You have to put up.with this piece which is technical but I will put it in simple English but mixed with few jargon words of computer science.

I wanted to call it " a stop" to Internet and its protocols but still, mostly I believe guys  visit my blog space, I decided to continue it bit longer but it will come to a stop eventually like a dramatic divorce case of Bill Gate but simmering it for years before, like his hopeless operating system in the name Windows.

The machines do not have emotions or brains but are dedicated to doing a particular process, like vending machines distributing soft drinks (it is software or a dedicated program in computer science).

Now my laptop has no operating system running since I accidentally erased my BSD dedicated ESP boot plan.

I was bored due to Coronavirus incarceration and decided to boot Ubuntu 20 version as a supplementary version to Debian.

It reverted my laptop to Microsoft pirated U.E.F.I. and it says there is no operating system, in spite me installing two, Debian 9 and 10 versions.

Even Debian finds shy of touching U.E.F.I.

Why?

I do not know.

? Litigation by Bill Gate cronies?

But TrueOS a BSD version does it in a flash and takes over the computer under its umbrella.

TrueOS is totally.destructive in the hands of a newbie.

To complicate the matter I pulled out the Ethernet Wire and burned it (a few broken parts and I do not have a crimpler to connect the working lengths).

I decided to go WiFi and pulled the Ethernet  wire of the router.

My bed room is 80 feet Ethernet wire distance away and pulling in a costly wire is not healthy at my age with thunderstorms day and night.

TCP/IP and router protocol will be at the end of this piece.

I used my Dialog data in a few hours downloading Knoppix which stopped exactly at 30% of download,  not once but twice due to Our Internet Master Ad-Monster interfering with my download well pass midnight.

He may have had a paranoia that I was downloading PORN.

Now coming to BSD and TrueOS are actually internet protocols dedicated Operating Systems and one need an active Internet Connection for installing live.

It was five years ago I boot loaded the laptop with BSD using Ethernet connection wire but now it can do that by WiFi and it detected all my carriers but with the data blocked by Dialog (they only want money nothing but no service supercharge or temporary extension), I have to eat a humble pie or is it a lie like Boris Johnson in UK.

Mind you our Water Bill is more than the Internet Bill with a broken pipe leaking for one month or so without our notice.

Thankfully they did not disconnect the water unlike Telecoms.

Mind you, I have stopped answering the land phone or giving any calls.

Only one news, Coronavirus and Coronavirus comes through it.

Now to the technical stuff.

BSD is platform independent unlike Unix and is a Internet Protocol dedicated system.

If internet is out it is out of service.

1. BSD is platform or computer independent.
It does not matter what operating system you use, an expensive Apple or inexpensive supercharged Linux.

2. It is Internet protocol dedicated.

3. It uses Virtual Memory handsomely.

4. Its software programs are super fast unlike Microsoft.

5. But its learning curve is deep if you are using the Black Terminal.

6. It has a graphic Vi Editor for Ex terminal editor of Unix.

I hate black terminal to soothing graphic terminals.

Linux has soothing Desktops and Plasma is my current favourite.

BSD has only one Lumina desktop which is a  bad start for me.

7. Its handling of ESP is pretty good and erases the UEFI of Microsoft's OEM ploy in seconds without any fear or favour.

8. Its software bundle is lean and fits into a CD not.a DVD.
The rest of the software is in the Internet, now popularly and affectionately known as the cloud.

9. Its server version is slim.

10. It is FREE or freely distributable.

No copyright charges like Apple.

11. It is Unix variant and not Linux variant.

It has teething problems with Linux.

12. It has all the big programming languages like Perl, Ruby, the  Anaconda version, venerable  the Python.

I am still looking for a Python.programing book, nearly three years.

I will stop at this. the next number is my favourite mathematical number 13.

Like Java Beans the operating system should be platform independent.

Hardware manufacturers should not have roadblocks.

It is OK for Apple, since it supervises its own hardware.

Microsoft does not put money on O.E.M. or hardware development but secretly insinuate U.E.F.I.

Its surface tab is a failure in front of Androids.

T.C.P. and I.P.

When I wrote a book about Internet  many moons ago it had 6 (SIX) or so Engineering protocols and of looks like they are merging some of them.and making 4 layers.

1. Data Link Layer with uniform standards or protocols.

2. T.C.P. or the Transfer protocol.

3. I.P. or the dedicated IP address protocol

4. System or hardware based Application protocols providing services.

What happened to the topmost layers?

Eaten up by the Cloud servers or the D.o.D (Department of Defense) protocols of Facebook and Twitter.

I think the CIA has outsourced top two layers  of its services to Facebook and Twitter and earn money in the process.

What a profitable plan?

I always believed in this strategy and that is why I stopped using them long time ago.

One Drive, Google Drive and Dropbox are putting restrictions on users and are waiting to suck in dollars and pounds.

Me telling, Good Bye to Internet after 20 years is easy.

IT protocols were owned by big companies in the beginning and the Internet blossomed as an educational.platform.

BSD from California Berkeley did a yeoman service in the beginnings for services to available in.the universities worldwide.

It has gone through the full circle and back to big companies.

Now money only speaks and big companies have a stranglehold on millions of minions.

That is called development and in Ceylon a software is used by Army to snooze on us.

I have nicknamed this software as the proboscis the mosquito use it to suck our living blood.

Interestingly, the name of the software start with a P.

There is an appropriate slang or vulgar word starting with P in Sinhala.

What a coincidence?

I feel sorry for the Indians.

Their masters wanted them to be the global.work force and won't have simple travel insurance, leave alone medical.insurance.

For the ruling class they are the "Vote Bank" and soon forgotten, till the next general election.

It is true for Ceylon, too.


The Coronavirus exposed the global human falliability.

This piece is not about that but about Tuberculosis.

Even the majestic Wholly Mammoth, I believe succumbed to this disease.

Unlike Coronavirus, the tuberculous infection effects all organs except teeth.

In the elephant it is the tusks that escape tuberculous destruction.

Viral infections especially measles lower the innate immunity and exposes the vulnerable kids to the tuberculous pandemic.

Now the Coronavirus pandemic raises the possibility of this tuberculous pandemic in India, Ceylon and African subcontinent due to poorly tailored vaccination programs.

BCG vaccination has gone into oblivion in some countries, including America and Europe.

Most of the domestic and lower paid immigrants coming from to developing countries will spread tuberculosis all over the world albeit after a little lull.

These immigrants are partially immune to tuberculosis but Coronavirus hit exposes them.to pneumonia caused by tuberculosis.

It takes six to eight weeks of Koch's postulate to confirm tuberculosis which none of these countries have laboratories equipped with media to grow but PCR technology now we have may be useful with some modifications.

There are many tuberculosis variants species.specific to fish to elephants to dogs to cat family.

There are also anonymous mycobacteria, too.

One of my teachers in bacteriology (virology was non.existent then) who developed a PhD thesis in anonymous tuberculosis (probably animal variant crossing species like Chinese animal Coronavirus) may have been a culprit.

His thesis was rejected fearing loss of chance to go abroad (Indians and Ceylonese never return after foreign sojourns).
He said these university guys are psychopaths and became a psychiatrist in Australia.

With his five children I never saw him but I am told his kids are doing better than his father.

Incidentally, his house was sold to our Wijeevira and police was after him thinking he was a JVP guy.

That put his entire family off of Ceylonese Origin.

When all intellectuals leave this.country mediocre guys take the rein including our cricket.

The credible gap.of WHO wide open now.

Shoddy Telecom Service Carriers of Ceylon and Knoppix V9 Version

Coronavirus brings boredom to home, I decided to download  Knoppix Version 9.

It is a classic DVD with ton of applications and a very very beautiful desktop which Microsoft Windows will never be able match in spite of its global commercial  hype.

The Coronavirus had hit Microsoft developers, too.

Knoppix is 4.3 GiB image but compressed tightly.

Unfortunately, I pulled out the entire 80 feet long and old Ethernet wire that connected to my PC over the roof.

It was damaged and I will not rewire it again but decided to Go Broadband in Ceylon Style.

It was a very big mistake.

At night at 30% of the image downloaded it FROZE twice.

One was Dialog Wincle  and the other was Dialog Broadband.

I used to get all the DVDs with my Linux Magazine but I stopped subscribing since in my.retirement, Linux takes a second place to Android phones in my priority and especially Nokia my favourite.

The cellphone saves lot of electricity bill which.the PC consumed to read an email.

In fact, nobody uses emails  which is very cheap compared to video conferencing which.is in.vogue currently till another application hits the market.

The HiFi video games bores me. compared.to simple games including solitaire card games.

Luckily I have large number of USB sticks with multiple Linux distributions installed in them and there was hardly any development during Coronavirus pandemic  except Kernel 5 development to which I have no contribution.

It will be out soon and I won' t buy a new gadget to test the Kernel.

I will leave it to Linus Torvalds.

Mind you, Apple is coming our with a new chip and it is banned for Chinese use  and the China' s goal to dominate the industry is in doldrums for the time being.

That is good and I hate cheap  Chinese duplicate that only last one year or less.

Only discarded cheap.stuff of China comes from Singapore outlets.

Do not buy cheap stuff and go through  the consequences.

This applies to.Korea, too.

China should work on democracy and not  flooding.the global.markets with imitation stuff and Australia and EU applying pressure on China is pretty good.

Unfortunately, Boris Johnson's dream of Brexit and enticing China to export cheap products to.UK will not come true (to fill UK with Cheap China products).

The poor Chinese workers' wellbeing is neglected in UK.

That is how UK democracy works.

President Putin is fully geared to take a credible lead in the Coronavirus Vaccine with Latin America in the grips of becoming the Communist's administrators nightmare!

Coming to downloads both for no reason the threads stopped the downloading in early phase not even 30% downloaded.

Why?

Guys and Girls are downloading PORN in Ceylon daily but this flow is not for an ardent  Linux guy who loves to test a new image in.evolution.

The server is frozen at a particular MIB or GiB.

Arbitrary decision.of the server administrator in Ceylon to save bandwidth to gullible users of PORN including priests who do not want laymen and women with Dhana to come to temples but FREE internet.

Mind you I have paid over Rs.5000/= for the broadband and did not download a single file till I tried Knoppix V9.

I am going to take the Broadband gadget and crash it on the floor of the Dialog Center in Kandy in broad daylight.

Thankfully, the Coronavirus pandemic prevents me doing that for the time being.

Good on them, the Coronavirus.

They are sucking every penny or cent from the poor users.

About Telecom no better  and  my call bill over Rs5000/= plus taxes and it's ringing tone had a irritating Buzz as an insect is piecing my ear.

I went and bought a new receiver thinking.the old one was.faulty but it magnified the BUZZ or the irritation in my ear.

Their ploy is to entice the guys and girls with fiberoptics along  with a fat bill but won't service the land lines.

The previous receiver had three  AAA batteries to record the caller and flash capability.

The current receiver with no batteries, and the Telecoms should provide the default  power supply of the line.

I have told all my friends after the new year celebrations, I will not call to put down on my TAX bill on calls and this BUZZ was a blessing in disguise that I terminate the call, with a triple message of KANAWA, BONAWA and RENEWA and nothing else to SAY.

Of course, the last word I do not pronounce but get the listener or the caller to guess.

Mind you, I had a Rs.150,000/= bill paid and my son had downloaded  over one hundred  thousand downloads, in a month with its PEO TV service.

They are SUCKERs and I told my son many months later the fat bill I paid.

They should have warned but never did.

My son got the message in good stead.

Like Kevin TV is his life but programs are very poor now with loads of advertisement which he deletes by reflex action.

Lot of AAA batteries consumed but I bought him rechargeable batteries and two rechargers.

With power down with.thunderstorms  I do not have to water my plants but had a rainwater bath not from gutters but straight from the sky.

Mind you, it not safe with lightening.

They will hit you before the rain and Chun Pan guys should be mindful of the lightening.

Windows is a shoddy operating system and resource hungry where my first computer with 2 MiB RAM could not handle Win 95 but I used Debian 6 with over 6CDs could do a better job then.
Later I migrated to Redhat since there were many books written from Redhat 7 onwards.

Then ofcourse, Caldera, Debian and Mandriva and still later Knoppix took me to New Heights in Linux.

About Mr. Bill Gate I have nothing personal to say and his divorce probably is good for both.

Hanging onto a breaking relationship is nerve racking to any human being.

I hope both do some productive work on their own volition.

My grouse with him is his ploy with manufacturers to insinuate OEM hardware with  BOGUS MEFI (it was named Unified Framework but I used M for Microsoft here for his personal.Babe) or framework interface was an atrocious business plan to stifle Linux users.

I do not have to take permission from Bill Gate to use open source Linux in my laptop initially installed with Microsoft Windows.

It does not let me use legacy BIOS and still have a UEFI script hidden in the memory or within the hardware architecture of the OEM portion.

Simple method to overcome this ploy is to stick a SD of at least 32 GiB and install the boot loader there.

UEFI won't let you use legacy GRUB to boot multiple Linux distributions.

I have now tried Linux ESP partition to bypass UEFI blocking mechanism.

If OEM guys says no boot medium even after having installed a Linux.distribution, this is what you have to do.

1. Download BSD TRUE OS DVD, Debian DVD 1 and Genome Partition (GPT) iso CD.

2. Install TRUE OS and it virtually takes over the Disk Drive of your laptop.

3. Unfortunately it does not let you boot any other distribution.

4. Boot GPT partition disk.
Delete the tank partition of BSD leaving only the ESP partition which the TRUE OS had created.

Then.partition the disk.with Ex-4 or BTRS partitions.

5. Mount Debian DVD and install.

You.have the option of using the unused part of the hard disk but remember to.mount ESP partition (but do not format the  ESP lest partition.details are erased).

There is a very simple solution, if the Microsoft Media is not bootable.

1. Buy a mounted SATA disk and attach it to the Laptop.
One terabyte is cheap now.
I sometime go.to.Singapore and do my usual shopping and see offers for about a week and by all.the stuff one third the price in Ceylon.
Now Coronavirus has put a stop to it.

Coming.back to the external SATA disk one partition it they way one likes it.

Ultimately install a Linux distribution to boot from.while attached to the laptop.

The GRUG boot loader will detect the distributions unbootable from the laptop and boot them via the external disk.

One can.use a SD card or USB but installing  a distribution in a tightly packed USB is slow and may break down.in.the middle  of the installation.

That problem one does not encounter with a one terabyte external disk.

I have used my innovative methods to erase OEM blocking ploy with BSD and then to install Debian thereafter.

Unfortunately even Ubuntu gives up and succumb to UEFI ploy and it destroyed my booting options.

Only BSD does erase everything and install ESP partition.

Not even Debian can handle it.

Internet, Service Sector and Chun Pan

I think that the current government's thinking and psychosis is that once the people are given Chun Pan or Bread Service, eveythimg falling to place.

I am trying to download Knoppox V9 English version and it take 12 hours with amazingly fast Internet.

All Internet service providers are hopelessly SLOW.

There is total Inertia of the Government Sector hiding behind the Coranavirus Pandemic.

It's management failure is showing with the ( I call it ) fourth surge.

One was hidden during the parliamentary election.

In other words, election was held in the thick of an epidemic.

Thankfully we did not go as bad as India but the current surge is unpredictable and going in that direction.

I have written about it enough but the Service Inertia is the current topic in this piece.

I am waiting to get my National Identity Card for over one year and it looks like it will never come.

I suppose one should leave a small slit at my funeral site to POKE it IN when it finally arrives.

It is not a POKER game for me but the government is very good with its POKER FACE.

I want to be a piece of statistics after my demise not only during elections.

I suppose they should hold the provincial council elections and make the pandemic ever progressing towards our funeral sites.

The Government Service has become a bloody joke except for the service of Grama Niladharis.

Samurdhi Niladharis are utter POLITICAL waste of both in human and in economic terms.

By the way, everybody hates the Samurdhi Niladharis.

They do not have the versatility of Grama Niladharis.

Postal service is doing a reasonable job with all the attended risks, to the postmen who deliver the service.

It has become a boom time for Pizza Hut with home deliveries and expanded scope of delicacies.

But one cannot survive only on Pizza.

Kos and Polus are rare entities, now but there is no one to cook them, if they arrive at the doorstep.

Fish monger has become a pest especially because we have become eggo vegetarians.

Without eggs we will have vitamin deficiencies if not Bari Bari or berryberi syndrome.

The government is in total Bari Bari Role except for selling prime national assets.

It is China Time and China Town in Ceylon now.

Police of course take the brunt of the current situation but army gets the credit and air force gets field training shuttling bigwigs.

They are ALWAYS in the air (of course it is an air borne virus with all the risks attended cramped into the cockpit) fearing mass gathering and Coranavirus exposure.

USB Booting Linux

Please go to source forge and  download Multisystem DVD and boot multiple Linux distribution in your USB.

It prepares it's files in a flash.

Most Linux distribution except Debian support this utility.
For Debian way out is to use Peppermint or PCLinux and use USB image creator.

USB capacity should be minimum 8GiB.

Currently I am using my laptop to download  BSD and Knoppix V9 English version.

Dongle or Tingle takes over 6 hours to download Knoppix V9.

It is amazingly fast in Ceylon.
It is on French but press F2 to get English as instructions for preparing the USB.
I usually go to sleep but with thunderstorms blackouts are real possibility.
Unlike the PC the battery save my time.

I paid over Rs.5000/= for Dialog and it's Broadband WiFi is never an activated and I have gone to Hutch.

I believe (I may be wrong)Indian AirTel gives it bandwidth to Hutch to cover Ceylon.

So if MobiTel and Dialog cannot provide which service somebody else fills the space.

Read my article on space dimension here and it is all physics which these money guys and girls will not understand.

They are now fighting for space or airspace now.

Money is the reason!

There were few lines on Linux by few guys who use Linux rarely or experimentally.

This comes from a guy who used Puppy Linux from a USB stick of only 100 MiB many moons ago.

The addiction that it caused me was total and I have not yet recovered.

For some good reason Debian my favourite Linux Distribution does not support USB in general.

Linux guys are hard+born and do not want to stay on 10 or so commands and Vim VimP are for hard-born guys not the light hearted.

I started with Knoppix CD and it was used initially by some dental practitioners to keep their patient data (I have a copy of that CD in my archive but never used it. I am a medical guy who worked in the Dental Faculty and helped in developing the Linux Samba Network instead of Windows) compact.

Last Linux from Karl Knopp that comes from Germany is 9 and it is in German and I am waiting for its English Edition.

This Coranavirus in Germany, I believe hampered English translation.

By the way, Knoppix 8.6 in We English is fine for me.

It's beauty is, it detects 32 bits and 64 bit machines automatically.

Coming to Puppy that comes from Australia, I call him Barry Cooler (forgets his name visit my pieces on puppy Linux in here) who is a dog lover.

His name is Barry Kauler (2003 to 2013).

He retired in 2013 and Wof Wof came into existence.

It was in 32 bits and was a small and there was a BionicPup developed by a follower.

Ultimately it came in 64 bit.
They are Ubuntu based.

All are pretty good.

I have not used Ubuntu (Debian derivative) for sometime and it had good USB support.

Peppermint is light and cool.

I have have thrown away Red hat and Fedora hat for good due to their commercial bent.

Same is true for Sussie but was a great KDE desktop.

But Debian's KDE plasma is elegant and consumes less memory.

But Linux 5 kernel from Linus will rule the globe when it finally comes out.

Because of my heavy work commitments I gave up following latest except Debian, Knoppix and Puppy.

Thanks to all the guys who use Linux and all the developers who put many human hours.
I am bit like Star of PCLinux who retired after 64 bit came in (he did not want to spend his free time on developing Kernel for UEFI support of Microsoft OEM guys) but I persevered with new machines.

I not going to buy a fancy new machine and kernel 5 developments.

Just leave it to Linus in America.

Buddha,Buddha Sassana Pocchi and Buddha Sassana Paddikkama or Spittoon

Let me start with Apoptosis to begin with.

When a leaf comes to the end of its working period, it falls off under the tree and disappears into elements and startimg again the cycle again.

This cell cycle is finite (unlike Samsara) and only 50 cycles.

But it goes on almost endlessly in the living plants.

The cycle repeats not with the same pipal tree (Bo tree is essentially a parasitic tree that won't let any other tree goes under it but a Na tree can be a parasite on a parasite) but a different tree which has left a seed or sapling nearby, waiting for an opportunity to arise.

Plant ecosystem is a grandiose being.
It inhabit this planet in spite of the global warming scenario and constantly changing and adapting.

It needs four elements, the earth, the water (the most important), the air and the heat (not fire) or the energy.

The energy element is the driving force where it constantly fire the engine that starts from our sun's sunstroms.

Energy does not remain static but changes to another subtle form constantly.

Now Buddha is gone but he has left a theme of four elements.

Suffering.
The cause of sufferings due to constant change.
The path to end of suffering
And "the end of suffering" is to end the 50 cell cycles of an animal being (not plant beings).

I have named most of my plant pots with a name.

One of them is named Buddha Sassana Pocchi or pot with a reason.

I have replanted a single paddy seed in a Pocchi or POT, of a special kind of paddy seed, as a part of my unique seed paddy experiment.

It is looked after with some reverence, hence the attached name.

My effort is to find a paddy seed that resist high temperatures and grow like a grass seed with minimal of support and without a muddy field but on a terrestrial point.

If I am successful in this task or endeavour before I kick the bucket, with end of my 50th cell cycle, it will appear in a book form.

Now the This Buddha Sassana Pocchi is the Dhamma that Buddha had left for us to fathom, for endless life cycles or Samsara.

It has four elements and nothing more.

The Paddikkama or the Spittoon is the The numerous TV channels in Ceylon, that dish out various form of concocted new elements beyond the original forms addressed by Buddha himself.

These Channels make money by buying donations from New Guys/Girls who enwrapped their claims to Dhamma ecstasy.

It is a money spinner for guys who bought these bandwidths damn cheap, 2 decades ago.

They are dispensing their own copyrighted messages.

These guys built up, 'not so credible images* for them to Travel to America to dish out their editions of pseudo-dhamma for money (means air ticket, the temple-like hotels and the food to go with) ad nauseatum!

The gullible American guys and girls take these sermons without any caution but with utmost respect.

That is where the problems rise.
Critical analysis is not forthcoming from American new converts.

In my opinion yhey are to be discarded like spit or sputum, now that Coranavirus is rollicking in USA.

The Paddicuma or Spittoom is the right receptacle for these bogus claims of Dhamma.

There is no other choise.

My desired intention was to retire from blog  activity at 2020 here but Coronavirus induced incarceration and boredom has made me jump that target by 10.

The human race is fast losing it empathy and that empathy is loaded with emotion and partisan.

The Floyd story was hijacked by the media and for me (every) life matters and I have extended that to the animal kingdom, simply because our elephants both wild and domesticated are ill treated on daily basis.

I used to hate cats and pour buckets of water when they fight and disturb the neighborhood especially at night but come Coronavirus, I am very sympathetic to them.

Except one cat all of them have realized I mean no harm and the numbers of them (including those visiting the rooftop but the Ceylon Civets take care of them for me on the rooftop) staying in our safe zone has increased.

The stray dogs who regularly follow me for treats rarely see me due to forced incarceration.

The Coronavirus scenario has morphed into an immigration strategy by right wing radicals world over and unfortunately conservative Australians have taken over that discrimination baton to their hands.

Indian who have earned their emigration status hard are banned  from entering having got trapped at home in their holiday.
They have lost their loved ones and their jobs too and erasing their emigration status is inhumane.

How is WHO responding to this new immigration mafia?

I was offered resident status in UK but I never wanted it as a right.
I only want my passport to be accepted at any point free and fairly not immigration status.

The fairness never works in almost all the Western countries and my personal experience with New Zealand was horrible.

I used to blast the migration officers in New Zealand when they.crossed my free access pathway and always tell them you are going to hear from my lawyer not on immigration claims but violation my fundamental right for free pass.

My gut feeling of the Coronavirus is whatever the potential of vaccines the virus will wipe out a considerable number of the labour force.

For India and China millions dying is not a population problem.

The remaining stock will bounce back in a generation.

If you take a hypothetical country with white supremacy and very low population mass, that country will not survive a prolong viral onslaught.

The money cannot bring the life back and stockpiling vaccines doses may have to be thrown away as ineffective when a nasty double or triple mutants emerge in rapid succession.

The shortsighted but anticipated global effectiveness of the vaccine may be a red herring.

This equation will apply to New Zealand too and their will be labour shortages including doctors and engineers.

India will not send their trained staff and may even have strong anti-immigration policy in a decade's time.

The vaccine shortage and monetary strategy misfired and India will be 10 times wiser in the near future.

But when this type of model is devised in politics to delegate regional autonomy it fails.

Without a central organizational network, the system fails.

India chose a semi-federal system and it failed.

Of course the Great India fractured into four  with independence.

They used RAW to divide Ceylon, in the same inclination, fearing Ceylon might overtake even Singapore strategy, if remained United.

My personal view is even if we remained integrated, we would not have achieved much.

Simply because scientific and management style was not within our inbred philosophy and for a considerable time period we never  got scientifically and politically mature.

India created LTTE from grassroots level but could not control it when it went overboard with some EU countries giving all the support.

EU policy is cooperation but for a small country disintegration was their policy.

Thanks to India Tamils are still suffering in this country and most went to Western countries looking for better pastures as economic refugees.

India never gives citizenship to Tamils from Ceylon except Estate Tamils of Indian origin.

It shows their double standard and finally we had to go behind China for security reasons.

With the genetic or inherent power greed mankind will never find a system tolerable and equitable.

They love to see division and skin colour and African origin have become a basis of violence and polarization..

They forget that the white man originated from black man from Ethiopia in the distant past.

Our historian and priests have erased the dotted lines that connect us to the reality of human evolution.

So Coronavirus coming to wipe the human race is welcome, only if the remaining guys connect the dotted lines and create a plausible connections and dish out Quran and Bible not as absolutes but as obsolete.

Very unlikely.

But Coronavirus has shown the fallibility of the human race.

I have created a hypothesis that this is an alien agenda coming from a "not so friendly alien clan" from Zeta or Xreta reticularis galaxy.

They have been masquerading, as Tall Whites of Scandinavian Origin for a very long time.

They are shape shifters who will integrate with the local tribes when in danger but emerge free again when (viral crisis now ) the crisis is over.

These guys cannot stand viruses and their immune system cannot mount a protective resistance.

We are the guinea pigs.

Human Failures, Human Fragility, Human Error and General Failure of the Federal Systems

I am going to have a SWIPE at every aspect or corner of human endeavour, including military in Myanmar and Ceylon and more particularly the Medical Profession, both Public and Private.

The Ceylon Medical Council's role and attitude is to mass produce under prepared graduates, perhaps as an export commodity (Read my piece here on CMC).

Our indigenous Veda Ralas are no better than Wanniye Atthoes of Bintenna promoting their Panis or Penix (all sucrose from sugar grass or cane sugar) where Bee Honey is non existent except at Bintenna.

Mind you, Bee Honey is an essential component of traditional medicine to overcome the bitterness of Gulis and Kasayas.

Let me take the military first.

We have the biggest army per capita population and they have a defense academy with a Medical Faculty.

Why?

For export, nothing but.

What military needs is a few dental surgeons who can detect officers faking illness.

I know even an officer fears a dental surgeons with armory of tools that an average dental surgeon will have in their possession but rarely or never use (They use this armor as a defensive tactics to deter malingerers, including, the three armed forces).

I as a medical person has an aversion to drillers the dental surgeons use fearing they piece my cribriform plate and enter my brain from a vulnerable entry point.

I have personally diagnosed a meningitis case in UK, of a young man under 15, who was fiddling with a knife, saying he could swallow it without injuring his mouth but hit the cribriform plate and the English GP failed to open the mouth and examine, dripping CSF from his mouth and waited till he was paralysed on one side to call an emergency admission to the hospital where I worked as a paid locum.

I had a SWIPE at that medical guy, knowing that I would never become a permanent Resident Physician  in UK.

There were many other incidents like MRCP guy failing to diagnosis a rollicking appendicitis and a surgeon who missed a intussusceptum in spite me saying it in my bald hand writing, in the (nothing but intussusceptum) bed head ticket.

Army needs a medical officer only once, during the initial medical screening before recruiting a guy and only a dental surgeon afterwards.

So having a Medical Faculty under army is a colossal wastage of resources when one need in Coronavirus is an astute PHI (not the entire army taking over the Public Health) with previous exposure to AIDS patients, ideally a prostitute (very difficult to consult a prostitute for origin of the infection and one may even, find a sitting British Cabinet Minister in the process)

By the way, history repeats itself in UK.

As a young man emerging as a doctor John Profumos resignation, sex scandals and prostitution in Soho are still vivid in my memory.

There was UK conservative PM who was a paedophile while in office.

That may be a reason for my aversion to all politics here and abroad.

I have many reasons to add when a guy asks me why I did not settle abroad, either in UK or down under New Zealand.

This country Ceylon is no different and evolving fast with Chinese prostitutes riding high (not Hong Kong Chinese with English dialect) with pure Chinese dialect.

These Chinese prison convicts erecting building here and in a future day when they collapse the political guys who signed the deeds have long gone into extinction.

Have anybody done a survey of their projects collapsing?

At the time of the emergence of Coronavirus several buildings in China collapsed and were visible from aerial surveys and China has built buildings covering buildings and their cemeteries.

I think Coronavirus patients were forced to work on these projects and some of their bodies are buried deep under these collapsed buildings.

Now I believe in humans there is no need for dialect when money and sex are exchanged even in this Buddhist enclave where priests are confirmed homosexuals no different whether they are male or female.

In a different vein I believe Coronavirus spreads fast in a culture where homosexuality is promoted.

It is an enterovirus to begin with in China but now has transformed fully to a fully fledged respiratory mode of spread.

UK and USA are good examples and France may be bit lagging  behind but catching up fast due to soccer, certainly not due to.cricket (except Ceylon of course).

Current surge of Coronavirus is also due, thanks to the military buses used for transporting contacts, instead of using proper ambulance services looked after by allied health officials.

I have a funny feeling that our medical guys, girls and allied sciences guys would have loved this scenario unfolding, where the contact and first exposure was those of navy, military guys and police in particular taking the burden of contacting their civilians relations or kith and kin.

We say that "Donkey should not do the dogs barking to alert the danger of Coronavirus spread in this country".

Stupid Education Minister opening the schools in a hurry added salt to the injury.

The whole public service failed in this country by succumbing to to the military overtures.

They should have quoted the misadventures in Myanmar as an example.

Anyway, too late for excuses.

What one need is a central agency of public and private health officials putting their heads together in a pandemic.
This was not allowed to evolve.

Army jumped the gun of glory.

Doctors started well with the initial initiative and the medical guy was grafted and shunted out in quick succession, in military style of action, with a pseudo promotion.

The WHO with shoddy deals with China abrogated it's responsibility 2 years ago.

President Biden should not support WHO but should support the global development of a  viable, preferably an oral vaccine like Poliomyelitis, if we are to turn round the corner.

Not an intramuscular injection which all the kids fear.

India with a Federal Government failed.

Mind you Indian Subcontinent was divided into four with independence, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Kashmir and India to begin with.

I think Kashmir was where Buddha's clan lived but not a single Buddhist left there now, thanks to Muslim Invaders.

White House, Federal Agency and 52 States in America failed to stem the tide but my thanks to Donald Trump for invigorating American Industry.

He woke up the industry to re-engineer the Ventilator industry and computer generated antigens for vaccination protocols.

I do not think Biden should get the credit but he is doing awfully well until a mishap in vaccination program, an year from now do speak a different story.

This is all evolving and nobody can be sure of the outcome.

My gut feeling is we won't be able hamstring this Smart Virus with many crowns on its head.

A bleak but real scenario!

All current kings, queens and dictators (Brazil in particular) have to bow low to this King Virus with mutations, left, right and center.

Forget (leave it to Ceylon) the PPE but UK an industrial country cannot manufacture a ventilator.

What an advance society?

The European Union is nothing but s farce originated from Belgium kings of yore who vandalized most (Germans having a hand) of Africa and also allowed the spread of AIDS in Africa and world over.

The Coronavirus making havoc in Africa much worse than Forest Fever or Ebola or AIDS.

One line for Private Medical institutions in Ceylon and the vocabulary of Public Health does not exist even for money in their record books and they shun vaccinations.

Where is that medical guy who wanted a private medical school for his kith and kin in Negambo or nearby?

They somehow circumvent the patients' priority based  on money and most institution do not follow public health protocols in the waiting rooms that stretched over 24 hours.

When I was doing administrative work in the private sector I used to get over 100 complaints a day (mind you I introduced it covering even the kitchen facilities).

Human failure, Human error, Leading the Title comes from that experience.

We in Ceylon tried to introduce under aegis of RAW a Federal Administration to the North, in a tiny country like ours.

If that became a success, Tamils in Jaffna would have been inundated by Coronavirus if Thlaimanmar or Park's Straight was open to free traffic from India, including ICE and hashish.

Mind you in the height of LTTE activities, with the window of opportunity given to us by LTTE (they escorted us to a safe region) we visited bordering Walikanda and it's Hospital.

To my horror million's worth of anesthetic and surgical instruments were lying idle.

They failed to train anaesthetists, then and even now there is a shortfall.

Mind you, medical guys recently passed out now are both avoiding public health and emergency care appointments.

There will be a drop in registration for Medical and Dental practice.
I wanted them to be curtailed due to money spent training a guy or girl and losing them to a Western country.

Over 30 guys recruited and sent to Japan for training, from the Dental School did not come back and  I told, the then dean and he shrugged his shoulders in affirmative.
Two under my care never returned from overseas training but I did not spend much time with them anyway, knowing the outcome.

Not a healthy scenario in the defense academy but the new tecruits will jump at the overseas appointments with our army giving security to them abroad.

What a luxury?

That is why Aurvedic guys are having a rosy time in Ceylon, now.

At least Coranavirus had no barriers to religion, ethnicity or language or geography.

Now we have a "not so level playing guy" at the helm and smoothening this guy's work at heart and lung is an amazingly difficult task.

I think Coranavirus is a terrible blessing in disguise and even many Gods (including Western God of Unity) in India are currently succumbing.

If they had Provincial Councils and devolved  Medical Services the fate of India would have followed the Northern Provinces by default but not their own design or objective.

That is an opinion of mine, in spite of many reservations I have for our health industry both public and private.

The training is hopelessly inadequate.

Slowly but surely human fragility is insinuating the the health industry.

Time has come to be honest and be integrated rather than separated which Muslims want us to be and Tamils should not swallow the bitter pill.

They want global Islam nothing but and using Tamils language as their platform currently but write from right to left in Arabic which is alien to Hindu and Sanscript scripts.

This piece does not reflect the numerous honest guys and girls who do their best under trying conditions be that may be medical or non-medical service industry.

But they are in the minority when money and power speak and strangle the system.

Mind you I have not registered myself for 20 years and a simple civilian guy now with courage to speak out not in death bed like Canadian defense minister and Armstrong  in his 80s (removing the the truth covering layers or untruth).

The truth of Coronavirus will come out a century or two later.

By then, the damage is done and global survival from  climate change is in its downward trend.

That speaks volumes and the planet cannot take the strain of population explosion and a remedy is on the horizon.

Debian 10.9.0- Buster Download and Instal on USB

This is posted by WiFi from a mobile broadband.
I do not want to name the service provider but I use Internet well past midnight, especially when I download a Linux image over 4.5 GiB.

Being a holiday or Back Poya day, I thought of using my dongle to download the iso image to my laptop which was given long Coranavirus respite.

I am using Debian KDE plasma and it does not show me the download speed but my rough calculation is 250 MiB in one hour.

So it is roughly 8 hour waiting to see the first of the 3 DVDs.
Luckily after midnight the download went up smoothly.

I hope I can install that in a USB stick.
Of course I have to erase the previous Debian 10.0.0 iso in the USB.

I have two Debian images installed in laptop after erasing the Microsoft Windows.

I could not erase Microsoft using Linux but used BSD for that purpose.

The Microsoft UEFI SCAM with OEM guys I have bypassed using my own techniques long before ESP partitioning was available.

This broadband is a Big Joke.

I warn you never to use Internet access and facilities while installing.

Pull out the Ethernet Wire even when the service provider says, it is lighteningly fast.

It is only a service gimmick and dongle or winkle is a farce.

I pulled out the Ethernet Wire nearly 80 feet long running over our roof which was defective due to over 12 years of exposure to elements ( I burned it leaving a small piece to check its internals but I do not have a crumpler to plug connecting pieces).

It, the Ethernet Wire did serve me well with my PC, now temporarily retired, with superb download speeds with over 300 Linux distribution downloads, now all retired except the Debian.

The cellphone has killed the Linux and Pine is still not available in Ceylon and the nifty new distribution for cellphone's, based on Ubuntu is one year away.

Well Debian is coming out with its 11 series  and I am not going to buy a new PC or laptop to install and test it.

But young guys should support Linus now in America and the New Desktop is going to beat both Apple and Microsoft.

Running Update on Installation.

1. Use your laptop and make sure the battery is fully charged.

2. But connect the power plug for security.

3. Go to Debian site and download the 32 (obsolete) or  64 iso DVD for AMD, AMR or whatever.

4. There are 3 DVDs but I use only the first DVD.

5. Image is compressed and extract it to a download folder

6. Write the image to a DVD.
I usually prepare two DVDs.

One for me and one for friends who request me installing it and demonstration.

Ome is kept in my archive of Linux images.

7. Run the DVD.
You must set your BIOS or boot options to CD (USB first in my case).

8. Use the graphic installation don't try to be smart.

9. Use your language selection French or English or Greek.

No Sinhala or Tamil by the way.

10. Confirm root and user password.

11. When asked for installation say yes to use the entire disk or USB.

I partition the hard disk to over 12 or more  partitions  and that process is painful.

12. It uses ESP (UEFI boot option) and 6 more partition including SWAP space.

My USB is 16 GiB and over 9 GiB is my home partition.

It has 3.7 Python.
Linux kernel is 4.19.0.16, the latest STABLE.

Base installation is fast.

But I asked for all desktops on Tasktel request.

Use one or two desktops if you want a fast installation.

There are over 2000 files if you ask for all desktops and it takes few hours, if you ask for all.

I go to sleep and when I wake up it is all ready to use.

I kept my old 10.0.0.0 and 10 plus copies in my laptop and boot the USB for showoffs.

Event Horizon and Expanding Universe

I haven't written something on New Physics for sometime.

I may edit this if new insight creeps into my physics mind.

We were obsessed with Coranavirus and George Floyd's case and we were taxing our brain on menial, subtle and emotional things that lead to the global depressive attitude and amnesia.

Diverting it with global warming and putative counteractive measures is scientifically obtruse, since we have gone beyond the point of recovery or redemption because of our inherent greed and stupidity.

This entry on physics will put you in different  perspective and a totally bizarre introspection.

Of course it is my perspective in physics and attacking current theoretical physics into non existence is my intention.

I believe Americans never walked on moon with the antecuated technology in 1968.

It was a drama created on cinema to divert the attention of the world of astrocities in Vietnam.

Well done America on television screen in black and white.

America has produced beautiful films in colour but using black and white pictures was a bit of stain on the film industry of America even in 1960s.

We know that our universe is expanding or retrieving from us, thanks to Edwin Hubble and his discovery of red-shift of light.

Now my title expanding universe and the event horizon are not complementary but exactly opposite scenarios.

Event horizon is the theoretical extension of the visible universe to us and our instruments.
To believe universe does not exist beyond that observation point is a wrong theoretical premise which physics should answer with conviction.

What we cannot observe does not exist is a wrong premise like believe in non existing gods (of course I believe universe is infested with many bizarre biological agents including aliens, other than humans).

With the expanding universe, a bit of our galaxy is hurrying away from us in every nanosecond.

This will end and we will have no matter or space left for us to hold onto, in the present point of our existence..

Nothing existing scenario at the point of me standing now including me due to biological reasons but physical reasons or physics should theoretically be present or existing, if extinction has not supervened my theoretical perspective.

In other words the event horizon cease to exist.

What next, then?

Now one has to go back to my previous discussion where I explore space or empty space of our imagination cannot exist but some energy occupying every available space, come into play here.

The event horizon we lost  theoretically a moment ago is taken over by another Galaxy or Universe which we cannot see now will occupy this space and create another event horizon for another alien species to theorise it (like me doing it now).

How come my "New Physics" stand up to answer the question well before that event  has occurred (not open for our imagination just now).

The mind supreme is in action.

Keep probing, is how science expands its horizon by asking the right question at the right time.

This is about Lala Land in Ceylon.

The Coronavirus had hit even Ganja industry with tourists that come for hashish, not coming to Ceylon.

Ceylon, and some cities in India, Pakistan and Thailand are in this triangle of interest.

With American troops leaving Afghanistan new trade routes will open with China providing facilities for money laundering off shore.

It is going to be paradise for interested parties.

The Kos-eta Land is where our farmers dry the paddy with jack seeds and the South East monsoon heralding it's onslaught soon, they will become seed paddy with only two days of rain.

Then our paddy mafia belonging to a consort of ex- big guy is now raising it's ugly head.

The new year gone, the price of rice would go up invariably.

Happy Land is not Singapore or Thailand but a biscuit type in Ceylon in which the quality has gone down appreciably.

Even the type of delicious coconut cooky is down in quality with the coconut land  devastated by land development activities and prices of a coconut now is more than the price of pound of bread.

If we do not have Prima Wheat, we will be starving and the cheap margarine substitutes coming from China is killing our Bread industry.

While all this is happening children of top guys are driving Land Rovers in their racing practices, in the wild forest looking for hunting animals.

The elephants coming to roost in bordering villages is a natural evolution of land destruction and and we might see more Land Rovers going through the forest land than elephants inhabiting their prime land.

I sometime see the Coronavirus is a little respite for the forest to recover from land encroachment in the name of ecotourism.

Global warming summit is just a political showpiece without concrete grass root actions.

President Biden has more problems under his watch barely 100 days gone by.

America is deeply divided than ever before and the media are adding it's weight to the problem and to the partisan approach.

By the way two of my cues and the stand was vandalized by the Mason Bass in my absence.

Now I use a laquered stick or Sesath as my cue.

Last time I played billiards and snooker, it cost me Rs.5000/= for one hour game in a Kandy Hotel and another Rs.5000/= for spirits and short eats.

This is where we had our 50 years of graduation celebrations.

That was the last time I went overboard on alcohol and I did not come home.

The meal and alcohol did cost a little bit more and both soles of my new footwear could not stand the upbeat and I had to dispose it.

The footwear costs over £100= and today's rate Rs.6000/= or more.

This is all before Coronavirus and playing snooker indoors is not allowed by WHO now.

Mind you, coconut is Rs.100/ a piece and my game is actually converted to 3 gunny bags of coconuts.

We are importing coconuts for new year with GasPaluwas demolishing our TREES including Jack and breadfruit trees.

What a country we are living in?

Our Free dish out to Samurdhi recipients is equivalent to one game of billiards and definitely without liquors.

I stop drinking alcohol due to taxes and I do not call anybody or answer telephone due to newly imposed taxes.

Girigoris or Piss Off Software is tested by Telecoms and Dialog now.

One thing I know is that Chinese cannot play snooker but they are good at poker and our finance minister does not know how to play poker with Chinese.

A snooker cue or stick Indian made is over Rs.2000/= and a snooker table costs over 1 million while in Colombo guys and girls spend extra cash is cassinos at a time Coronavirus is peaking again after New Year holidays.

The new year games our little Simeon plays is nothing compared to guys playing golf in Colombo.

A singer of high society, mostly drunkards have millions in their banks and some of their sons are involved in street violence and are protected by their fame when a  officer in uniform working at unfriendly hours tries to arrest a guy who is a drug peddler or addict is convicted by public opinion (judged by his / her skin colour in America not by actions of self defense or of duty).

It is the bystanders including media men with doctored clips who decide the outcome and not the fair play in this country and in America.

What has has happened to fair play?

When lawyers of defense and prosecution only see one side of the story, how can a jury give a verdict in a critical and sensitive case?

Nobody thinks of prevention of crimes and drug peddling.

Alcohol is the on top of sale list and traffic accidents tops both lightening and Coronavirus deaths put together in Ceylon.

The system of education has failed to instruct law makers, lawyers, judges and lot more priests of law esteem.

High criminals are protected including bankers and the minions are sent to prison for inappropriately long sentences.

One must not see this as a failure of the system or democracy.

It is the failure of the judicial system and not democracy.

It is worse under autocracy!

On paper autocratic countries have low rate  of criminal activity but their high officials are the most corrupt in this world.

Both Russia and China should be under the radar.

Look at Myanmar and criminal activity of the military.

We have guys wanting a dictatorship and their sanity should be examined in public court like in America.

Doctors of America are no experts on An Gam Pora

This is my opinion and anyone is FREE to disagree as a global citizen under video surveillance.

I think, by enlarge America has failed it's citizens, especially after the pandemic.

This grandfather who did not succumb to, Coronavirus, economic, social hardships and prison incarceration, but died on the street subdued, epitomises the plight of poor people irrespective of the skin colour.

Why?

Bias on skin colour, black for dead and the white for the living and legally "trying"officer has made the jury run for conviction not on facts but on gut feelings.

This case should not end here but should go on for another trial to revisit the persecution, prosecution, defense, police procedures, role of media and above all reform of the whole judicial system.

It was a dream for me to visit United States and this case made me to reconsider it otherwise.

Why visit a country which is disintegrating by the minute.

It has barrow receptors which communicate with medulla and pons.

Symptoms due to barrow receptor compression come suddenly well before oxygen deprivation symptoms supervene.

In other words cardiac symptoms were antecedent to respiratory symptoms.

One can stay under water with or without oxygen for longer period.

Furthermore, after cardiac arrest medulla can continue gasping respiratory efforts for a considerable length of time.

Pressure on these baroreceptors were never discussed in the witness box.

I kept silent until the jury gave the verdict.

I think a retrial is mandatory and the defense should challenge these doctors for not probing fully on physiology (not on, after the fact pathology).

World over doctors training has come down drastically and often critical patients are looked after by the most junior doctors.

It is well known that involuntary mistakes by doctors are covered up by technicalities and poor police officers with minimal knowledge are punished inappropriately.
In addition doctors are spared by their defense contracts, power and money.

Everybody especially the pseudo experts should be drilled down in the witness box again for their biased opinions.

I think police officers should not use neck compression as a form of restraint (not only in America in all over the world).

It should be withdrawn from all police handbooks worldwide.

Even kids know the neck compression can be deadly.

My heart felt thanks to the young girl who captured the action live.

I do not like video monitoring in super markets.

Only benefit they have on me, in my old age is that I do not lose my temper in public places but only at home.

It should be the other way round.

Domestic violence and kitchen knife is the most lethal weapon statistically.

I think nobody should bear weapons except the police and security officers with high level of training and trust.

But our police officers and security guys use deadly force in Ceylon and get away as national heroes.

I am a pathologist but briefly worked as a forensic medical officer when young.

One salient point in pathology is that clinicians miss 20% of the clinical diagnoses irrespective of their seniority globally and and a pathologist cannot determine 40% at postmortum.

At best one can have 60% of certainty at the postmortum and never 100%.

Only serviceman should bear weapons and the use of subduing techniques are legal when confronted by a gang or a physically strong guy under drugs.

About the doctors in America and none of the experts described the harm to Axillary Plexuses and showed their ignorance in neuroanatomy and points of contact of nerves to apply pressure over shoulder (not neck) tip, clavicle in front and shoulder blade from behind.

These were points our teachers used to subdue us and induce fear but I have counteracted and used my lump of books on their back as a warning strategy and I was chased out of the class first and my fellow friends joined me one by one later.

They were trying to teach us  Bible  and we resisted with might and strategy.

It worked for our class of friends.

Now we have MPs and Monks in saffron cloth in this country who want a dictator to reign.

Democracy is at peril, in this country with a huge army, police force and idiotic MPs bearing guns.

They never handed over the guns given to them in trouble times but the local goons who transport ICE have guns in their possession.

They have more democratic rights than the average voter or civilian.

That is how democracy works in Ceylon with inappropriately designed legislature to protect Chinese goons in harbours.

Watawala, Kitulgala, Kalugala, Ginigathena, Dick Oya and Kothmalen Gaminie Dissanayake

Roshan Watawala and Kothmale Gaminie Dissanayake belongs to two river branches of the Upcountry Rainforest Range.

They are on two sides of Kitulgala and Ginigathena.

Watawala is bit up the stream.

Downsouth guys of Hambantota and Unawatuna and in the bird zone do not understand the value of the forest for wild beasts including elephants.

The plane glides to Hambantota with Chinese on money pilgrimage,i directly on the bird's migration pathway killing birds for their evening meals, on high ground or skyway.

The Chinese live birds for meals and they are not lovebirds of Budgerigars type.

My intention here is to highlight our ancient water engineers knowledge and stamina.

My geographical investigations tells me that Dick Oya and Hinguru Oya both descended down and joined the  Kelani River before the Kingdom moved to Kandy.

The Victoria Bridge and Randenidala project become a small project when we consider how these guys diverted one branch that joined the Kalani River naturally was intercepted at Ginigathena to join Mahaweli River.

Watawala has the highest rainfall in Ceylon and diverting a river at Ginigathena was a masterpiece of engineering.

They used the Kalugala range to good effect and once the point at which the two river branches joined was blocked, the downhill fall was instantaneous and joining the branch that originated from Maskeli Oya or River was chicken feed of engineering feat.

Before Maskeli Oya project was born the road that leads to our house was inundated,  with even minor rain.

Maps are readily available and Google maps gives a reasonable point to point connection without elevation statistics.

In this country, undesirable guys / girls grow hashish or ganja having cleared the forest and the military does encourage these shoddy deeds in the name of  farming.

The protected land of Local Veddhas are reclaimed for growing corn for export (not a staple food) and the bees are decimated by insecticides and pesticides used for commercial farming.

Elephants are killed on daily basis and there is a lobby to give guns to farmers when United States is passing laws to limit free firearms to civilians.

The government is doing everything possible to destroy the forest by subtle legislation in the name of development.

The same Gas Paluwas (Tree Uprooters) who destroyed the forest for decades are back in the parliament as MPs and ministers now.

Aflatoxin and other Toxins in Ceylon

Aflatoxin, Kirala-Toxin (Standard Beauro), Manala-Toxin (GOMA) and Kala-Toxin (average simple Semeon) are Pre -New Year celebrations of Ceylon, now that Coranavirus restrictions are imposed globally.

Not only coconut oil but even tea is adulterated.

Latest entries are sugar and margarines (coming from China).

The Vasana Cake is the well known cake adulterated by cheap Chinese margarines.

Even Asmi is adulterated by substitutes.

So we have been eating junk food throughout the year for ages and the Coranavirus death is quick but death by cancer is prolonged and agonizing.

Not only copra but rice and even standard home treatment Kottamalli or coriander has both yeast and fungi in them.

We never cared for standards and will continue doing same, in spite of changes in governments on 5 year basis.

Only lip service but no concrete actions.

WiFi Mode

We are a stupid nation.

We have re-elected a regime which destroyed our forest and elephants in the past which even LTTE did not touch.

Now they are asking the children to plant trees, instead of teaching them the basic skills in English, computing and using a cellphone or tablet effectively in education, which are essential in survival in the current world.

By the way, cellphone prices have gone up sky rocketing due to devaluation of Ruppee by printing new money.

Instead of that, they are engaged in usual political manoeuvre that hoodwink the Simple Semeon on the street with "Kotia and Thambia Eneva" Slogan.

It is deplorable these things happen even in our temples on a daily basis.

Coming to the telecommunication, we are spending a lot for MobiTel and Dialog which provide a shoddy service and over 50% as taxes.

Use only WiFi and carry a WiFi dongle or WiFi broadband unit to save on your bill.

Do not spend over Rs.35,000/= advertised on YouTube.

One can buy four or five units under Rs.25,000.

Dear Mr.Bill
This letter is from so and so to so and so.
I bought a computer recently and unfortunately I found the following problems.
1. When I connect to the Internet and opened the e-mail and whenever I type my name I get a CAGE called password and a number of asterisks ****** .
I leave the asterisks and type my password in the rest of the fields.
As soon as I type letters appear as true to form and nothing else happens afterward.
I do not know how to solve this problem.
I checked with the hardware vendor (Kandy) and he checked the keyboard and said it has no problems.
I got a brain wave and opened the email with the word password and asterisks ***** but that did not work.
2. When I click the "Shut down" button I am unable to do anything else afterwards with the computer.
I thought the computers work 24 hours without a break and without any complaints.
Please let me know how to solve this problem.
3. However, there is a button called "Start" but there is no button called "Stop" when I want to go to the loo.
I request you to solve this problem.
4. I find there is a 'Run' button in the menu ( I don't want to have runs after a meal-diarrhoea- especially the type of meal called "On the go" I have in my office).
One of my friends told me I should do a run in the evening after sitting long hours in front of the TV screen learning new computer techniques and concepts.
5. Click and Run is dangerous even in Kandy with so many "Bills on the Beat" with a AK45s in their hands.
I don't like to run.
Please change it to "Sit and Wait".
In fact, I do this when I have a problem with my computer.
I believe even the ordinary citizens do the same thing ("Sit and Wait Patiently") nowadays especially when they come to Colombo for some work.
6. I would prefer a "Bicycle" with a click of a button instead of a "Pizza" available in the system.
With petrol going up that is good for my health and my purse.
As I find only "Re-cycle" and that is a gross oversight by the computer wizards of America.
7. By the way for people who have money and a scooter another option called "Re-scooter" is desirable.
Unfortunately I do not own a scooter.
8. The 'Find' button is not working properly.
My wife lost the door key and we tried a lot to find the the key with this "Find" button but it was not possible.
Is it due to a bug?
9. Every night my sleep is disturbed since the Cat come looking for the "Mouse" at odd hours in the night.
I propose you should make a game called Cat, Mouse and the Dog and ask the Disneyland to train all the domestic cats , dogs and mice to play this game without killing each other like the humans do.
We humans can learn from this game a few earthly visions.
10. My child likes to learn the Microsoft Word now. T
It is better one should develop the Grammar and the Sentence Structure since our children are very poor in English as a language.

I made a reference to plight of the Binntenna Vaddha's honey bee trade vandalized by corn trade.

I have black bees domesticated in one of our tall pillars.

They extended their colony to back side of the retaining wall.

There was some activity on the other side with cement and paint work.

I begin to realise those guys sealed the entry point of the second colony.

They are all Buddhist guys with no sympathy for wild life.

The second colony left the place in good time and was making a new home in another pillar in front of our house.

They are still working in the new home.

The guys in Hantana are setting fire and catching the wild rabbits. This is perennial occurrence.

I am using the French Typeface for revising my French.

It is difficult to speak in English.

I was a part time writer.

I am almost a full time writer now with Coronavirus incarceration.

Playing with cheap cellphones was a pastime for ages but then there was no typefaces like now.

I tried to translate to Sinhala but it did not work.

I tried Tamil.
