Good Bye to Tony,

Who had been our 

Sporting Ambassador

And I have made a resolution,

In his name,

No fire crackers for New Year 2013.

Why is that anyway?

Like, Tony Graig, easily

The best friend all Sri-Lankans had,

The next closet friend of ours,

The canine variety,

The Paraya Dogs

With no permanent residence

Who chase the politicians

Of all shades of colour,

Are terrified of the thunder,

That announces 

The arrival of these thugs

At our doorsteps

By the way,

He should now 

Join the angles

Who play cricket 

EVERY DAY

Except

On Sundays! 

Well what do they do
On Sundays? 

They watch Cricket,
If Sri-Lanka
Is not playing,
Sorry-Lanka Cricket,
To be precise
