Are you willing or unwilling partners in Conspiracy?
I think we all are due to many reasons.
My book on “Conspiracies in Religion, Politics and Science” was written with that in mind.
When I write a book, I prefer the digital version (it saves trees) since it is going to outlast my life.
This book was an exception, I deliberately avoided the digital version.
I want it to be somewhere (unlike my other books) in a library, school or "parts of it reproduced", even on newsstand or pass the book from hand to hand.
I have only scratched the surface.
Idea is for it to used to base more elaborate studies.
If not the rot we had been in will continue for another century.
Initial idea was to expose the medical profession and how drug companies conspire to hoodwink initially doctors and later through doctors the worldwide masses.
Late Professor Senaka Bibile’s death was the beginning.
Upali Wijewardane’s death may be another (I am not sure), the chocolate industry.
For the 40 years we have not produced any outstanding personalities in this country.
Why?
There is illegal organ transplantation (I have not discussed this in my book) and illegal drug trafficking are the issues I have deliberately ignored in this book.
Those are two areas nobody will venture to write a book.
But when I realized that conspiracy is universal, even in rocket science (in science, religion and politics) and in human genes, I feel my effort was worthwhile.
That was not the original intention.
I want the malpractices in medical field exposed.
I can now say “we are not alone" (medical guys), the phrase that is used to indicate the existence of alien life.
The next question that comes to my mind, are the aliens conspire or the aliens learned it from us, especially USA.
Keeping Pet Fish-01
I will list few of my priorities.
1. No kids under 12 at home.
2. It is one man job and no delegation unless absolutely necessary (on holiday or on a meditation course).
3. Minimum intervention, that you never but your finger to see whether water is too warm.
4. No smoking!
5. No cats or dogs (one item is enough, why you make your house a zoo).
6. One should have several simple thermometers in your household.
Find the coolest room not freezing dungeon!
Fish can tolerate cool weather better than very warm summers.
7. Adequate light either natural or artificial.
No point keeping them in a dark corner.
How can you see their beautiful colours?
8. No artificial chemical sprayers at all, including personal perfumes.
9. Adequate ventilation to the room and a minimum of one air pump (compressor) and a spare in case the working one goes bust in the night.
10. If you do not have 5 minutes in the morning and
10 minutes in the evening to spare, please do not think of starting this exotic hobby.
When I was in the United Kingdom (we did not have all the fancy stuff coming from China now in Ceylon then), I bought all the stuff except a glass tank and never started this hobby while there.
No sooner I was back in Ceylon, I was in full swing.
One thing good about British stuff was they would last 10 years (unlike the Chinese stuff) solid no leaking, no electric shocks and basically no complaints (this 1980s).
Good solid equipments and a firm stand to place the heavy tank is of utmost importance.
Now I will tell you why the above priorities.
No fish should die under my care except for old age and born invalid.
I have kept a gold (I called it the Clown Fish) without air bladder and several blind ones (one left currently).
My best advice is do not start, if you love your freedom.
Children lose interest within six weeks.
Just do not blame them that is there simple nature.
Do not make your kid to do the dirty work.
Let them be free too.

MultiSystem Boot CD-Update
Update
I have written a lot about MultiSystem CD.
It can be used in Windows but I am not going to waste time.
In Linux one can extract the SH file obtained from sourceforge, install it and run with ROOT permission.
It cannot be used as an ordinary user.
If you want to avoid root permission easiest way is to download version 9 from sourceforge, write the image into a CD (make sure it is 700 MiB), (why waste a DVD) and boot up.
It has Gparted too.
One must download all the images (ideally in the hard disk or even an external hard disk) beforehand.
NeBootIn let you download from the sight but it takes lot of time.
It is better test the isos by writing on CD/DVD.
What I do is install it on a FLASH Drive First using the CD. (ms.its.precise r9) or even an external hard disk and boot it on RAM and start adding one image after another to the Graphic Till or Cage.
No terminal!
Suse, Fedora and the new Debian (early 8 version supports live DVDs) do not support it.
Not to bother it tells you if it cannot make a live script.
If any of the distributions does not boot for any reason, what you have to do is to mount the flash drive on a Linux session and delete the live folder.
The name of the distribution remains in the Grub File but do not click the deleted one since the Flash drive or Hard disk hangs out looking for for the script.
If that happens wait a few seconds and PRESS the off button. If you do not wait for few seconds it might burn your RAM.
I did all this with on an old 32 bit IBM for three hours with only 1 GiB RAM, while doing (other) multi-tasks, nothing untoward happened.
That is the beauty of Linux.
Ten or more distributions in a Flash Drive is handy!
The mounting partition has to be FAT.
This was done on Debian 8.0.0
Live Linux CD (below 700MiB)
There isn't a single bootable functional Linux CD except MX-14.4 available currently.
Linux was known to run on 4 to 8 MiB graphic cards.
Linux was suppose to use limited resources.
It is getting bulky (most of the utilities are never used).
I use Peppermint and it is low on utilities.
Only other Linux distribution may be Absolute Linux.
Arch Linux may have a minimal CD but it only for a Geek-very finicky for a newbies.
Debian has a Mini Version (net Install and Standard) but not easy for a beginner.
Thanks Mepis / Peppermint KEEP UP the Good Work.
It was called AntiX and currently MX.
It is a Mepis Linux derivative.
Thanks guys/Girls at Mepis, please do not terminate this service.
Knoppix has a live CD but hard to find now.
There is Gparted that can be used for partitioning but not for install.
There was DSL-Damn Small Linux only 50 MiB.
There are Finnix, System Rescue,Clonezilla but all these are for guys with knowledge with Linux.
MultiSystem CD is one of my favorite CDS.
It has Gparted, too.
It comes from France and by pressing F2 one can work in English.
The Graphic utility also gives an option to select language, if you forget to press F2 quick enough.
AVL-Linux-Out
Password is here!
Isotester 2016.8.30 version is out.
I tested the 32 bit version.
It is pretty good for Audio and Video Work.
username (not mentioned) is isotster
Password for 64 bits is avl64 and for 32 bits is avl32
Nearly 3 GiB and boots quick.
In my previous (review) testing I said it was slow to boot (64 bit version).
Gparted is there but won't function and asking for authentication!
Enjoy the Linux FUN.
Thanks Guys and Girls from ? Italy I believe.

Rubbish-How to Lose Weight?
5. Never try a crash program and plan it over two years and first three months are the most difficult.
Debian 8.6.0-Live DVDs-Now OUT
Debian Live DVDs are out now.
It is 9 months since the demise of the Debian's Ian Murdoch and I dedicate this to him.
The spirit of the Debian is kept going with his fellow developers.
Hats off to them.
What I usually do is to boot it and play the card game first.
Booting is smooth, the card game I lost but it was neat arranged.
Then I go to the web and Firefox fires up well.
Then the next thing I do is write a blog post.
Gparted is missing and Debian guys probably do not want the newbies to erase their hard disk inadvertently.
This is live on Gnome and I downloaded the KDE, too.
It should be as good as Gnome.
Lately I have an affinity for the Gnome.
There is Mate, too and there are Live DVDS for Apple guys/girls, too.
Thank YOU very much Guys/Girls at Debian.
Keep up the Good work!
KDE is nice but bit bulky for my computer, with only 1 GiB of RAM in my 32 bits IBM.
It has PAE for both 32 bit and 64 bits.
It can be installed from the same DVD.
It has latest LibreOffice.
Firefox was bit (with cookies) slow compared to Iceweasle without cookies around.
I prefer the latter as a browser.

Missed in My Conspiracy Book-Food Industry
If YOU believe in American Food advice, not only YOU become Obese, YOU will have GOUT, Heart Disease,Hypertension, Arthritis and Diabetes, all are disabilities, if they do not kill you prematurely..
This is a good one for 'RAVAYA" Readers!
How come a man who is comparatively small has to consume large amount of animal protein for survival?
Majestic elephants are vegetarians and they consume all their proteins from plants.
How come a man who is comparatively small has to consume large amount of animal protein for survival?
This is where the WHO has committed a global crime of promoting animal food which wastes over 50 to 75% of grain material that could be better used for human consumption.
(8 Kg (grain) fot 1Kg of meat!
They first started the myth with nominating the egg as a reference protein, since it contains all the essential amino acids.
Next logical nexus WHO struck was to equate all staple food including rice as inferior in quality in reference to egg protein and then to destroy the Asian Rice cultivation.
I will prove that rice is much superior and non-allergenic to all other staple foods in a minute but bear with me for excesses and the excuses.
At the same time with the American help they started promoting the second myth that wheat as the best alternative to rice since its relative quantity of lysine was higher when compared to rice.
Now with the American help Western Food Industry got a kick start diminishing the Asian wisdom to the back garden.
With this deliberate ploy to destroy the Rice Industry and all the rice varieties except Uncles Sam's rice which became a house hold name in America.
IMF made the previous government of Sri-Lanka to experiment bread making with rice flour mixture knowing very well it would be a failure.
Wheat flour has the bread making capability because of its gluten content and rice cannot supplement this allergenic food protein.
That is why rice is recommended for infants instead of wheat flour.
There was some always a sinister campaign to implicate rice as a poor quality staple food.
Say this to Japanese they are the only people in this planet who do not believe American propaganda.
Now it is time for some facts and a bombshell.
African Rice variety has the best Quality Protein comparative to all staple foods including Asian Rice.
Thanks to Japan this information is coming from JICA experts and Japan's Genome Project on Rice.
Before I go back to Single Cell Protein from fungi / algae here are some more facts.
It is true that the content of protein in rice is 2% less than wheat which is 10%.
In African rice the protein content is as high as 15%.
As a reference protein of egg is numbered arbitrarily as 100.
Please note no animal survives only on eggs.
Animals including humans eat a mixture of foods.
When the food is mixed the correct amino acid balance is achieved automatically.
Rice has 65 amino acid reference value which is more than twice as corn.
Wheat has 40 and corn has 30.
The quality is actually better for rice.
When rice is eaten with other grains (mung and dhal) it makes up 100 without the addition of any animal products.
If this is supplemented with milk one gets all the ingredients including calcium without the allergic properties of gluten which causes Coeliac Disease.
If rice meal is supplemented with some ripe banana one gets all what is essential.
If the rice is supplemented with soya one has an excellent combination.
It is necessary to mentioned that when WHO published the protein (vary with age and pregnancy) requirement some decades ago, they made some serious mistakes of doing the study on carbohydrate deficient diet that over estimated the protein requirement (this is called the specific dynamic action of food- where protein is wasted as energy).
They had to revise their estimates several times since then and when we were students we were given the wrong information (I of course never believed their estimates) and I never became a beef eater to supplement rice.
How the poor supplemented their diet (as Asians) was to eat more rice (provided the energy which spared the good quality protein and gave power and energy for work) or several meals of rice which made good the sufficient amino acid including the lysine.
However, supplementing with another grain and plant material was the easy choice for me.
My point here is different.
I am writing this here to illustrate that we can produce good quality protein from a single plant cell.
Even though we cannot utilize the cellulose we can very well use the plant protein for food.
In fact these experiments were done by oil companies using cheap oil as a substitute some years ago.
But they never took off the commercial scale due to pressure from beef industry and soya industry.
There was enough lobbying to object this Single Cell Protein production on safety grounds.
I do not intent to go into politics in detail but suffice is to say that these Single Cell Protein were never marketed as human food but only as animal food.

Android-Remix for PCs=Update
I am currently downloading (extracting the ZIP) for testing.
Post you the results soon!
I am disappointed.
64 bit Zip file has an error and does not extract fully.
It does not boot (32 bit version) probably, it is looking for a Touch Screen TV.
I do not bother to buy a touch screen for testing anyway.
I want my TV screen crystal clear without thumb / finger prints.
It does not have Linux or DOS short cuts to see (Ctrl+Alt+F1 or Esc ) what it is currently doing.
So please do not try, if you are hard press for time.
I went to sleep early and woke up early and nothing else to do, just tested it.
My 64 bit computer is down with the fan broken into two pieces.
That is why I tested the 32 bits version on an old IBM.
The Linux Magazine version has 64 bit ISO as a zip.
I won't bother to write an image.
Sorry Android Guys/Girls, I wish I could say something good.
My cardinal principle is never put a Linux Utility without testing thorough!
It kills the interest of the USER.
I am not a user anyway.

Arthur C. Clarke and UFOs.
Arthur C. Clarke and UFOs.
I am intrigued why Arther C Clerk not writing anything about UFOs.
He had all the credentials including a degree in physics.
We will never know the truth!Second World War
Post-war
After the war he attained a first-class degree in mathematics and physics from King's College London. After this he worked as assistant editor at Physics Abstracts. Clarke then served as chairman of the British Interplanetary Society from 1946 to 1947 and again from 1951 to 1953.When is the date of the Disclosure of the UFO Scenario?

I is a powerful letter in English.
I is a powerful letter in English.
Not only because it creates I concept.
I exist and What matters is I (exclude all the other I entities).
In Buddhism cardinal teaching IS that I does not exist, since there are many others Is around this, IMPORTANT (me) I, in both the animal and plant Kingdoms.
Moment one takes the I out and consider there are other hungry Is around us, we begin to practice Metta Meditation (That is the only one I practice not, Insight Meditation).
So this is a beginning point for one to Lose Weight.
You rear a cat or dog.
You feed the cat or dog first.
You feed your kids and friends around you.
The excess food is dished out first.
The cardinal feature is YOU eat last and you eat less to survive.
Eat to live not “Live to eat like all Sri-Lankans”.
Obesity is looked after if you substitute all animal foods and animal fats with coconut oil or Pol Sambol.
Having fed my pet fish including the tiny guppy I cannot sit and eat some fish flesh.
This is nothing to do with Buddhism but pure altruism!
Another step forward in Metta.
Is there a substitute for Meat/Flesh.
Luckily in 1970s when (under SLFP) when people were killing for a loaf of bread we developed the “Thriposa (of cause with added animal flesh like sprats and offal) Program.
Now that a Sri-Lankan company has developed a “Samposa Brand” (based on Thriposa) of 4G Snack (four types of Grains) with sugared chocolate (I am against the sugaring or coating, though), one or two snacks is a good substitute for bread, buns and cakes (much better nutrition).
I have not left out (I hate pure fresh milk) milk.
(Now I hate Sri-Lankan Tea which is made out of discard (used for manure in good old days) at the Colombo Auction).
Good brand is labeled at Two Rupees a Gram (1).
We have a number of new Yogurt Drinks with Probiotis.
One can easily make yogurt at home with a Yogurt Maker, now at room temperature with the "Global Warming in Full Swing".
That part is for Losing Weight with bit of mild exercise and writing as a pastime, NOT Blogging!
One can lose more weight if you get rid of the fridge and freezer and do once in three day purchase of essentials!
By the way, Fridge can be used for keeping milk products contributing to global warming Directly.
Breast Milk is meant to be dished out only when needed (not in storage) in mammals.
Now coming to my other Is which are much important than self I.
I for Investigation (observation).
I for Interpretation.
I for Integration.
I for Incarceration (free thinking too with dogmas)
I for Investing the thought processes (not for conspiracy) for the right (good) purpose at the right time in "Now Nows".
Not necessarily for Meditation!
I for Infection.
I for Inflammation.
I for Immunity.
Last three are of course the pathological terms in use.

Elephants-Nagawagga-Thoughts
320. As an elephant in the battlefield withstands arrows shot from bows all around, even so shall I endure abuse.
There are many, indeed, who lack virtue.
321. A tamed elephant is led into a crowd, and the king mounts a tamed elephant.
Best among men is the subdued one who endures abuse.
322. Excellent are well-trained mules, thoroughbred Sindhu horses and noble tusker elephants.
But better still is the man who has subdued himself.
323. Not by these mounts, however, would one go to the Untrodden Land (Nibbana), as one who is self-tamed goes by his own tamed and well-controlled mind.
324. Musty during rut, the tusker named Dhanapalaka is uncontrollable. Held in captivity, the tusker does not touch a morsel, but only longingly calls to mind the elephant forest.
325. When a man is sluggish and gluttonous, sleeping and rolling around in bed like a fat domestic pig, that sluggard undergoes rebirth again and again.
326. Formerly this mind wandered about as it liked, where it wished and according to its pleasure, but now I shall thoroughly master it with wisdom as a mahout controls with his ankus an elephant in rut.
327. Delight in heedfulness! Guard well your thoughts! Draw yourself out of this bog of evil,
even as an elephant draws himself out of the mud.
328. If for company you find a wise and prudent friend who leads a good life, you should, overcoming all impediments, keep his company joyously and mindfully.
329. If for company you cannot find a wise and prudent friend who leads a good life, then, like a king who leaves behind a conquered kingdom,
or like a lone elephant in the elephant forest,
you should go your way alone.
330.
Better it is to live alone;
there is no fellowship with a fool.
Live alone and do no evil;
Be carefree like an elephant in the elephant forest.
331. Good are friends when need arises; good is contentment with just what one has; good is merit when life is at an end, and good is the abandoning of all suffering (through Arahantship).
332. In this world, good it is to serve one's mother, good it is to serve one's father, good it is to serve the monks, and good it is to serve the holy men.
333. Good is virtue until life's end, good is faith that is steadfast, good is the acquisition of wisdom, and good is the avoidance of evil.
Dhanapala, The Elephant
Conversion
Lack of imagination and insight leads to a state of mind called conversion. It is a fix or rigid state of mind filled with prejudices, be that it may, religion, nationality, race, caste, creed or any other cultural dogma.
I believe this is where the cultural instinct get ingrained.
If a particular population is isolated and not exposed to the rest of the world civilizations, and when there are many such isolations, it is easy for many dogmas to spin off independent of the others.
Man’s irresistible urge of migration has brought these dogmas face to face with conflicts. As a result of these conflicts some dogmas disappear and some get established.
This is probably residing in our genome.
Religion is one exit point.
The black and white race is another universal dogma.
Race is another.
All are end points of conversion strategy of mankind.
Any other dogma falls within this frame work.
The existence of god and a creation of an almighty wisdom are byproducts.
Once inside this dogma, science takes a back seat.
Albert Einstein put this succinctly.
Science without religion is lame and religion without science is blind.
Imagination
Children are born with imagination to make up for their lack of conceptualization of a given situation. Once one becomes an adult and able to conceptualize a given problem (at his or her level of competence), unfortunately, one loses this ability to think imaginatively.
The man’s creativity lies in this faculty of imagination.
The religion uses this transition period (lack of creative thinking ability) to insinuate bizarre concepts.
The god created this world is one such imaginary concepts. I do not blame anyone for looking up, at the sky, for an imaginary god and then find stars as gods.
The concept of god is an example of human capacity for imagination. There is is nothing wrong in it but this imaginary world is put as a dogma, the problems start to crop up. More and more dogmas are put in this realm, often without insight.
The scientific reasoning is muted from the very beginning.
It becomes a dogma when enough followers take up the same conviction.
It leads to a belief system and there is no end to its influence and expansion, very often not tested for credibility.
Unfortunately, “Big Bang Theory” of creation of the universe has fallen into this trap. We have not put an alternative theory to counteract it. This has made the science to ignore the Dark Matter and its hidden physics.
In material world one can use imagination to create an end product and one can test it for its suitability (fit for purpose).
But in the immaterial world or paranormal psychology there is no way of testing the empirical (verifiable by observation or experience rather than theory or pure logic) experience.
It is an individual experience, not verifiable by a third party.
One avenue to verify, if something is imagined or real is insight into the given predicament. It has to be done by the individual who has imagined it in the first place (with average intelligence).
What the individuals with higher intelligence should do is to help them into insightful thinking. What has happened in history is the exact the opposite.
We have more people with average intelligence and only a minority with superior intelligence. The intelligent lot knows the predicament of the less intellectual soul and coerced them into either realm of fear or dogma.
The end point of imagination is the creation of a dogma.
That is something worthwhile avoiding.
Keeping an open mind is the exit strategy.
Insight
The meaning of insight in medical terms is powerful.
In psychiatric terminology one who has lost insight to his or her predicament is actually has a major psychiatric disorder.
It is the marker of insanity.
Most of the other disorders with insight into the plight of an individual in a given stressful situation are minor psychiatric disorders.
In depressive illnesses, one who has lost insight to the given predicament is said to have Endogenous Depression.
One who has insight into the predicament is called Reactive Depression.
Insight into a scientific problem is what propels the science forward.
What it means is given a certain scientific problem, one has to delve into its core and bring out a meaningful explanation for the occurrence of a particular phenomenon.
Often there are no measurements or data.
A hypothesis is developed to explain the phenomenon and thereafter it is tested for its validity.
Insight by its nature predates the hypothesis.
Insight can be of used outside the scientific arena and may herald clever resolution of complicated conflicts, especially political. We could say Nelson Mandela’s approach to apartheid showed his mature political insight.

Coconut Conspiracy
One must replace "Coconut Oil" with "Pol Kiri" and "Pol Sambol".
However, Oil can be used on hair and skin liberally.
Abstract to begin with.
Coconut oil consist of Medium-Chain Fatty Acids (MCFAs).
It is a ready made energy source which can replace sugar (10 grams sugar = 1 gram of Coconut Oil roughly) weight for weight.
One does not become hungry.
It does not stimulate Insulin.
It gives more energy and it is not stored as body fat.
Body fat is long chain fatty acids.
It is useful both in Diabetes and Hypothyroidism.
In diabetes it replaces carbohydrates as an energy source, so Insulin requirement is reduced.
In hypothyroidism since it provides freely available energy, it cuts down the need for more thyroxin for metabolism keep warm. Not only that it probably helps in hormonal balance (homeostasis) of the thyroid. Goitre is rare in countries where coconut oil is the staple oil.
In pre-diabetes and early hypothyroidism it retards obesity due to above two actions.
I am not sure about its role in normal adults.
There is a caveat, if you take more “Oil” than YOU need for your metabolism, all the benefits are nullified.
One should avoid other fats including hydrogenated coconut oil.
For thousands of years, coconuts have been a staple of tropical cuisines, and those who followed a traditional coconut-based diet, such as Pacific Islanders, had none of the heart disease, cancer, diabetes, or other illnesses that plague modern America (at least until they switched to Western oils and diet).
Coconut had a solid reputation in America in the first half of the last century, at least for those who knew about, especially after it's benefits became well known from soldiers in the Pacific Theater of World War II.
However, this all changed in 1950s, from “Three "Tragic" Research Papers", whose data were doctored to suit American Conspiracy.
One lady researcher in America fed mice with hydrogenated (not pure coconut oil) coconut oil and doctored a paper to say coconut oil is bad to promote Pea Nut Oil. She committed suicide when it was widely known that she manipulated the data.
In 1954, a researcher D. K. published two academic papers. The initial research described the effects of feeding cholesterol to rabbits and indicated that this may lead to the formation of blocked arteries and thus contribute to potential heart disease.
In his second paper he described the beneficial effects of consuming polyunsaturated fatty acids from the oil of corn, soybeans, safflower and sunflower seeds for the lowering, at least temporarily, of cholesterol in the blood.
Although many studies at a later time had also shown research to the contrary, the mud stuck and by the mid 60’s the reputation of all saturated oils in America had been destroyed.
Then comes the "Marketing Machine" of big business.
The well oiled marketing machinery funded by the soy bean and corn industry and supported by the American Heart Association was committed to change the American Diet, calling among others, for the substitution of saturated fats for polyunsaturates.
Today worldwide heart disease is still on the increase and obesity, linked to the “new” American diet is a major social problem.
All saturated fats are not created equal.
The travesty of these actions was that one of nature’s most amazing resources, tropical oils, and especially coconut oil with all its functional, nutritional and pharmaceutical possibilities, has been lost to modern medicine for decades.
Although saturated, coconut oil is structurally, pharmaceutically and behaviorally different to any other natural oil or fat.
Coconut Oil is one of the healthiest things you can put in [and on] your body!
What are some of the health benefits of coconut oil being reported?
Some of the most recent research has come from people suffering from Alzheimer’s disease, with reports of people improving or even reversing the effects of Alzheimer’s by using coconut oil, as drug trials on Alzheimer’s drugs continue to fail.
We have also seen a lot of reports of coconut oil health benefits from those suffering from hypothryroidism, as coconut oil helps boost metabolism and raise body temperatures to promote thyroid health.
Restricting carbohydrates (do not eat RICE) and increasing coconut oil in the diet has also led many to report losing weight with coconut oil.
Candida sufferers also report health benefits with coconut oil as research now confirms, and those suffering from various skin diseases are also seeing tremendous health benefits by applying coconut oil directly on the skin.
The benefits of coconut oil for healthy hair are also well known, and other healthy benefits of coconut oil included fighting off bacterial infections and viruses.
Coconut oil (Pol Kiri with Divul was my prescription to Sanath when was in his peak) is also increasingly being seen to benefit athletes and fitness trainers giving them an advantage in sustaining energy levels longer without drugs or stimulants.
To date, there are over 1,500 studies proving coconut oil to be one of the healthiest foods on the planet. Coconut oil benefits and uses go beyond what most people realize.
Research has finally uncovered the secrets to this amazing fruit; namely healthy fats called Medium Chain Fatty Acids (MCFAs), these unique fats include:
Caprylic acid
Lauric acid
Capric acid
And around 62% of the oils in coconut are made up of these 3 healthy fatty acids and 91% of the fat in coconut oil is healthy saturated fat.
Most of the fats that we consume take longer to digest, but MCFAs found in coconut oil provide the perfect source of energy because they only have to go through a 3 step process to be turned into fuel vs. other fats go through a 26 step process!
Unlike long-chain fatty acids (LCFAs) found in plant based oils, MCFAs are easier to digest
Proven Alzheimer’s Disease Natural Treatment
The digestion of MCFA’s by the liver creates ketones which are a readily accessible energy by the brain. Ketones supply energy to the brain without the need of insulin to process glucose into energy. Recent research has shown that the brain actually creates it’s own insulin to process glucose and power brain cells. As the brain of an Alzheimer’s patient has lost the ability to create it’s own insulin, the ketones from coconut oil could create an alternate source of energy to help repair brain function.

What Good Are Mosquitoes?
What Good Are Mosquitoes?
I want to add one more fact here.
They clean up our cesspits with unwanted bacteria.
Otherwise we will fill the pit in no time.
I believe there saliva (larvae) can digest bacteria (probably a good biological antibiotic).
I am one who believe this Dengue phobia is a manifestation of impotent local governments (better term is Local elected Mafiosi) who wants the poor voter to own the responsibility.
I always believe and will continue to believe they can never be wiped out but controlled to manageable level.
Below is a reproduction.
Their biological role may be many including evolution (transfer of transposons) of species.
Mosquito larvae are nutrient-rich snacks for hungry fish and other aquatic wildlife.
There isn't much love lost between people and mosquitoes. At the very least, these bloodthirsty insects are major annoyances, biting us with a persistence that can be maddening. If insects can be credited with evil intent, mosquitoes seem determined to wipe the human race out. As carriers of deadly diseases, mosquitoes are the deadliest insect on Earth. Each year, millions of people die from malaria, dengue fever, and yellow fever after being bitten by a disease-carrying mosquito. Mosquitoes also carry diseases that pose serious threats to livestock and pets.
With all these strikes against them, it's hard to imagine that mosquitoes fulfill any useful purpose. We forget that mosquitoes populated this planet long before man; the oldest mosquito fossils date back some 200 million years, to the Cretaceous period. Clearly, mosquitoes fill an important ecological niche. So what good are mosquitoes?
Mosquitoes Are Food for Wildlife
Mosquito larvae are aquatic insects, and as such, play an important role in the aquatic food chain.
How Does Color Affect How You Feel?
According to Dr. Gilbert Waldbauer in The Handy Bug Answer Book, "mosquito larvae are filter feeders that strain tiny organic particles such as unicellular algae from the water and convert them to the tissues of their own bodies, which are, in turn, eaten by fish." Mosquito larvae are, in essence, nutrient-packed snacks for fish and other aquatic animals.
Their role on the bottom of the food chain doesn't end at the larval stage, of course.
As adults, mosquitoes serve as equally nutritious meals for birds, bats, and spiders.
As much as we loathe them, mosquitoes represent a considerable biomass of food for wildlife on the lower rungs of the food chain.
Their extinction, were it even achievable, would have an enormous adverse affect on the entire ecosystem.
Laser and Holography and their Uses
Why write about holography in a book of conspiracy?
Simple.
It can be used to create events apparent which are not real life events.
Whats the caveat?
It can be used by secret service to invent an event such as 9/11 scenario. I won’t write anything more but top brace in the Bush Administration was privy to this holographic creation.
What if aliens who fear the man of attack would do?
They are with superior technique would create alien presence using a probe that is manipulated from a mother ship out of human vision.
There is no danger to their life.
If we assume Roswell incident did happen and aliens were captured and used as hostages, that is the most likely scenario that would have evolved.
Let us imagine they could mount an operation to stage something like Phoenix Lights.
Necessary ground work to make humans start believing in alien or extraterrestrial beings (EB) is made in holographic form and choreographed. That is the level they would go for their own safety and read message of “no ill will” to humans.
Equally if Vatican or a peudo-scientist gets hold of this technology they will certainly mount an operation for “the god has come back from heaven”, live.
That is a likely scenario!
In a few years time we will have holographic studios and “Television” at home.
The technology is developing fast.
Below is an introduction to how holography works.
Holography dates from 1947, when British (native of Hungary) scientist Dennis Gabor developed the theory of holography while working to improve the resolution of an electron microscope.
Gabor coined the term hologram from the Greek words holos, meaning "whole," and gramma, meaning "message". Further development in the field was stymied during the next decade because light sources available at the time were not truly "coherent" (monochromatic or one-color, from a single point, and of a single wavelength).
This barrier was overcome in 1960 by Russian scientists N. Bassov and A. Prokhorov and American scientist Charles Towns with the invention of the laser, whose pure, intense light was ideal for making holograms.
In that year the pulsed-ruby laser was developed by Dr. T.H. Maimam. This laser system Leith(unlike the continuous wave laser normally used in holography) emits a very powerful burst of light that lasts only a few nanoseconds (a billionth of a second).
It effectively freezes movement and makes it possible to produce holograms of high-speed events, such as a bullet in flight, and of living subjects.
The first hologram of a person was made in 1967, paving the way for a specialized application of holography: pulsed holographic portraiture.
In 1962 Emmett Leith and Juris Upatnieks of the University of Michigan recognized from their work in side-reading radar that holography could be used as a 3-D visual medium. In 1962 they read Gabor's paper and "simply out of curiosity" decided to duplicate Gabor's technique using the laser and an "off-axis" technique borrowed from their work in the development of side-reading radar. The result was the first laser transmission Upatniekshologram of 3-D objects (a toy train and bird). These transmission holograms produced images with clarity and realistic depth but required laser light to view the holographic image.
Their pioneering work led to standardization of the equipment used to make holograms. Today, thousands of laboratories and studios possess the necessary equipment: a continuous wave laser, optical devices (lens, mirrors and beam splitters) for directing laser light, a film holder and an isolation table on which exposures are made. Stability is absolutely essential because movement as small as a quarter wave- length of light during exposures of a few minutes or even seconds can completely spoil a hologram. The basic off-axis technique that Leith and Upatnieks developed is still the staple of holographic methodology.
DenisyukAlso in 1962 Dr. Yuri N. Denisyuk from Russia combined holography with 1908 Nobel Laureate Gabriel Lippmann's work in natural color photography. Denisyuk's approach produced a white-light reflection hologram which, for the first time, could be viewed in light from an ordinary incandescent light bulb.
Another major advance in display holography occurred in 1968 when Dr. Stephen A. Benton invented white-light transmission holography while researching holographic television at Polaroid Research Laboratories. This type of hologram can be viewed in ordinary white light creating a "rainbow" image from the seven colors which make up white light. The depth and brilliance of the image and its rainbow spectrum soon attracted artists who adapted this technique to their work and brought holography further into public awareness.
Benton's invention is particularly significant because it made possible mass production of holograms using an embossing technique. These holograms are "printed" by stamping the interference pattern onto plastic. The resulting hologram can be duplicated millions of times Bentonfor a few cents apiece.
Consequently, embossed holograms are now being used by the publishing, advertising, and banking industries.
