Why One Should not Buy Refurbished Laptops

There is a bizarre rat race going in the West. Fortune companies are dumping used Laptops having ripped off the RAM sticks and NVme SSDs.
Then, guys refurbishing them, replacing them with minimum RAM and HDD (not inherently bad but very slow adding to the RAM shortage) drives.
Problem is one cannot UPDATE them without spending exorbitant amount of money and resale value go up inordinately.

RAM prices have gone up the ceiling.
Those guys who buy old laptops and refurbished them cannot buy RAM at exorbitant prices and are closing up their workshops.
They have no option but to dump these laptops in Asian markets.

One can buy several Mini PC for the price of one Laptop and most Mini PCs are upgradable. For $300/= dollars one can buy very good Mini PC.

Besides, Rasberry Pi 5 has integrated it's PCB inside a Keyboard and selling around $200/= dollars.
