MCC - Program-Beware

MCC - Program-Beware

Aragalaya was a Bogus Unrest created by CIA of America.

MCC-Path Finder is a Sinister Program against our own Stable Constitution.

When the Head is chopped off or Post of Presidency is taken off it is the Clear Invitation for the L.T.T.E. rump to destabilize the country.

Ranjan Ramanayake and Subaskaran Allirajah are in this program.
Latter guy owns a TV channel. Suwaranawahini of EAP associated is currently owned by him.

Culprits
Ranil Wickramasinghe
Milinda Moragoda former  ambassador for India
Patali Champika Ranawaka
Our Gamme Ranil Anura
Lal Wijenayake
Haruni Amarasooriya
Many Lawyers including Romesh De Silva

Even some ACBC members - All Ceylon Buddhist Congress members were supporting this unnecessary revision of the Constitution.

Thankfully Lal Wijenayake is no more but Haruni Amarasooriya is waiting for an opportunity to put it through with 2/3rd majority.

They wanted to rush this through but failed.

It has to be confirmed by a referendum.

This Dalada Exposition was to hoodwink the Buddhist masses to get the 50% cross over at the referendum

This "Kunuharupa GuySudath Thilkasiri was paid to do the dirty work for NPP/ JVP.
He had some connections with the Diyawadena Nilame, Dela Bandara to vie for change of constitution.

Within two years Ranil prepared everything including debt crisis to promote himself to come to power.

INDIA and MODI are fully behind this CIA project so he could declare Ceylon as a Province of Maha Baratha.

There is a guy with a Tamil sounding name (Raj Somadeva) who is distorting our history.

While Indika Thotawatta is doing the destruction to Theravada Buddhism
He has some help from a few disgruntled monks who are in this sinister program.

Aragalaya and Cardinal Cooray is deeply involved in this Conspiracy.

The viable route

The Knowledge and Fame tend to ruin of the fools

Dhammapda Verse 72

To ruin indeed, the fool gains knowledge and fame;
They destroy the bright lot and cleave his head (that is his wisdom).

How true is this statement to the Current and Old political leaders.

Below is the contextual nature of the beings in the universe (not only this World Order), aliens included who do visit us roughly in 5000 year cycles.

Buddhist do not fear any beings Worldly or Otherwise (Gods or Peta included).

No need to pay or offer Puja to any Worldly being/s including current or future political leaders (included).

Namarupa

Abhidhamma meaning.

This compound should be understood as NAMA alone. RUPA alone and NAMARUPA together.

In the case of Arupa planes there arises only Mind, in the case of Asanna planes (only matter-Mindless) and in the case of Kama Rupa planes both mind and matter.

The Nama are meant the three aggregates, of Vedana, Sanna and Sankhara.

Buddhist Cosmology-I got 31 Planes including Humans.

A summary of Buddhist cosmology is given below.

Planes of Existences
There are 31 planes of existence.

They are four states of Unhappiness (Dugati)
1. Niraya
2. Tiracchana Yoni (animal Kingdom)
3. Peta yoni
4. Asura Yoni

Four happy states (Sugati)
1. Manusa
2. Six Devalokas
3. 16 Rupalokas
4. 4 Arupalokas

The Thirty One Planes of Existence
Scattered throughout the suttas are references to as many as thirty-one distinct "planes" or "realms" of existence into which beings can be reborn during their long wandering through
Samsara.
These range from the extraordinarily grim and painful hell realms all the way up to the most exquisitely refined and blissful heaven realms.
Existence in every realm is temporary; in Buddhist cosmology there is no eternal heaven or hell.
Beings are born into a particular realm according to their past kamma.
When they pass away, they take rebirth once again elsewhere according to the quality of their kamma: wholesome actions bring about a favorable rebirth, while unwholesome actions lead to an unfavorable one  and so the wearisome cycle continues.
The realms of existence are customarily divided into three distinct "worlds" (loka), listed here in descending order of refinement:
The Immaterial World (arupa-loka).
Consists of four realms that are accessible to those who pass away while meditating in the formless Jhanas.
The Fine-Material World (rupa-loka).
Consists of sixteen realms whose inhabitants (the devas) experience extremely refined degrees of mental pleasure. These realms are accessible to those who have attained at least some level of Jhana and who have thereby managed to (temporarily) suppress hatred and ill-will. They are said to possess extremely refined bodies of pure light. The highest of these realms, the Pure Abodes, are accessible only to those who have attained to "non-returning," the third stage of Awakening. The Fine-Material World and the Immaterial World together constitute the "heavens" (sagga).
The Sensuous World (kama-loka).
Consists of eleven realms in which experience — both pleasurable and not — is dominated by the five senses. Seven of these realms are favorable destinations, and include our own human realm as well as several realms occupied by devas.
The lowest realms are the four "bad" destinations, which include the animal and hell realms.

Rarity of Humanoids

Human beings (manussa loka)
Rebirth as a human being is extraordinarily rare.
The assumption here is there are only 5 types of humanoids in only five planets.

Below is a reproduction of various types of beings in the universe or galaxies

I. The Immaterial World (arupa-loka)
Realm Comments Cause of rebirth here
(31) Neither-perception-nor-non-perception (nevasaññanasaññayatanupaga deva)
(30) Nothingness (akiñcaññayatanupaga deva)
(29) Infinite Consciousness (viññanañcayatanupaga deva)
(28) Infinite Space (akasanañcayatanupaga deva)

The inhabitants of these realms are possessed entirely of mind.
Having no physical body, they are unable to hear Dhamma teachings.

II. The Fine-Material World (rupa-loka)

(27) Peerless devas (akanittha deva)

These are the five Pure Abodes (suddhavasa), which are accessible only to non-returners (anagami) and arahants. Beings who become non-returners in other planes are reborn here, where they attain arahantship.

Among its inhabitants is Brahma Sahampati, who begs the Buddha to teach Dhamma to the world

(26) Clear-sighted devas (sudassi deva)
(25) Beautiful devas (sudassa deva)
(24) Untroubled devas (atappa deva)
(23) Devas not Falling Away (aviha deva)
(22) Unconscious beings (asaññasatta)

Only body is present; no mind.
(21) Very Fruitful devas (vehapphala deva)
Beings in these planes enjoy varying degrees of jhanic bliss.
(20) Devas of Refulgent Glory (subhakinna deva)
(19) Devas of Unbounded Glory (appamanasubha deva)
(18) Devas of Limited Glory (parittasubha deva)
(17) Devas of Streaming Radiance (abhassara deva)
(16) Devas of Unbounded Radiance (appamanabha deva)
(15) Devas of Limited Radiance (parittabha deva)

(14) Great Brahmas (Maha brahma)
One of this realm's most famous inhabitants is the Great Brahma, a deity whose delusion leads him to regard himself as the all-powerful, all-seeing creator of the universe
(13) Ministers of Brahma (brahma-purohita deva)
Beings in these planes enjoy varying degrees of jhanic bliss.
(12) Retinue of Brahma (brahma-parisajja deva)

III. The Sensuous World (kama-loka)

Happy Destinations (sugati)
(11) Devas Wielding Power over the Creation of Others (paranimmita-vasavatti deva)
These devas enjoy sense pleasures created by others for them.
Mara, the personification of delusion and desire, lives here.

(10) Devas Delighting in Creation (nimmanarati deva)
These devas delight in the sense objects of their own creation.

(9) Contented devas (tusita deva)
A realm of pure delight and gaiety.
Bodhisattas abide here prior to their final human birth.

This is where the bodhisatta Maitreya (Metteya), the next Buddha, is said to dwell.

(8) Yama devas (yama deva)
These devas live in the air, free of all difficulties.

(7) The Thirty-three Gods (tavatimsa deva)
Sakka, a devotee of the Buddha, presides over this realm.
Many devas dwelling here live in mansions in the air.

(6) Devas of the Four Great Kings (catumaharajika deva)
Home of the gandhabbas, the celestial musicians, and the yakkhas, tree spirits of varying degrees of ethical purity.

The latter are analogous to the goblins, trolls, and fairies of Western fairy tales.

(5)
Human beings (manussa loka)

Rebirth as a human being is extraordinarily rare.

It is also extraordinarily precious, as its unique balance of pleasure and pain facilitates the development of virtue and wisdom to the degree necessary to set one free from the entire cycle of rebirths.

The development of virtue and wisdom
The attainment of stream-entry (sotapatti) guarantees that all future rebirths will be in the human or higher realms.

States of Deprivation (apaya)
(4) Asuras (asura)
The demons — "titans" — that dwell here are engaged in relentless conflict with each other.
(3) Hungry Shades/Ghosts (peta loka)
Ghosts and unhappy spirits wander hopelessly about this realm, searching in vain for sensual fulfillment.
(2) Animals (tiracchana yoni)
This realm includes all the non-human forms of life that are visible to us under ordinary circumstances: animals, insects, fish, birds, worms, etc.
(1) Hell (niraya)
These are realms of unimaginable suffering and anguish.
Should not be confused with the eternal hell found in other religious traditions, since one's time here is — as it is in every realm — temporary.

Heaven

In Buddhist cosmology, the heaven realms are blissful abodes whose present inhabitants (the devas) gained rebirth there through the power of their past meritorious actions.

Like all beings still caught in samsara, however, these deities eventually succumb to aging, illness, and death, and must eventually take rebirth in other realms — pleasant or otherwise — according to the quality and strength of their past kamma.

The devas are not always especially knowledgeable or spiritually mature — in fact many are quite intoxicated by their sensual indulgences — and none are considered worthy of veneration or worship.

Nevertheless, the devas and their happy realms stand as important reminders to us both of the happy benefits that ensue from the performance of skillful and meritorious deeds and, finally, of the ultimate shortcomings of sensuality.

Aliens Cosmology

 A Scientific Thinker like me!

I differ from most other posters in not being as optimistic in the following areas:

AI has been egged up a bit. Frankly, we haven’t cracked it. knowledge & language base is one thing but AI it isn’t, still 10 years away, minimum.
Quantum computing. yes there is emerging hardware, but the software required to run it is mind boggling, 10 years away, minimum.
Inter stellar transport. Not even close, 2 orders of scientific discovery away, 50 years away at least. If we aren’t careful by the time we’ve cracked it, this planet will be so surrounded by old junk satellites we won’t be able to leave this old rock!
By Nigel Calder and John Newell

    The Lifespan of Advanced Civilizations
    A very short lifespan for advanced civilizations may be a realistic probability because as our own case shows, technology mushrooms very rapidly and is accompanied by many dangerous effects such as;
    1. Overpopulation
    2. Depletion of natural resources
    3. Pollution and worse of all
    4. Rapid escalation of nuclear stockpiles which can easily reach the level where they are capable of wiping out the whole population of a planet.
By the same token, if we were to find significant number of other advanced civilizations in our galaxy it would mean that some at least had been able to overcome the dangers that are now looming over our own civilizations.

If they have reached this advanced stage, it would mean that they have been able discard all of their animistic (BARBARISM) attributes such as materialism, selfishness, territoriality, dominance over others and killing instincts which in a technological civilizations are likely to lead to self destruction.

They would have been able to to mature into higher levels of cosmic intelligence characterized by spirituality, altruism, respect of others, adherence to peace and love for each other.
Joining such a galactic society would indeed be a colossal step forward in the intellectual and ethical evolution of our civilization.
This might also be the reason why we have not yet heard from any such advanced civilizations as may exist.
There must be a galactic rule that says that before a new civilization is invited to join the galactic society it must show that it is able to overcome the major crisis that probably befall all new technological civilizations.
Since we are still in the midst of this evolutionary problem, there may be advanced civilizations waiting to see how we do before inviting us to join the galactic society of advanced civilizations.

Order of the Universe and the World Systems
This is my analysis of the Universe and the World Systems in a theoretical sense.
It is enormously large but its fundamentals can be understood, if we disregard the current themes and dogmatic expressions which are controlled by the religions that exists today.
I will make reference to Buddhist cosmology below to complete the discussions.
I have discussed them, not in detail, in some of my books, for the New Science to emerge from the  ashes.
Even Einstein was reprimanded by the Church, discussing them except the Material World according to, a Big Bang, which suits the Church.
Creating material form from nothing without an antecedent.
Something from nothing is bete noire or anathema to me.
I have avoided discussing them except asking the pertinent question, “Who created the God”, in my childhood, knowing very well nobody would answer the question posed.
My in born talent was ability for vivid imagination, and nobody has inspired me in my childhood.
I could figure out mathematics and physics with ease but I did not know my fellow students we struggling with simple arithmetic. I thought the guys were equally capable till lately my friends in retirement, alerted to that fallacy of my estimates.
I fitted with the lot, not asking probing questions (I was thrown out of the class several times, asking questions, the teachers could not answer and which made them "red hot") in my childhood, just to save me from labeled as insane.
This is what the Church does if, the dogma is challenged, he/she excommunicated in broad day light (covertly, if not overtly).
The preamble is necessary, before I summarize my current concepts which are subjected to challenge with alternatives.

1. The current world order and the past world order is/was in a state of flux.
It has always being.

2. Matter is small (less than 5%) and the Dark Matter  and Dark Energy is huge.

3. There is an interchange of dark matter to matter and vice versa. This is where the   state of flux works in tandem.

4. The relative stability is an illusion, since the conversion is very very slow, which a modern camera cannot catch.

In that sense I am against, a big change or a big bang.

5. A camera image now taken is an old incident million light years in count.

We cannot capture the present in any sense.

This is where vivid imagination is essential to figure out the past, the present and the future in a scientific sense.

So my choice of biological science instead of physics was a fortunate coincidence.
We did not have satellite images then.

I viewed few satellite images and made my rough sketch of the universe and the concepts, below.

6. We ignored the Dark Matter.

7. We had theories for Matter only.

8. Expansion of the universe was ignored.

9. Dark Matter and the Dark Energy cause the expansion, just as well, lest there is a Big Crunch (opposite of Big Bang)

10. Even in some galaxies now viewed from images there is dark matter inside.

That is my crunch point.

11. Dark matter is eating up the matter albeit slowly (a conversion point) in the midst of matter.

12. The dark matter is converted (convergent point) to matter in the periphery of the galaxies, most likely, giving a semblance of stability, in a state of flux situation.

13. The matter can be swallowed by a Dark Hole in a matter of seconds.

14. What prevents this is the expansion, geared by dark energy.

15. What we know is little, what we do not is enormous.

So I have put the essence of New Science in 15 points albeit one or two misconceptions or inaccuracies which are subjected to alternative views.

In Buddhist cosmology, there is nothing on matter or dark matter.

It is all about Mental Culture that can permeate matter and space by Mental Energy and Concepts.

Aliens and Buddhist Cosmology

The intention here is to discuss the relevance of Buddhist Cosmology  to alien visitation to this planet.
According to Buddhist cosmology there is only, one human species only limited to this solar system and nowhere else.
Because of the vastness of the universe, I figured out there could be many humanoids in the universe but I am disappointed by this finding in Buddhist Cosmology.
It means there is only one planet in the entire universe which looks like ours and support humans and lower animal species.

The corollary is, if we destroy this planet with a nuclear bomb which is highly likely in the current context, the life form we describe as human will go into extinction along with the rest of the animal species.

Because of the Van Allen belt we cannot escape even to the moon let alone mars to colonize in such an eventuality.
The alien visitation followed after the nuclear testing 70 years ago.
Their purpose was to warn us of the impending danger.
They were benevolent species.
Then of course, there could have been not so benevolent but explorer type who would have come here.
There intention is to explore and exploit.
If this is the only planet of this nature it the experimental laboratory to rejuvenate the lost capabilities and genetic mismatches.
The possibility of cloning and hybrids are real possibility in the name of Tall Whites and Men in Black suits (possibly a hybrid).
These guys of the second category operate at night.
They may not have sex differentiation (already lost but the generations kept by cloning).
So let me now describe in general terms, the six civilizations above our zero generation.

1.We humans are Zero Civilization.
Animals are below zero.

2. Number one above us come as  First (1st ) Generation Civilization.
Their capabilities are higher than us but their mental capacities are not high as compared to level 6 Civilizations.
They probably have developed devices to travel in space (spaceships etc).
They may be sending human like artificial robots to this planet with highly advanced computer technology probably atomic level.
They are suspicious of our war mentality and do not trust us and they may choose war not negotiation when their interests are hindered or challenged.
They are neither benevolent nor aggressive but detest provocations.
They probably have mind reading telepathic capabilities.

3. The Second Level Generation may have visited us but do not like human and first generation interaction and simply avoid both.
Sort of neutral entity.

4. The Third Level Civilizations are much superior and non interventional type and their course of action is limited on earth.

5. The Fourth Level Civilizations and above are only benevolent and they may have planted proxies here or working with humans to improve quality of life here.

So we have to worry mostly the First Generation Civilization who may get establish here and make it their stop gap laboratory.

So to interact with higher level civilizations, what we need is not technology but mental culture with people who can attain Jhana level absorption to interact with them.

So meditation can be used theoretically to fill the mental communication gap.

A summary of Buddhist cosmology is given below.

Nevertheless, the devas and their happy realms stand as important reminders to us both of the happy benefits that ensue from the performance of skillful and meritorious deeds and, finally, of the ultimate shortcomings of sensuality.

Milk and Brest Feeding

Milk and Brest Feeding
Breast Feeding is the Best for first six months.
Every mother has the right to choose breast feeding or bottle feeding.
Breast feeding depends what the mother eats and her general health.
The nutritional requirement of a breast feeding mother is more than when she is pregnant.
Mother should avoid taking drugs, medicine and smoking.
Demand feeding is the best approach.
Weaning is not recommended before six months.
If weaning is intended it should not be delayed beyond 5 to 6 months.
The breast milk substitute should be an infant formula Highly modified (humanized) cow’s milk.
Goat milk has no place in infant feeding.
Infant formulas are two types.

Whey Based;
Low in protein
Low in salt.
Low in calcium.
High in fats

Casein Based;
High in protein
High in salt
High in calcium
Low in fats
Infant formulas have added vitamins.
Cow’s milk is not recommended for infants.
Cow’s milk is high in salt, protein and calcium.
Infant formula generally recommended is whey based.
Follow on formulas have different composition.
They are cheaper than the whey based highly modified (humanized) infant formulas.
Milk alone is not sufficient after 6 moths and careful weaning should be introduced.
May be introduced between 12 to 18 months.
Milk should be prepared according to correct instructions. Concentrated milk can cause dangerous hypernatraemia.
If there is a family history of asthma and eczema continue breast feeding at lease for 12 months and the mother should avoid all potential allergenic foods during breast feeding.

Why I is a powerful?

 Sunday, September 11, 2016

Why I is a powerful?

I

I is a powerful letter in English.

Not only because it creates "I Concept".

I exist and what matters is I and not any other I.

It excludes all the other I entities.

In Buddhism cardinal teaching IS that I does not exist, since there are many others Is around this, important (me) I, in both the animal and plant kingdom.

Moment one takes the I out and consider there are other hungry Is around us, we begin to practice
Metta Meditation

That is the only one I practice not, Insight Meditation.

So this is a beginning point for one to Lose Weight.

You rear a cat or a dog.
You feed the cat or dog first.
You feed your kids and friends around you.

The excess food is dished out first.

The cardinal feature is YOU eat last and you eat less to survive.

Eat to live not “
Live to eat like all Sri-Lankans”.

Obesity is looked after if you substitute all animal foods and animal fats with Coconut Oil or "Pol Sambol".

Having fed my pet fish including the tiny guppy I cannot sit and eat some fish flesh.

This is nothing to do with Buddhism but
pure altruism!

Another step forward in Metta.

Is there a substitute for Meat/Flesh.

Luckily in 1970s when (under S.L.F.P.) when people were killing for a loaf of bread we developed the “Thriposa
Program (of cause with added animal flesh like sprats and offal).

Now that  a Sri-Lankan company has developed a “
Samposa Brand” (based on Thriposa) of 4G Snack (four types of Grains) with sugared chocolate (I am against the sugaring or coating, though), one or two snacks is a good substitute for bread, buns and cakes (much better nutrition).

I have not left out milk.

I hate pure fresh milk.

Now I hate Sri-Lankan Tea which is made out of discard (used for manure in good old days) at the Colombo Auction.

Good Brand is labeled at Two Rupees a Gram.

We have a number of new Yogurt Drinks with Probiotis.

One can easily make yogurt at home with a Yogurt Maker, now at room temperature with the "Global Warming in Full Swing".

That part is for Losing Weight with bit of mild exercise and writing as a pastime, not Blogging!

One can lose more weight if  you get rid of the fridge and freezer and do once in three day purchase of essentials!

By the way, Fridge can be used for keeping milk products contributing to global warming directly.

Breast Milk is meant to be dished out only when needed  in mammals.
Not in storage as breast milk bank for women who refuse to breast feed.

Now coming to my other Is which are much important than self

I.

I for Investigation (observation).

I for Interpretation.

I for Integration.

I for Incarceration (free thinking too with dogmas)

I for Investing the thought processes (not for conspiracy) for the right (good) purpose at the right time in "Now Nows".

Not necessarily for Meditation!

I for Infection.

I for Inflammation.

I for Immunity.

Last three are of course the pathological terms in use.

විශ්ව ගොලින් 34යි

Celestial Systems

විශ්ව පද්දතින්

Buddhist monks are bery bad in erythmatics by natute.
I could figure out how many world systems and how many types of alien beings.
It varied going upto 31 and I added up to 36 ny adding varios local and Indian gods including Vishnu and Krishna.
I wanted to list them in my book Buddhist Celestials. It is available at Amazon books and I openly declared  it contents are tsken from variois public sources and could not verify from book sources.

Now I get a figure 34.
This according to the belief that 34 Devas visited Earth to receive the 34 teeth at the end of Parinibbhana.
If one deva is loking after Temple of the Tooth, I get a figure 33.
Since there are at least 4 Devas without body form it boils down to 30 Deva Lokas of Celestial Places in total.
My undederstanding is these 4 Devas do not need a place to live or like quantum forms of enorminty and subtle.
One is free to visit this  blog site for their names which I cannot remember by heart.

It is strange that Buddha having 34 teeth corresponding to the World Systems.

කිරිබත්ගොඩ ඥානසාර හොර හරමදුරුවෝ

This guy is a Catholic from Ragama who was ordinated  surreptitiously by the Catholic Church to dedtroy Buddhism in Ceylon.
His project was to teach Buddhism in Sinhala. This was to distort Pali as he wishes.
Second project  was to take Buddhists on pilgrimage to India and make Buddhists warship Nude Niganntayan or. Niganntanata Puttus who are sex maniacs practising Kama Sutra.
He is by the way convict homosexual.

Hela Atuwa vs Mahavansa

Mahavansa is a Pacha Wattotlruwaki.
This guy desyroyed all Hela Atuwa and posited a doctored version.
Therefore, I agree with Jayaratne Pathiraarchchi.
We need to rewrite it using currently available and that could be discovere in the future with cafeful reinvestigation.
What British wrote and later erornously translated by Paranavithana is not valid as even drafrt.
We have to start with a clean sheet but not from Mahavansa.
My interest is discovering Ravana History which is our true history with archaeological facts.

Jayaratne Pathiraarchchi Unleashes the Bokken Kleppe Coyright Stolen Project

Bokken Kleppe is a guy who steal copyright mateeial of Jayaratne Pathiraarchchi.
He was a guy who was involved in Greefield Project and is absconding court arreset. He chabged his name and went to Norway and working for L.T.T.E. diaspora to distort Ceylon history suit diaspora.
Now he has bevome a monk like Meevanapalane.
Both are ace crooks.
If not for Jayaratne Pathiraarchchi none of these crooks could be exposed.
There is a YouTube trend unbecoming and Google AI has no control or verification technology.

Meevanapalane Pora-Distort Dhamma

Meevanapalane is a sex maniac.
He was a Peradeniya graduate he claims.
I have nevet seen him. He does not look  senior to me in age. I knew all includimg the PSU President.
I was a hockey guy and I wad once the President of the sports council.
My gut feeling is this guy has adopted a name of University Graduate now residemt abroad to cheat the monks with a bogus degree certificate.
His ploy is to conduct 2 weeks bogus program in Buddhism and seduce girls at the end of the course.
Hr started as a homosexual but now exploring new Indian avenue Kama Sutra.

Wasa Warthi Mara

Wasa Warthi Mara was a potential uncle of Buddha.
He had triplets Tanha, Rsthi and Raga.
They were not Mara Quens but only an analogy but real human beings.
Mara means to disyract Buddha's concentration for Enlightenment.
Our Buddhisy monks were literary exoerts but vould not master Dhamma like thid Mevanapalane guy who is good at expoliting young girils.

Pulathissa was born 7800 years ago

Pulathissa was born 7800 years ago during Kasshapa Buddha. This is recorded in a cave and there us map of India and Ceylon.
Pulathissa was addressed as a Muni and he was a Teacher of Ayurveda and he had gone to India to teach Ayurveda to Indian students.
What Indians are telling us is wrong.

Bimba, Kumba and Bamba were three sons of Ravana King Wesamuni

Bimba, Bamba and Kumba were 3 sons of King Ravana.
Keveni is one of  the daughters of one of these sons.
This is according to Jayaratne Pathiraarchchi.

British Vandalism of Ravana Relics of Nuwera Eliya

This is in Evolution and finding facts for a book in the future.

British for their Wisdom had removed a Sel-Lipi in Harrassagla, Nuwara Eliya, a Stone Relic erected to locate the place where King Ravana was interned.

It is said Ravana Curse follow any who desecrated these places.

The Kachcheri was supposed to have caught fire three times in Nuwera Eliya and subsequently the last Kachcheri was build plastering the Sell-Lipi to the wall.

This the level they go to destroy our ancient history.
It is human vandalism not seen even during Roman time.

With time truth will emerge and the British will be shamed damned for these sordid acts.
I do not ask for representative actions but we should explose the truth in the name of Buddha who followed long after Ravana.

No wonder Coffee and Tea Plantation would have been a ploy to erase this history.

Locals or Sinhala People did not want our history to be erased so they did not volunteer working in the estates.
They were not lazy buy were smart for the time.

Tamils were user for this purpose and currently using Norwegian and Tamil diaspora to do the bidding for erasing the true History of Ceylon.

Raj Somadeva and Indians are still continue to do this shoddy work unhindered.

It is time for proper investigation.

Bokken Kleppe is also in this game.

Working on Sinhala Font

I used to fiddle with Types of Keyboards including French Keyboard but could not get either French or Sinhala document published on Google Blog.
I gave up.

Google has done a grand overall with the help of AI.
I am revisiting both Sinhala and French.
Unfortunately, Linux computer is falling behind.
I would import these files from the cellphone to my computer.

First attempt is successful.
I hope Google let me use Sinhala Keyboard in my PC computer.

It is working OK with my cellphone and tablets.

Indians Counterfeiting Drugs
Wednesday, February 12, 2014

Below I reproduce an article for the greater good of the poor patients.

Counterfeiting Drugs
Even though, I do not write on medical topics now, this is an issue, I was involved for over 40 years but has not seen any improvement after the demise of late professor Senaka Bibile.

It has got worse over the past 20 years and I never buy Indian Drugs for my consumption.

Even if, the tender procedures look OK on paper by the time the drugs are shipped from India over 40 to 50 are dud ones (counterfeiting is not the correct term) so that, 50 of the good stuff is filtered and given to pharmacies in India at cut rate.

This happen in Ceylon, too.

Almost 50% from the SPC stuff is filtered out and dud ones are introduced.

There is a Drug Mafia running parallel with illegal (heroin) stuff and that is where almost 50% of the black currency is originated.

That is how the democracy works here and in India and perpetrators (because they are in the majority anyway) are protected by politicians.

Americans have woken up but it is too late for the poor patients in Americas.

How India's Drug Biz Can Compromise Your Pills‬‬‬‬

In the cutthroat business of generic drug manufacturing it’s the little things that can bolster a company’s bottom line—like fabricating data about quality instead of fully testing products.

Some major drug plants in India that exported medications to the U.S., it seems, did just that.

Such shoddy practices can lead to medicine that does not perform as it should or, worse, causes harmful side effects.
In recent years these kinds of incidents have prompted the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to place bans on several prominent drug suppliers in India.
To follow up, FDA Commissioner Margaret Hamburg is going to India this week to meet with its health minister and industry officials. India’s drug and food programs will be at the top of the agenda, according to the FDA.
India is currently the second-biggest drug provider, after Canada, and the eighth-largest exporter of food products to the U.S.

The meeting comes shortly after the U.S. curbed imports at yet another plant belonging to Ranbaxy Laboratories, Ltd., India’s largest drug manufacturer and one of the largest U.S. suppliers. Last month the FDA banned a Ranbaxy plant from producing or distributing drug ingredients for the U.S. market; the firm was caught retesting materials to produce acceptable findings after they had failed the first time around. The company had neither investigated nor reported why the products failed initially, the FDA says.
Since 2008 the FDA has issued four bans against Ranbaxy plants.
At present, no Ranbaxy human drug products are being imported into the U.S.
The company has already pleaded guilty to federal drug safety violations as part of a $500-million settlement with the FDA, after a whistleblower from inside Ranbaxy came forward.

Separately, Ranbaxy has experienced other quality and control lapses, one of which allowed pieces of glass to get into its generic Lipitor tablets in 2012. Ranbaxy is not the only Indian company that has been cited for sending flawed products to the U.S.
Wockhardt and RPG Life Sciences have also received FDA admonishments.

Some critics have blamed lackluster FDA inspection practices for the mishaps, noting that although the FDA inspects domestic plants every two years, it only inspects foreign plants about once every seven to 13 years.
In fiscal 2009, for example, the FDA inspected 1,015 domestic establishments but only 424 in all foreign countries combined. FDA data indicates that in 2013 the agency performed 111 inspections at Indian drug facilities.

Simply ramping up the number of FDA inspections overseas would not solve the problem, however, says Roger Bate, a scholar at the American Enterprise Institute who studies the drug market. More unannounced inspections in India, along with testing products these plants send to the U.S. would help, he says, but any watershed changes would need to be fueled by the Indian government.
The power to inspect and shut down facilities rests with each state in India, and some states are more diligent than others, he says.
He notes that empowering India’s Central Drugs Standard Control Organization—equivalent to the FDA—to take action would help address the issue.

Commissioner Hamburg’s eight-day trip will apply needed pressure to the Indian government to crack down on the problem, Bate says. Hamburg is slated to take up food and drug safety issues during meetings with the CEOs of major drug and food producers and with India’s ministers for Commerce and Industry, Health and Family Welfare, and the drug controller general as well as state-level regulators.

She will also be meeting with World Health Organization officials and speaking at the World Spice Congress. India supplies nearly one quarter of the spices, oil and food colorings used in the U.S., but an FDA evaluation last fall found that some of the Indian spices were contaminated.
Just one of many findings: almost 9 percent of the 1,057 spice shipments from India were laced with salmonella.

(For more data on what’s in your spices check out Graphic Science in the March edition of Scientific American.)

President Putin can deliver

President Putin has delivered, what all Russians could be proud of

My comments about Mr. Putin and Russian politics are proven wrong.

There aren't any credible geo-politicians, left on this planet

We are going from crisis to crisis.

President Putin has delivered, what all Russians could be proud of.

I watched “Sochi Olympics” with much more enthusiasm than watching Sir-Lankans playing cricket with Bangladesh and English getting a real drubbing in Test Cricket by Australians.

The C in cricket stands for Crime and Corruption and I have changed it to Wicket and W in Wicket stands for wickedness they handed over to English.
The mighty South Africans who played well.
Eventuality, caused burnt out for England, and Kevin Peterson (P stands for Pride here), the not so nice guy in the dressing room (because he speaks his heart out unlike, the English who are born with two tongues- one tries to speak the truth, the other is deceptive).

Before taking about Mr. Putin let me dispense the English and Australians.

Like the way they dealt with Kevin, English use the Terrorist Rump (the backside of English politics)  who did sweet nothing to Ceylonese - Sri-Lankan- Image-to their advantage and dump them (like Kevin) off when the going is BAD or Touch, too Bad.

So before they went to Sochi, they were looking for holes (only found ARSxxxxx) in Russian Terrorist Rump and found nothing to find and ended up looking for toilet bowls and were balled out in Medal Table.

The BBC (they have an obsessive group of so called almost Nutty, sometimes Nutzie) group of journalists who were always unhappy even given the best of comforts) never portrayed the true “Russian Spirit”.

Unlike the British, the ordinary Russians are very sweet guys and girls.

They can bring the best out, given even the worst of comforts.

They looked after their stray dogs, too.

They proved their mettle without any doubt in Sochi.

The Australians who are also petting terrorist rump (what is left of it) fared worse than English.

What has happened to their “Macho Image” in Cricket and Rugger?

They can say it is a desert and Wild Continent and can wash their hands off.

But I am amazed.

To the Americans, my hat's off to the Olympians who adopted, so many puppies.

He is a guy who everyone should admire.

What has happened to “Puppy Sense” of British and Australians?

They must be thinking of quarantining the hypothetical Russian terrorist genes in their “Puppy Blood” before adopting them but they could adopt any terrorist with two legs, left our shores without any hesitation.

That is their wisdom in politics, of course.

Coming to Canada winning the Olympic Hockey (my favorite game being a hockey player of yesteryear (not ICE hockey) is creditable but their political brain is frozen when it comes to terrorists.

It is the breeding ground for the “Next Generation” of terrorists including money laundering and “Yuppie Type” guys and girls involved in “Cyber Cafe Crimes” (money is raised with illegal drugs coming from Mexico through Americas).

Those behind the Iron Curtain dealt a body blow to “Fanatic Muslim Terrorists” with and Iron Fist which Mrs Thatcher now in her grave could be proud of.

Not only that they topped the Medal Table too.

In the mean time all in the European Commission guys were busy splitting the Ukraine into Anarchy.

That is how the Europeans outside, the Greater Russia expanding their Neo-colonialism.

I think Mr. Putin should put an end to this SAGA in Ukraine with real politics, now that the Sochi Olympics is over.

Are YOU a Successful Politician?

Are YOU a Successful Politician?
How to become a Successful Politician

I was getting totally fed up of all politics both local and global, mainly because it effected my writing habits, especially books.
I was particularly interested in Election in USA.
Local election, I knew the outcome well in advance and the total lack of political will of the opposition.
They were all geared up for the big post and spent all their money, resources and time, on that post.

Burnt out Syndrome.

They forgot that in parliamentary democracy what is important is vibrant opposition.
I say our citizen's are stupid enough to give 2/3rd majority.

I was particularly interested in ousting corrupt War Mongering Democrats.
It has come good but very soon MIC with it's might will turn Donald Trump into War Footing, starting from Israel to begin with.

Ukraine has become a dead end for Americans but EU guys with twisted tounge will continue to carry the War Flames.

This was of course a dream
This is the Topic of my next book, too.
It has some caveats.
Book won't be published but only on digital form.
If any body wants a copy FREE, he or she has to read one of my old books and send me an email to the email address given, in that book in the last page of the book.

Let me say, it is a Yahoo Mail opened well before Gmail.

I have never got an email in respond to any of my books published, either due to nobody has read it/ them at all or s/he has not read the last few pages.

Then they have to find this blog site (I have not given any clues) and quote the latest blog piece to qualify for free book.
Idea is to promote this site and not my books.

Let me say a few words to the guys who were selected to the Parliament I Ceylon.

1. Will they pass a bill to cancel pensions for MPs?

This is to save money for the coffers to begin with.
This has to be done before they take over the official residences of past presidents.

I bet that they cannot get this piece passed in the present parliament.

Reasons are many.

a) The privileges for a MP far exceed any CEO in America.

b) When they see the comforts provided to the MPs in the present parliament, no one would blame Pxxxxx Nanayakkara (who lost his seat for the first time and he was a List MP not answerable to any average citizen. He brought filth to the parliament for the first time) his crave and stamina to last so long without repugnance.

c) They will never get 2/3rd majority for this bill.
At worst they would say they would introduce that this  "no pension for MPs" in the next constitution.
I will leave at that.

To read about my dream one has to read my digital book.

This book is given free to anybody including present parliamentarians to promote Total Digitization of Government Activities.

This government promised digitization and I want to see how they would do it, successfully.

I will not dish out or volunteer how it can be done being a fully digital man for ages.

I do not use a Mobile

Why I do not use a Mobile
Tuesday, February 11, 2014

I do not use a Mobile

Mind you I have a land phone.

Read this in tandem with attention deficit (new syndrome defined by me) below.

This is something I posted elsewhere.

I have 100 or more reasons why I do not have or use a cellphone.

I will list them as they come to my mind but not in any order of priority.

As an intern I hated all calls mobile included since it meant, a batch of new arrival of small kids who have arrived in absolutely appalling condition.

Some of them fitting due to low blood sugar nearing zero.

In fact, I had 8 to 10 kids whose blood sugar and CSF sugar levels were down to zero.

The government at that time told the public it was due to encephalitis and I proved them wrong even without my medical registration completed.
I used to take blood samples to Medical Reaserch Laboratory in Borella and come the next week to collect the reports.

This is during Sirima and NM and Covinn time.

Then in 6 months later when I went to collect my own data they had disappeared mysteriously from, medical records.

Then, what I did subsequently, I have to pen down on a latter date of my life, nearing my death.

One thing was sure, leaving this messy Health Service and I decided to leave the Public Health Service for good and I was glad I did that and if you read Dengue Dilemma elsewhere, in my writings, one can easily guess it.

It has deteriorated in quality even though, it has expanded.

As a doctor, I hated bad news by telephone.

We rarely hear good news when on duty.

Later in life when cellphone came, I believed in CPP (Calling Party Pays) and flatly refused a cellphone.

It is a public nuisance.

It is a nuisance when the cellphone owner has switched it off when one really need him / her.

When you travel on a public transport one cannot have a snooze to drown the inconvenience with frequent telephone interruptions.

I love silence in public places.

Even though, I don’t use it, I have to foot the bill (kid's telephone bills).

No work get done in public officers.

They are busy answering their private calls of nature and it is more frequent than the real call of nature.

It is cheaper to redirect a message by email that should end up as a junk or a piece of gossip.

We use it for gossip not for creative work.

It is private enemy number one when you own the bank or telephone company a small sum in arrears and the reminders by them costs more than the amount you actually own them.

I think you got the picture correct.

I think it is enough for today but I will add more on future date when I run short of a topic to write.

Memory and Gadgets
Attention Deficit Related (Mundane gadgets like tablets) to Technology Addiction.

Many years ago, I posted an article on the web regarding memory specially in reference to Buddhist Monks of yesteryear (not today´s TV acting MahaMewna Type) and all the points except my assertion on Mediation Practice (focused attention on the present moment) was copied by an Author of the Scientific American Publication and most recently by another author.

This is one reason, I thought of writing a few books before my memory fails by default and due to old age.

It is rather loss of short term memory and now I have coined a fancy Medical Term.

Few years ago (I still do not take a note or reminder but devised a 24 hour simple protocol to enhance day to day activity), I noticed lapses in my memory and got activated.

1. I won´t use the telephone but buy a cheapest cellphone when I go abroad and drop it to a bin at the airport (this is the biggest handicap and in the middle of your work, one may give a call with a low priority-gossip related call).

When I tried to do that long time ago, one of my relatives in Singapore asked for it and duly obliged. Another one I used for sometime gave it free to a classmate of mine.
His son had lost his expensive cellphone when travelling to Colombo by bus.

Who Cares for an expensive cellphone.

Thank God, one can switch off the cell, then what is the use of a telephone, if it is not doing it's job, simply transfer a message.

I use my land phone at my discretion since I pay the bill.
Not even the Telecom (delay in payment) or the a bank officer can break that law and break into my freedom.

2. Won´t sit in front of the TV and watch web videos unless it is related to animals, especially Elephants.

One Baby Elephant dead was trapped in a tree in this country.

There is a video of an elephant mum protecting its young baby from hyenas (we have to protect the young one's from political hyenas and some rabid monks in saffron cloth).

3. I live with living things, the dog, fish, and plants, including water plants.

All three will die if I do not have some simple protocol, not so rigid but to remind me that there are other lifes on this planet, in relation to me.

Fortunately fish can go on for 10 days without food.

If neglected any longer toxic algae will kill them.

A dog will die within three days without water, if there is no care giver.

Believe it or not Dogs never use telephones even in an emergency.
They only BARK.

My dog in particular will start barking for no reason when I am on the phone.

He wants me to stop talking quickly and he has not got a degree in economics but he knows how to cut my telephone bill.

The garden will go to wilderness in no time.

All these little things one has to be mindful, however busy one is in day to day life, even if one has servants to look after these odd jobs.

They will never do them right in my experience.

4. Use the computer and the email productively.

5. Keep in touch with family and family friends in person.
When one sees a friend, just stop for a few minutes and greet them and have some empathy.
You may not see them again could even be run over by a vehicle driven by a fast track lumpen with a cellphone in hand.

I am predicting now with Facebook and low priority web videos, the present young generation will hit a very low point, in their middle age with Attention Deficit and I am going to coin the Medical Term, Attention Deficit Related to (Mundane gadgets like tablets) Technology Addiction (AD-R-TA- RTA stands for Road Traffic Accidents and some of these gadgets may trigger an accident on the road too).
