3. Muditha
Sympathetic Joy
To feel empathic towards others achievement and happiness
Appreciate the well being and success of entities not connected or related.
I have not seen a good word in English.
We get the pleasure of putting people to prison.
That is the opposite of Muditha, the psychopathy.

4.Upekka
The Equanimity
Not moved by extreme happiness or unhappiness and disaster

Open Hardware and Linux

Open Hardware and Linux

Is it going to be true?

Yes.

Planning is underway for Open Hardware.

In the same thinking as with Open (Free) Software it is time for the hardware vendors to change heart and start producing Open Hardware for Linux.

I had a problem booting my PC, the boot manager won't let mount the Linux DVD.

Strangely it did not mount (I just wanted to see) Windows too.

Hardware vendors are screwing up with Microsoft with UEFI interface as a must.

I can understand what Snowden did.

Not only government but Microsoft is also
eavesdropping on your activities.

There is one solution.

Do not dual boot with Microsoft.

Just use only Linux.

Underhand Work of Microsoft

Underhand Work of Microsoft

Microsoft is playing dirty tricks again.

Its boot manager does not let you boot Linux CD/DVDs.

My new computer had a paid copy of Windows 8.1.

I paid for the copy but never registered it with Microsoft.

In fact, I never used Microsoft except when I wanted to run the TV Card.

I got my vendor to install it in the first hard disk and leave the second hard disk formatted and blank.

With some difficulty I fiddled with the GRUB and got all my Linux distributions installed in the second hard disk.

I had data on the first hard disk but no Linux distributions.

I had anticipated Microsoft would eavesdrop and criminally interfere with Linux booting.

I got my Linux magazine today, and I wanted to test Fedora 24 Live.

Boot manager won't let me boot from the DVD.

I tried several time and it won't go to my secondary GRUB.

I had a solution ready.

I opened the computer back cover and disconnected the fist SATA hard disk containing Microsoft 8.

Presto!

The secondary boot manager got me running.

So if you are dual booting with Microsoft my advice for you is;

1. Have two hard disks.

First one for Microsoft.

2. Linux on the Second hard disk with UEFI supporting Linux (Debian First) distribution.

Any other Linux should follow after Debian installation.

If in trouble disconnect the power cord and SATA data cord.

Know what I am going to do now?

After few rounds of Linux with Peppermint, Debian and Mint, I will install Fedora over Microsoft partition.

Good Bye to Microsoft for Good.

5 Alien Species in Contact With Earth Right Now

Do you believe in Extraterrestrial Intelligence?

What about the idea that not only do they exist, but that they are in contact with the Earth currently?

All of the evidence I’ve seen has pointed to this being true, and if you have seen some of the information out there, I’m sure this idea doesn’t come as being far fetched to you.

This article will expose the undercover story, and introduce you to the species you can make direct contact with right now.

Humans have already discovered 2,000 exoplanets in our Universe, with over 500 discovered this year alone.

These planets are potentially suitable for life and have the right conditions to support it, including perhaps oxygen, carbon, and water.

Our continued study of space has only led us to realize that it is very likely that the Universe is absolutely teeming with life, especially when you take into account that there are an estimated 100 billion galaxies in our Universe.

Some people may think it’s impossible that aliens would be able to exist, and doubly impossible that they would be able to travel light years to visit us.

But think about this:
Our earth is only 4 billion years old in a universe that is 14 billion years old.

What could a species learn, create, and do that has a 2 or 3 billion year head start on us?

Proven contact
Humans who act as Spiritual Channels have been pushing up against mainstream consensus for years, sharing that they have directly had contact with extraterrestrials.

Abductees, military personnel, whistleblowers, even reputable scientists have been thoroughly tested by a vast range of neurologists, hypnotists, psychologists, etc., proving without disputed that these people have had contact with ETs, some of which is reported to be both positive and negative.

If this is coming as news to you, here is the former Minister of National Defense of Canada Paul Hellyer giving full disclosure within parliament about the UFO cover up stories and ET contacts we have made.

He explains in front of a room of government officials that there are over 80 species of aliens we are aware of, and 4 of them in particular that we have made direct contact with on earth:

It is believed that all of the ones who have contacted us so far are benevolent and want to help us.
Some of these beings may appear odd or paranormal in nature to us, and that from what I understand it’s because it is hard for us to fully understand their consciousness, intelligence and the way they interface with reality.

Not to mention, that their existence alone shifts our understanding of the Universe and our place within it so dramatically that it is very natural for us to be inclined to reject that which is so unfamiliar and challenging to us.

I also know this is a highly controversial conversation to be starting, but the world needs to know this information.
I do believe the time has to  begin to consciously interact with these beings, to create a new relationship with them and open the bridge of communication.

I have experienced this firsthand myself, and many others have as well.
I truly believe it’s part of our future destiny as a species, and is an organic part of maturing into being an intelligent, loving and compassionate planet.

So without further adieu, here are the 5 main ETs that are in contact with earth.
Please keep in mind this information is not being made up.
This is coming from the high levels of government and military personnel, scientists, and first-hand contacts.

1) The Essassani

The Essassani are technically our reptilian, grey-human hybrid relatives. Back in the day, a species called the Greys came to Earth. According to reports, they had genetically mutated themselves to the point of not being able to reproduce anymore. They could only survive through cloning.
We agreed to share our genetics with them so that we could alter their course of history and future.  Most abduction experiences had to do with this genetic course-correction, and was very confusing for humans. We on some level agreed to this relationship.
Since then an entirely new breed of beings was created, which were already far more advanced than we, and were given a prepared planet for them to inhabit that has allowed them to advance, evolve and grow rapidly, without ever being as primitive as our own journey on Earth.
They are in a way our direct relatives, and are here to support us during our evolutionary path.  They assist us in staying the course of the most-preferred reality we would like to create, desirably one of peace and harmony.
The Essassani are indeed a benevolent and loving race. They have a close relationship to their higher-selves, are extremely playful, and love to reflect back our hunger to understand ourselves better.
The Essassanis are our contact ambassadors, and you may be most familiar with the Essassani species from Bashar, channeled by Daryl Anka.

2) The Yahyel (Aka The Shalanaya)

The Yahyel are a gorgeous and graceful species of hybrid beings. They are said to radiate very pure solar-golden energy, and are one of the closest interstellar relatives we have.
They will be the first race to make open-contact with us as a species in the upcoming future. They are about our height, well-framed and seem to possess the appearance of an angelic anime character, many of which look highly multi-cultural. They are remarkably beautiful, gentle, intelligent, heart-centered and considerate.
They have a very healthy relationship with their technology, and are here to help us develop and evolve. They too came from primitive times, and are far more advanced than us currently. It is said that many of our social networking platforms were given to the Earth with the help of their stream of consciousness.

3) Sirian Hybrids

These hyper-sapiens are highly evolved, and according to the records have had a lot of contact with us since the beginning.
They are said to be our Father Race, who came together to help create humans genetically. Many ancient prophecies and spiritual texts say extraterrestrials were involved in the creation of human beings.
The Sirius beings exist about 300 to 500-years into the future and are tens of thousands of years more advanced and evolved than our own species.
They specialize in technology, architecture, sustainable energy and sacred geometry. Also, the being depicted in the movie Avatar are said to be very similar in appearance to Sirians.
They are about our height, though a bit taller overall, slender and have really defined muscles. They have a warm bluish tone to their skin, warm oval eyes, long fingers with precision dexterity.

4) The Pleiadians

The Pleiadian Hypersapiens are tall, round-faced, wide-eyed with soft yet detailed features. They are beautiful beings who are almost exclusively described as having blonder hair (if they do have hair) and blue eyes.
It’s been said that many of us spent time on the Pleiades training and learning about life before coming to Earth, and many have said that’s where we are headed after Earth.
Their bodies function like finely-tuned delicate instruments which can pick up psychic signals streamed across the Universe. In this way if you work on psychically connecting with the Pleiadians, they can often be one of the most directly responsive & seemingly close by ETs we are in contact with.
The Pleiadians also have a diplomatic like-quality, as they are very involved with the Interstellar Alliance, supporting the development of seed races on other Planets and ensuring their progress of evolution for all.
The Pleiadians are extremely gentle and loving and are an easy race to begin psychically contacting. They are readily available and always quick to respond and interact.

5) Arcturians

The most ancient race of our entire Milky Way Galaxy, the Arcturian Hypersapiens are a highly evolved race of alien beings. They are profoundly aware, innovative and experienced.
It has been said that it was the Arcturian system that was first seeded in this galaxy, which initiated a series of descending races further into the galaxy, including our own inhabitation.
The Arcturians come in many forms, as their highly-advanced consciousness has allowed them pass through singularity, and completely co-exist in an powerfully advanced high-vibrational reality.
The primary race is one of approximately 4 to 5 feet in height, blue skin and large brains. Their bodies are, however surprisingly ample and have a fit shape about them.
The Arcturians are accelerating and becoming less physical. The Arcturians are witty, psychic beyond the proximity of our comprehension and ever-overseeing and supporting our experience of life.  They are some of our deepest ancestors within the stars.
For more information on human-initiated ET contacts, government coverups, alien abductees, and whistleblower testimonies, I highly recommend you watch the Sirius documentary.  It contains decades worth of full time research, and is the best integration of free-energy devices, alien races, and spirituality:

How to contact these beings

I recommend you creating a time to meditate each day at the exact same time. Cleanse your space, get comfortable and take a few deep breaths.
Create an invocation to welcome them into your space. And then just meditate… go quiet & listen. Perhaps ask a question and see what kind of responses you get.
As Max Plank once said, the number of minds in the universe is one. These beings have thousands and millions of years of evolution on us, so things like telepathy, ESP, and physic transmission are as easy for them as sending a radio signal is for us.

The ancients knew this

ET visitations have been recorded for thousands of  years, and ALL ancient cultures talk about the “gods” that would “come down from the sky” with a bright light and given them knowledge, tools, technology and culture.
These beings are usually depicted having shiny skin or wearing some kind of space gear, and have generally have large heads and wide large eyes.
Chariots of the Gods is a wonderful read summarizing the vast amount of evidence that ancient man was visited in the past by extraterrestrial beings and they they created art, cave paintings, and sculptures of these distant visitors to describe the experiences they had of them.
These are the 5 main races in contact with earth. Again, I would like to stress that this is not New Age mumbo jumbo. This information comes from the highest levels of the military industrial complex, government, and first hand contacts.
There are many more in contact with us right now, and many more who desire to contact us.  Maybe they are waiting for us to open our minds and our hearts, let go of our greed and pride, grow up a bit, and make more spiritual progress before they make their presence known to the whole world.
If you ever hit any blocks or get stuck, it’s likely you are dealing with resistance. Resistance can easily block us from tuning in or focusing our intentions.
It’s important you transform your relationship with resistance if you are looking to better your life. Here is a groundbreaking eBook I created for you to help! Over 10,000 people have read it and and loved the amazing insights & benefits it gave them for their lives! I know you will too.
