Being a science guy, I never read Agatha Christy. Fictional stuff was alien to me as a kid having seen Sputnik hovering in space above me as a kid.
Then of course, as teenager, I was addicted to Sean Connory and James Bond films.
Having done forensic medicine, and later having become a Pathologist, I begin to question the real life like plausibility in the plots hatched in films and dramas.
By the way, I hated William Shakespeare and his stories but made it a point to visit his grave to see what a man he was.
These films encourage violence and that is not healthy at all. Regarding sex which is natural urge and there is total lack sex education amd this woke culture is the end result and is outside the Norms of well researched "Kinsey Report". We were given small dose of it but we were more interested in intricasies of diagnostic skills and challenges that is inherent in human pathology.
The youth are kept away from Knowledge, Science and most importanly Play time. Play in a modest competitive environment children learn better but academic scaling in my opinion is detrimentory. First there numbers (1,2,3) are just numers in a class of 50. In my analysis 48,49,50 are more important since they indicate the failure of the system employed to test children arbitrarily.
Open Inquiry is alien to them once they are bombarded with false propagenda both by religions and fictional stories (drama and films).
Philosophy is a subject gone to oblivion.
Dhamma or Reality would never reach their minds.
That is the bottom line.
They can be targeted by extreme political ideology where killing a fellow being is natural to them.
