Yes, Wyndham Philip Island is Bird Paradise.
Ramada Hotel chain has established a massive Resort with 210 villas numbered from 101 to 311.
Villas are spacious and have two or three rooms.
One has to book in advance to enjoy the quiet luxury.
Our stay was very short on our way to see the Penguin Parade.
I am a Linux guy and our Logo is Penguin!
The birds who are numerous to name and I picked up only three names.
No sparrows but a birds the size of a sparrow are plenty.
Purple hen
Spur winged Plover
Cape Barren Goose
The magpie of course, I did not like.
They come in to steal the food left out on the table.
Resort facilities include;
Gymnasium
Indoor pool
Indoor spa
Outdoor pools
Outdoor spar
Games room for children including a pool table
Tennis Court
Karts
Walking tracks
Barbecues
A guest laundry
We were busy could not play a snooker game or go Karting.
Wifi is available and TV needs to be connected through one's cellphone.
One need not cook and food is available at Flametrees Restaurant.
We had one meal at Flametrees but rest cooked.
We took enough fish to cook and I remained a vegetarian with lot of fruits as the compliment.
House Keeping
Housekeeping is not available but (2 and 3 bedroom) villas are equipped with washers and dryers.
One is encouraged to reuse towel when possible.
The weather, even in summer is cold with Northerlies and Westerlies determined the wind directions and the temperature.
Whether is very pleasant in summer time.
The generally nocturnal Brushtail possums can be spotted around the villas looking for food.
One has to keep doors and windows closed to avoid unauthorized entry of the wild beasts.
Roads are littered with birds' droppings and your car needs a general clean up after a visit.
We were lucky the overnight rain cleaned the roods and the car top.
We did not have to wash the car.
Do not park under trees and garages are missing by default but there is ample space in front to park for two cars.
We had two cars one rented.
Back of the villa is open to the wild and one cannot take the car to the backyard.
One should not throw food to the birds and possums.
That is the cardinal rule to protect wild life.

Kick the Cricket (Chalk) Bucket, Ceylon Style
Kick the Bucket is short term for somebody, unexpectedly dying.
Ceylon Cricket is not dead yet.
Our Selection Committee is trying hard to kill it.
First let me say something about the Chalk Bucket for a newbee in cricket.
Chalk was used in good old days to paint the cricket boots.
Nowadays it is used to paint the various lines in the middle of the wicket.
Coming to cricket politics, if we used the Ground Boy (who paint the batting and bowling creases) instead of Angelo Matthews, Ground Boy would nave batted better, fielded better and would have hit a few sixes at number 6 position.
Ground Boys and the Ground women who look after the grass pitch, on the middle are fondly remembered, here.
Their services are very important.
Angelo deprived the place of a young player.
If he is mature enough he would have believed so and would have declined playing and thus allowing a younger player to fit in at number 6.
Besides, he would have preserved his averages.
He still has time to quit this tournament faking an injury.
Faking injury is his forte and his modus operandum!
If he really wants to be useful, he should push the heavy roller with the groundsman.
That would certainly improve his fitness.
I generally won't watch cricket, if Angelo is playing.
I watched his innings today, only to write this piece.
Regarding Dimuth Karunaratne, he was one who (with other younger players) got us out of the doldrums and qualified Ceylon for this tournament, playing all the vital qualifying round games.
Netherlands and Ceylon qualified and unfortunately West Indies were left out.
I would have preferred West Indies qualifying, instead of Netherland.
Dimuth was unceremoniously dished out in favour of Kusal Perera (who was a pain to watch), unjustly.
Chris Silverwood should have played Dimuth Karunaratne at Number 6 instead of Angelo (when really, some of the fast bowlers are bowling at the tail end).
It would have been a good spoil and we would have made 270 runs.
We need to train a young guy to join Pathum Nissanka, instead of Kusal Perera.
I hope Dasun Shanka would recover soon and keep leading the team.
Cricket is all about runs and wickets and nothing more.
I am hoping to write a book in English, on the plight (betrayal) of Ceylon Cricket from Politics to bad Administration.
Kick the Bucket Syndrome of Ceylon Cricket would be its Title.
By the way, I hate the Women Commentator who should be sent to comment on Kindergarten Cricket Commentary.
I won't watch any more of this tournament but there are lot of old pensioners whose pastime is watching cricket.
Few of them would end up, with heart attacks if not Myopathy of Coronavirus Vaccination.
According to the reports, there is a higher incident of strokes, in vaccinated guys and girls.
Beware!

House Sparrows
I am a bird lover.
I noticed the decline is sparrows in Ceylon.
I could not find a single book.
Went to Singapore Birds Park to investigate.
I could fing a sparse population of sparrows in Singapore, too.
I found a single book in the Singapore University Library.
Finally, I discovered that the insecticides used in agriculture get deposited in ovaries of these birds and make them infertile.
There are 5 types of chemicals in each grain of rice.
I react to one or many of these chemicals and now I won't eat even a grain of rice.
The entire world is polluted, the water, the soil and the air.
During coronavirus pandemic, I noticed our birds population especially parrots increased in number.
But sparrows have not regained its numbers.
When people do not have things to eat and practically starving (one meal out of three) even stray dogs population go down in numbers.
Sparrows cannot survive in the wild and depend on human for survival!
That is the bottom line.

Cricket in General and How to Play
I believe, cricket should be included in Olympics, but in what format (I hate 20 over matches) is a Big Ask.
I think Indians are ruining this game.
Having said that, Nawab of Pataudi, one eyed great cricketer of old time and current player, Virat Kholi of class, are appreciated in the cricketing stardom.
Brian Lara was a class act.
West Indians not in the current tournament is an object lesson how Indians ruined this game.
It all started with Indian IPL, money and Bollywood prostitutes.
I never watch IPL.
It is not the place for actors like Zelensky.
Like Zelensky does not fit with a military fatigue, the Bollywood girls do not fit with a cricket bat (they should be treated with a different bat).
IPL and 20 over game is the ploy Indians used to destroy young players' of their stamina.
For example take the West Indies guys who were lured to IPL and destroyed with money and Bollywood prostitutes.
Christopher Gayle is the classic test player with a highest total of 333 runs. Just look at his averages from Test Cricket, 50 over and 20 overs.
A drastic drop!
Not only he ruined himself he ruined West Indian Cricket.
I totally agree with West Indies Cricket Board for dropping Chris from the Test side.
The same thing happened to Ceylon Cricket.
We were in ruins after IPL.
Our team had to qualify to enter this tournament and they were NO good compared to 1996 Team.
They are currently in the 10th position and will remain so.
I do not blame our coach Chris Silverwood.
Blame should go to the Selection Board and Cricket Board.
Our Minister of Sports never played cricket and he authorizes the team.
Angelo Matthews coming through political influence is the case in point. He is going to ruin a career of one of our young players.
He favours homosexual players into the team. That is how he came in that is how he ruined our team.
I must say this before the England game, today. If he is playing I would not watch the game.
Yes I have already getting ready for a outing.
Cricket in General
Let me give a general cricket lesson now.
One of my classmates was a cricket fanatic from school days. He died a year ago. It was not related to a heart problem.
If he lived to this day, my own prediction is by now he would have had a heart attack watching our cricketers playing in India.
I won't get a heart attack but I would dish out a scathing criticism (Reflectively, I did want to write this after the tournament).
I feel my comments become out of place, if I remain silent, now.
This in no way a reflection of my deceased friend's love for cricket but my way of exiting cricket for good.
Yes, I won't watch this tournament.
Yesterday was a good game.
I predicted it and told our family members to watch and went to sleep.
When I woke up Pakistanis were playing the 43rd over. Before I could prepare a cup of tea, they were all out.
Rules of the game.
1. Openers should play only 10 overs and they should take the shine out of the ball and if possible with hard hitting change the shape of the ball so that spinners can have a go.
I do not agree with umpires having a ball at both ends.
2. Openers should score at least 30 runs, the minimum.
3. Total score should be 300 the minimum. Any addition is a bonus.
4. If one of the openers fails the remaining opener should make good the lost score (if is out for 10 he should go on to make at least 50).
The good example is our Gurusinghe. He kept the other end solid when Sanath failed.
Must not forget, dedicated contribution of Mahanama, Hashan Thilakeratne and Chaminda Vas.
It was Team Effort!
5. The next point is important.
We should have at least two players who can play from 1 to 6 like Kaluvitharane.
At this point I should mention, a guy who ruined this 1 to 6 rule.
It was Angelo Mathews!
He came as a bowler and never bowled 3 overs in a game.
His plan was to come at 5 and score quick 50 and remains not out and keeps an average of 60 overall in a losing game.
The game plan is to show he an accumulation of runs not a game winner.
I can remember in a game when Chandimal was nearing a century and we were about to lose the game he was playing for personal glory not the team glory.
Chandimal of course, was caught in a cricket offense and was punished inappropriately hash to ruin his career. Steve Smith who committed the same offense is playing this tournament.
Instead of Angelo, Chandimal should be given a chance.
Chandhimal is much better player than Angelo.
That is my opinion.
Angelo was very selfish and has many other faults.
I am NOT glad he is (not) in the team.
I am pretty sure he would boast that, if he was there he would have rescued the team that he himself played a role in ruining.
Statistics can be manipulated!
6. I am against a bowler captaining the team for many reasons.
Muthiah Muralidhiram was an example.
7. English is not necessary for cricket, if your skills are good.
Ask for a translator so that you could prepare for the next probing question.
8. There are lot of difficult decisions to make that comes with experience.
How much one should score on a particular wicket. Doing some research on the last three years is mandatory.
Whether to bat first or bowl is another.
Weather of course, nobody can predict.
9. Having said that cricket should be played one bail at a time.
Last ball is past. It has gone.
The ball coming in next is the most important.
Focus on that.
Developing Meditation Skills on daily basis and reading a book one loves are important.
I do not think music helps.
10. Fitness on the field and good diet are important.
Alcohol only after a win and never after a loss.
11. On the field do not deliberate.
Be quick.
Do not let the batsman judge you.
Finish the over quick.
For a fast baller if your legs are aching tell your captain in advance.
12.Test class player can become a good 50 over player.
It is a matter of adjusting.
Good examples are Mahela Jayawardena and Warner.
50 over player can never become a Test player in my opinion.
The lessons one learns from 90 over game is limitless.
I am totally against having two teams.
One for 50 over and one for Test cricket.
That experiment failed. England is a good example.
Bringing out a good cricketer from school age should be the goal.
That is how we became champions and not from IPL. Our school cricket has gone down in quality due to many reasons.
This list can go up to 20 but first 10 points are good enough as the starter.
The Mohenjo Jaro Harappan Civilization
It is in Northern Pakistan.
Sind District.
2500 BC till 1700 BC.
Discovered in 1919, 4000 years after its abandonment.
Excavation ended in 1960.
Largest city in the Indus Valley Civilization.
Stone blocks and walls are still evident of a large city.
Lost city of human history.
Structured around a grid system.
Buildings are separated by walls and roads.
This culture probably developed about 3000 BC. Thoroughly planned and designed.
Why this city was abandoned?
1. Huge Flood.
2. Political Unrest.
3. Lost Trading Partners.
4. Migration to a better location.
5. Draught
6. Not a warrior race and destroyed by Aryans a warrior and a plunder race.
7. Viral Infection and pandemics.
Arose around the Bronze Age.
Pakistan, India and Afghanistan.
Lasted 3300 BC to 1300 BC, nearly 2000 years.
10% of the civilization lived around this civilization.
Over 1000 settlement locations.

Singapore Cricket
I thought Singaporeans do not play cricket after British left.
I am wrong.
The Singapore Cricket Club is still functional.
It's main aim is to sponsor business meetings, weddings and rarely cricket.
It has a current tournament.
Malaysia
Singapore
Oman
Nepal are playing.
Singapore is all about business!
If they cannot earn $10/= per every ball played it does not sponsor a cricket game.
Then, every dollar is invested in the stock market and bookies.
The bookies are of course Cassino types similar to Arizona State in America.
That is how cricket is played in Singapore and never expect them to have a World Cup.

Gratitude and Reciprocation of Cricket (Kala Guna Salakeema)
This idea is not mine but a typical Sri-Lankan satirist's expression about our cricketers and cricket board.
His ranking is different but he is genuinely polite.
I am not going to be polite.
My ranking order is different.
I may pay gratitude to those who derserve.
1. Australia comes first.
We lost to Australia in cricket as a reciprocation of following dues.
Australia made our cricketers tough and we ended up champions in 1996.
Australia gave our Eurasians (Burgher Community) dignity and gave them refuge from Sinhala Basha hegemony and current Buddhist hegemony.
S.W.R.D destroyed our country's peace!
Australia is the best country to emigrate from Ceylon.
Expatriates are treated equally.
They give due respect to Aborigines.
They give equal dignity to all religions.
Venerable Ajan Brahma Wansa was spirited out of UK. Now, he is resident in Western Australia.
While doing all these they keep their Australian identity and the thick accent.
I met a young Australian guy in Sheffield University.
Sheffield has a sweet Yorkshire accent of Freddie Truman type.
I had the unadulterated Ceylonese accent. He did not engage in free conversation at all. It did not take my imagination to realize that, for him the Yorkshire and English accent were foreign.
I can imitate British accent but did not throughout my entire stay.
My / Our secretaries used to tell me, you speak clear English to the dictaphone but we hate Indian accent.
Fourte Fours four wickets type of Sunil Gavaskar.
2. South Africa
It was Nelsan Mandela who showed us stoicism.
Tolerance
Respect
Understanding
In cricket lot to write.
Basil Lewis D'Oliveira incident and banning from cricket for 22 years was important.
Then 25 guys from Ceylon toured South Africa and if I remember right Mahesh Gunathileka was banned from cricket for 25 years.
He joined CTC and later the cigarette advertisements were banned in sports.
He was an excellent opener even better than Maven Attapattu in my opinion. I used to drop in at his place while working in Kegalle.
My classic personality is Shaun Pollock who read the Duckworth Lewis system wrong and SA was eliminated from semifinals.
We qualified.
So as a gratitude to all this we must lose to South Africa.
3. Pakistan
Unlike India Pakistan had been with us all along.
Pakistan pilots did sorties to eliminate L.T.T.E.
They give us Basmati Rice.
When West Indies refused to tour Ceylon, Pakistan organized warm up matches for us.
Special thanks to Mohamed Azurdeen, Indian captain.
By the way, Indira Gandhi and RAW was responsible for L.T.T.E. atrocities.
So we will have to let Pakistan win.
4. Afghanistan
I cannot say anything good about Afghanistan.
They destroyed all the Buddhist Statues.
Afghanistan was a Buddhist country and Tibetan Buddhism survived until Mongol invasion.
I think current misguided Buddhist monks may obtain money donations from Afghanistan to erect replicas in Ceylon.
Talibans currently won't let woman to educate (treat them as slaves).
It is worse than apartheid and on that ground alone they should be banned from cricket for 5 years.
5. England
England gave us cricket and on that ground alone we should lose to England.
England gave us English.
England gave us independence without a fight.
Thank you England.
Worst Immigration policy in the world.
When I applied for tourist tour in 2009 they declined.
I was working in UK for over a decade and I had Indefinite Visa and did not go there within 3 years. So they cancelled my indefinite visa.
I will never go there again.
I saved a lot money by visiting an Asian country.
6. Netherland or Holland
If I remember correct they build low lying water canals in Colombo, Ceylon to transport goods.
They told us how to brew good quality alcohol.
Thank you akvavit!
So our cricketers should taste a can of Danish alcoholic drink to calm the nerves before coming in for batting.
By the way, Holland gave administrative structure to the coastal region.
We even have thier names in our surnames.
Janz
Jansen
Van de Berg
Loos
De Jong
7. Bangladesh
We cannot balance our budget without Bangladesh help.
We have to lose the match and ask for reduction in interest rate we have to pay.
Muslims do not ask for interest when they lend to a Muslim country.
8. New Zealand
We love New Zealand powered milk.
So on that ground we should forfeit our game to NZ.
Regarding New Zealand accent I have some memories.
I used to walk to the hospital.
I meet guys and girls on my way.
Dog shit all the way to the hospital and I walk with meditative attention.
I say Good Morrning.
I hear,
Ku De. is Umbrella in my tongue!
Go De. is village guy in my tongue!
Then I ask my little daughter, What is it?
She says, Good Day.
I tell her to keep clear Ceylonese accent.
Improve your English.
When I am short of a word in English, she is always there to help me.
9. India
India created L.T.T.E.
With fear of possible another terrorist organization coming to being, we must lose to India.
Worse is the Indian accent in an Indian Airline.
I went to Bombay only once since I missed the Singapore connection to London.
There were Malaria mosquitoes in Bombay Airport.
Guys and girls Malaria can come after one year of incubation.
Mind you Indian Malaria is chloroquine resistant.
With South Africans in India WHO should do a follow up study on Malaria!
10. Ceylon
Seyland Bank is a derivative of Ceylon.
Lalith Kothalawela taught us how to cheat internationally.
LK's money was cheated by late president just like he cheated the gold from L.T.T.E.
Gold was never deposited in the Central Bank but the Swarnawahini Channel and Swarnawahini gold chains came into existence.
By the way, Suwarnawahini is owned currently by Tamil diaspora.
I think they deserve it.

Dimensions, Reason and Rationalizing
This piece is difficult for an unscientific guy.
Reasoning and Rationalising genomic identity can cause misrepresentation.
Therefore, I prefer mitochondrial DNA changes that occur roughly at 3 to 5 million year intervals, when humans diverged from primates.
The autosomal DNA losses are probably recent events that are either lethal or inconsequential.
Man lost 2 chromosomes from gorilla or those two, got tagged to another pair by chance.
When this happened humans lost body hair except hair on the head.
I believe the acquisition of language ability coincided with this event and the brain became inappropriately bigger.
Proving these events are almost impossible.
Reasoning and minimal rationalisation may be a way forward, biologically speaking.
By the way, amoeba has enormous amount of DNA in a single cell. Asexually dividing cell acquiring large amount of DNA is highly improbable but mutations and redundant DNA acquisition could be postulated. Without enzymes to digest ingested DNA material DNA would have accumulated and integrated by randomly.
Dimensional View of the Environment.
1. Let me start with an earth worm.
Earth worm does not have eyes but it has light sensitive cells.
It can sense day and night.
It has no ears but can sense vibration.
It has no brain but it is intelligent enough to come out at night and avoid birds.
This animal has two dimensional view of the world and only wiggle in two planes but angular motion is possible by bending the trunk.
Its genome has 20,000 genes with 70% homology with humans.
2. Caenorhabditis elegans
Tiny 1mm unsegmented bilaterally symmetrical worm.
Most important component in its body is contractile muscles.
It is bends it body dorsally and ventrally and when moving on a flat surface it tends to lie flat on the right side or the left side.
This worm's life is two dimensional.
Its neural system works to coordinate muscle movements has no brain but an anterior neural ring.
It has 350 to 380 neurons that are controlled by 20,000 genes.
80% homology with human genome.
In other words it has anterior caudal orientation.
3. Amoeba
This asexual unicellular organism has no brain or neuronal system so its whole life can be described as of one dimensional view, in whatever way it moves.
But it is masterly enough to dominate its sphere of influence.
It has 13,000 genes in 27 pairs of diploid chromosomes.
Humans have 25,000 genes.
Humans have 46 chromosomes.
Gorilla has 48 chromosomes.
Dog has 78 chromosomes.
95% homology to humans.
Elephant has 56 chromosomes and about 90% homology to humans.
By the way we have 40% homology to banana.
4. Human beings
Humans have unbelievable creational capacity. When they could not fathom a certain reality with only visual capacity they invented Microscope, Telescope and Electron Microscope.
Sending probes to space is the desire to widened the scope at least in 3 dimensions.
Human beings who live in a 3 dimensional world is restricted by the eyes to see in two dimensions.
Human beings have additional 5000 genes compared to Caenorhabditis elegans (20,000) to possess a brain and a pair of eyes.
But this 3 dimensional view is an illusion created by our brain.
Eyes see two dimensions.
The brain sees 3 dimension by imagining what it aught to be.
5. How about 4th dimension?
It is impossible.
The moment we possess the fourth dimension the whole world which we call our world would disappear into unthinkable Chaos.
6. Mental Dimensions
Four mental (delusional) states are possible with human mind.
These delusional states are interpreted as higher dimensions by their proponents.
BEWARE!
Alcohol induced Euphoria.
Ecstasy induced by (LSD) drugs.
Esotericism induced by Ayahuasca.
Trance States induced by Meditation practise
To understand the 4 states an individual undergoing, one needs to be responsive and be wide awake (free of mood altering drugs).
They keep company with similar individuals.
There are no outwardly visible signs but are in unbelievable happy state.
Five accompaniments of Dyana.
1. Vitakka applied thought
2. Vichara sustained thought
3. Piti Rapture
4. Suka. Bliss
5. Ekaggata One pointedness
All the above accompaniments have to shed to achieve Equanimity or neutral or non attached state.

Why no Comedians?
When guys and girls lose the ability to laugh at themselves, the humanity has lost a vital thread in evolution.
Today Americans and British can be passed off as Walking Dead.
They may have lot in their bank balance and in their investment funds but empty in happiness and laughter.
Is it worth?
I doubt.
I do not mean stand up comedians who say something absurd, on the spur of the moment.
I do not mean satire artists.
I mean Real comedians.
If you take America for a moment the entire political system including lawyers who represent politicians are stand up comedians.
The problem is the average voter cannot laugh at them.
The voter can have the last laugh only at the poling booth and not before.
If we take Ceylon for example, we always select comedians to the parliament.
The problem is the moment they enter the parliament they lose the ability to laugh at their leader who is always a political comedian.
We get rid of one comedian and then replace another.
Current comedian is trying to Plot a Referendum Comedy to hold on to power till 2025.
Unfortunately, JVP guys and girls are becoming comedy actors.
The JVP is predicting that they can harvest 50% of the vote from a base of barely 3%.
That itself is comedy act.
It is better to have hopes.
Hope is no prediction, at all
Funny part is the YouTube presenters propagate their false hopes.
Voter is unpredictable and add to that we have 86 parties to make it precarious.
There will be minimum of 50 candidates for the next presidential election.
That itself is the volatile.
The ground situation is changing every minute.
Do not count on the eggs before they are laid.
Most of these guys would lose their deposits.
They are contesting to hoodwink the Tax Collector of outstanding unpaid taxes.
The Election Commissioner should reject the applications if, the last 3 years of the Tax Returns are not submitted with the application.
We have on record at least 3 guys entered election while holding foreign citizenship.
Civil Servants should act with impunity and they are protected by law.
I have no trust on judges like the guy who gave judgement on "Helping Hambantota" with Tsunami Funds.

Cosmological Inquiry
I have an outrageous theory for our solar system.
Before that let me dish out our limitation of colour sense.
We can distinguish only 3 colours clearly using rods and cones of our retina. In my case I cannot see some colours properly from a young age and it is getting worse with age.
I realized this when I was playing snooker.
No problem with billiards since only two colours white and red are used.
The computer can distinguish millions of colour shades and for simplicity sake they use 256 colour shades in our monitor.
Good example of colour compression is used in mpeg file format of video streaming, where redundant analog colours are shed to make the file light not bulky.
The name PNG or portable network file came into existence without sacrificing the quality of the image.
I am out of touch and use only GIMP for my photographic world.
The bottom line is analog files are heavy and we can shed lot of bulk when sharing image files in the internet.
The Cosmos is Big and we can see visually only about 5% of the matter.
Rest of the Universe is dark and beyond our grasp.
To identify hidden matter we have to use other energy components of our energy spectrum using instruments mounted on a satellite probe.
That is the reality.
The man does not want to be blinded by his visual limitation.
My outlandish theory is that we were a binary star system and the other star died and disappeared into darkness long time ago.
It remains as a dark body outside our visible planets and gives stability to our solar system.
Mind you it is not a dark hole but a physical body without visible light source but with powerful gravitational force.
My reasoning are simple.
Binary division is common in cells and biological world.
There is nothing to prevent binary division in physical world or in the cosmos.
It is a simple mathematical logic.
In spiral galaxis there are two arms one bright with young stars and another arm with old stars.
In between globular or elliptical body and a bar body or dark matter in the center.
I am using this analogy to our solar system.
The postulated dark body is bigger of the two original stars.
Stars fading an dying is normal in the cosmos.
Like the bar body in a spiral galaxy it gives stability to our solar system.
Lot of our explorer satellites get lost or veer away from its course.
My postulation is we fail to take account of the gravitational pull of this old star unseen.
Like a good brother it does not let any matter escapes from our solar system.
Our cosmos is receding at a tremendous pace and this guy is trying to stop our solar system losing its components.
This is a working theory and worth probing on at a theoretical level.
This will be one of my questions in my philosophy book.

Single Meal a Day and Why?
This topic is personal to me.
I have gone through a single meal a day for straight 10 years.
I was busy doing several jobs in the university (research included) and coming home for lunch and going back to work, took a toll on me.
I decided to skip the lunch.
Two big bananas and a pint of milk was my lunch.
Good cup of tea in between kept me alert.
My productivity went up the scale.
Research work was finished double quick time.
Three books, one on Linux, one on Buddhism and a third book of poems successfully published.
I kept this routine until my retirement.
In between, I finished a long article, A single Meal a Day.
It included spirulina.
My reasoning was based on Buddhist monks.
They have light breakfast and a mid day meal not later than 2PM.
It is supposed to be conducive for meditation practice.
Buddha practiced it.
Buddhist monk of good old days lived a long life.
Besides they were healthy except perhaps a few cases of cataract.
They never used transport in their own villages and used to walk a lot.
They probably had a good night sleep.
Then I went into research mode.
1. Wolves can go on without a meal for 10 days.
2. Dogs go on hunger for 10 days if the owner is absent.
Most of the stray dogs tag to another guy or girl after 10 days.
Some pedigree dogs die on the 10th day.
Think about it before bringing a puppy home.
3. Prehistoric man and his dog can starve only upto 10 days.
If one goes through the above facts, a single meal a day is not a big issue.
Having said that, if one had been eating 3 meals a day going for one meal is drastic.
It leads to vitamin deficiency and guy or girl becomes very irritable.
Post prandial hypoglycaemia ensues and urge to eat or consume sugary stuff becomes a habit.
It took nearly 3 years to master my chemistry.
Ten years without rice as a mail meal was a revelation.
I never put on weight.
Of course, the replacement diet was hard to come by and chocolates and coconut cookies became staple and healthy alternative.
I broke this habit in old age.
Bit of extra fat in old age is a bonus.
If one becomes bed ridden for 7 days this extra fat is an insurance for trouble times.
Do not be regimental on a weight reduction diet!
I am back to my highest weight minus one kilogram.
Scale for weighing daily is mandatory, if somebody is trying weight reduction.

Sleep, Dreams and Biorhythms
We sleep in cycles.
Each cycle is 90 to 120 minutes.
There are 3 NREM (N1, N2 and N3) and 1 REM makes a cycle.
N2 is Light Sleep
N3 is Deep Sleep
Memories are probably stored during deep sleep in a raw and random fashion.
NREM = Non Rapid Eye Movement
REM = Rapid Eye Movement
SCN = Suprachiasmatic nucleus
Regulates Diurnal Rhythm
In REM sleep memory is reorganized and redundant information is filtered off.
REM sleep is generally 25% of the total sleep and we tend to dream in REM sleep.
Memory is stored during REM.
REM starts as short bursts and as one sleeps longer REM tends last longer.
We have 6 cycle per night.
We generally needs 8 hours of sleep out of which 4 hours of Deep Sleep is vital.
One need not worry about since these patterns are determined by melatonin secretion.
Ophidiophobia
Generally I do not fear anything.
I was brought up as an adult not to fear even bombs during L.T.T.E, J.V.P and D.J.V.P.
J.V.P. landed their makeshift bombs on top of our room in 1971 and in 1989 I was 4th in their hit list.
It was RAW of Indira Gandhi that funded the D.J.V.P and the ploy was to stop Americans launching a satellite from Ceylon.
I am generally Anti-American but this incident made me lifetime Anti-Indian and beating Indians in a cricket match should be our ultimate goal.
I am not sure but Chinese are reviving the ground station and we can use Chinese satellites to cover the Indian ocean.
Enemies enemies are our friends phrase can be applied to India and China.
I am far off the target.
I do not fear blood or dealing with any horrific accident patients in hospital care from my Internship.
I was a good trauma officer in New Zealand and indirectly was the flying doctor.
I have only treated one patient with snake bite all my life and that was also in a private hospital in Negamboo, a non venomous sea snake.
Taking a fishhook accidentally stuck in a forearm was more difficult than treating a snake bite.
But fear is still there for snakes specially for cobras.
As a kid we lived inbetween Galgedhara and Mawathagama.
It was called Weuda (means village built on a filled up lake).
There were lot of snakes around our house.
It is perfectly normal to find a deadly Magamaruwa or Thelkarawala.
Sometimes these snake go inside to feed on honey bees in bee boxes. They become plump and cannot come out unless bee box is opened and the parasitic snake is released.
Snakes were not a problem but come cobras I go into panic mode.
Under 5 years, one day I pulled out my tiny suitcase to find a tiny cobra under my bed.
I immediately took the ruler out hit it dead on the neck.
It formed its hood to bite me but I was bit quicker.
That incident passed away and one day we were walking down a narrow gorge and I found a water snake peacefully swimming.
I took a little marble and reflectively hit it.
It died an agonizing death.
That day I took a vow never to hurt any animal all my life.
Incidentally, I became a pet lover and ornamental fish keeping was my longterm hobby.
I was woken up with a daytime dream when accidentally I broke one of my big glass fish tanks.
I could not pick up all the fish especially the baby fish and that stress alone woke me up.
Made a cup of tea and decided to pen down on ophidiophobia.
I have accidentally touched a belly of two giant cobras.
The third time, I was feeding the fish and when I turned back I saw a huge cobra at least 12 to 16 feet long behind me.
I was obstructing its escape path.
In two steps, I was down onto the next level 8 feet below.
I did not crack my leg but the snake was so alarmed calmly slithered away in a few seconds.
It did not try to show its hood and it would have sensed I was more alarmed than the snake.
This fear is not reasonable.
I think it is genetic fear built in any human being.
Irrational to the core.
I think I am rational and I am scientific.
I doubt that classification and deep within I am NOT a rational but intrinsically and inherently fearful guy.
To, snakes specially cobras.
Why?
I do not know.
It is also called herpetophobia or fear of all reptiles but I do not have any fear on other reptiles, like lizards and even big comodo dragon.
Comodo dragon was very common good old days.
But the real adoring guys were tortoises.

Buddhism and Stoicism
Buddhism is free of dogma.
It is not a doctrine.
It is a simple way of life.
Its goal is mancipation from unsatisfactory Bhava of all beings (including higher beings called devas).
Its enlightenment is peace, tranquility and wisdom.
No belief in god or of his creation.
Because it is not a dogma (as for god and creation) and has given free inquiry to its followers it has spawned many variegations.
Kalama Sutta is based on Free Inquiry.
Unfortunately, Buddhist teaching was written down in Ceylon probably around 1000 years after the passing away of Buddha.
It was passed down by Oral Tradition and memorizing what had been said by elder monks of the past, a definite scriptural or textural comments came to existence much later in its evolution.
However, Hinduism is the oldest religion and has the oldest scripture.
All textural contents are preceded by a phrase "I have heard it so" or "Evam Mesutham".
So any errors of passing down the oral contents and translations were presumed to be inconsequential.
That is why there are commentaries and probable misreading of Buddha's original teachings.
Open inquiry and commentaries were genuinely encouraged and this has lead to enormous proliferation of scriptures.
That is my bone of contention.
Lot of things were added over time.
Coming from scientific background, I prefer minimalistic and simple approach to Buddhism or Dhamma.
There are also claims, that Buddhism was probably written down in Ceylon in the middle of first Century and commentaries were written by Buddhagosha in the fifth Century.
Buddhagosha was an Indian philosopher, commentator and a translator.
His work has been questioned probably due to his Indian origin
His classic work is Vissudhimagga or the Path of Purification.
That book gives instructions in how to meditate.
There are about 1000 ways of meditation techniques.
I am writing this to warn guys and girls to be vary about various self claimed guys and girls who propagate Meditation Classes in the Internet without basic understanding of Dhamma.
1. Theravada Buddhism
This is based in Ceylon, Burma and Thailand.
These countries participated in six Buddhist Councils and the last one was in 1956.
First council was during the time of Buddha and the Second Council about 100 years after passing away of Buddha.
Both were oral councils.
In Kandy, Ceylon there is Publishing House called Buddhist Publication Society (B.P.S) which has enormous collection of books on Buddhism in Pali, Sinhala and English.
Two Suttas I recommend are Kalama Sutta and Brahmajala Sutta
If one is looking for books from simple to advanced that is the place one should visit.
It has a web site and one can order books through email correspondences.
It is closed on public holidays and open on normal working hours of Ceylon.
It is resourceful place.
2. Mahayana Buddhism
I know very little about Mahayana.
I do not think it exists currently in India.
Buddhism was translated to Sanskrit in India and a copy of the contents went to China. From this few copies or translations were passed to Japan and Korea.
By the way, Mao Zedong destroyed temples and most of the scriptures. He has killed over 60 millions both in China and Tibet.
It is called Mahayana.
3. Tibetan Buddhism of Lamas.
This, I think is the most distorted version of Buddhism.
I am resistant to call it Dhamma.
They try to become Buddhas, in one go.
It is alien to the fundamental teaching of 4 levels of attainment (1. Sovan 2. Sakurudahami 3. Anagami and 4 Arhants).
Often, Western the guys fall prey to gullible mantras or utterings. By uttering one cannot attain higher levels and there is no mystics in Buddhism.
What one needs is sustain attention to meditation under a "Real Guru".
I leave it at that.
If one wants to visit Tibet and enjoy the serenity of Tibet it is altogether, a different kettle of fish.
Do not fall to Gullible Guys and tourist guys in Tibet.
Is Buddhism a Philosophy?
My answer to that is neither positive nor negative.
The western authors have labeled it as a philosophy inappropriately.
Dhamma is not a doctrine.
It has three plausible concepts not dogmas.
1. Impermanence of life and things.
2. Cause and Effect or Kamma concept.
3. Rebirth
Above there concepts are all Mind based.
There is a Canonical Text called Abhidhamma which tries to classify mind in an exhaustive manner.
I have tried to read this text with an analytical and critical way as a medical guy with very good understanding of how our brain works.
To say the least, I do not recommend any of my friends to read them.
Very confusing and there is no philosophical tenets therein.
The approach of philosophy is to classify things by reasoning and logic.
Apart from above 3 concepts there are no additional philosophical concepts.
Rebirth is a belief system and the other two are self explanatory and no need for philosophical conjecture.
So it cannot be described as a fundamental philosophy but a way of life where on tries to live a simple life, while trying to achieve enlightenment through peace, tranquility and wisdom by one's own will.
The Buddha shows the way, but one has to trod on diligently.
It is a way forward.
There is moral aptitude but no compulsion by law.
For example, if somebody is seafaring for his living he is not prevented from his living but at least in his sunshine years of life he should do something worthwhile for his own mental wellbeing.
Buddhism brings happiness or Somanassa Citta.
There is lot of optimism in Dhamma.
36 Somanassa States
Only 8 Domanassa states
Only philosophy that has any semblance to Dhamma is stoicism but it is full of pessimism.
It has a pinch of rationality in thinking, lot of fatalism to life in general and subdued benevolence to humanity.
I would not try it.
The 4 components are
1. Courage or Power or Energy of Mind
2. Temperance or live here and now
3. Justice or abide by law
4. Accept things which are beyond one's control, for example death.
Arthur Schopenhauer is a stoic.
Other stoics added few more ingredients.
5. Act with right intention
6. Be useful to fellow beings
7. Anticipate difficulties
8. Live with nature or be a part of it.

Lenin was expelled from his school and he decided to educate himself.
The king relieved peasants from their landlords as a conciliatory gesture having felt the revolutionary trends in the country.
He read Karl Marx and other revolutionary advocates and writers.
1891 famine was a catalyst to show failing Russian economy.
Nearly 5 million people died.
Coronavirus endemic contributed to deaths.
Karl Marx believed that a revolution would come from an individualized country.
But it was peasants who rose against the Tsar.
It was called Leninism.

Joseph Stalin was one of his conspirators/ revolutionists who disseminated his writing.
Stalin of course took Lenin's place after his demise.
He was well respected intellectual and thought would rise to power almost immediately but not to be.
Even among Intelligence anyone who disagreed with him were fearlessly dealt with.
He decided to take time off in Swiss Alps and let his Bolsheviks take care of his political activity.
Protest at Winter Palace for 8 hour work.
Tsar ordered the guards to shoot and thousands died.
Bloody Sunday outraged the people.
Country wide protest began and Lenin read that time was right for him to steer the revolution. He tried to incite people but it did not work and he fled to Switzerland.
World War I started and everything damped down.
Tsar went to front line to fight the war.
War was a disaster and millions died.
Revolution was starting take effect without him.

This time he went to Finland.
Alexander Kerensky outlawed the Bolshevik party.
In October 1917 he came back to Russia and convinced Red Guards and Bolsheviks to overthrow the Tsar.
It worked on the 4th attempt.
Every Though many historian write Kenin as a impatient character I believe he had the patience, charisma and intelligence to understand that the Revolution was not a Instant Remedy but a painstaking slow process in spite of tremendous effort.
That is my estimate as a medical man not a politician.
This type of guys are rare in history.
Take Ceylon as an example, many of our politicians are opportunists and theoreticians.
They were not pragmatic and JVP in many forms is another example.
40 years in politics but nothing much to show off.
I am putting these down to educate the masses.
Ceylon is in wrong hands presently and various political wings are like fishing on muddy and trouble waters.
Lenin overthrew the provisional government without a single vote casted for him.
If he waited any longer I would not be writing anything about Lenin.
Lenin was crafty man but it took a long time to come to power just like J.R.J in Ceylon and he was well past 80 when he became our president and ruined our politics and we have not recovered from the LOANS taken from the IMF.
Whereas Russia has come out of its economic meltdown and giving a run for CIA and the West.
Peace
Bread
Land were his promises.
Old Grand Daddy Lenin was going to take care of Russia and Russians.
His rule was not conciliatory but brutal and he was decisive of getting rid of the Tsar.
Unfortunately guy who followed him was a true autocrat and a dictator.
It is very difficult to predict history but who would have ever guessed President Putin would come this far.
When he retires he would have surpassed even Stalin.
He is much cleverer and 90% of Russians love him.
In a democracy only 50% (in Ceylon one who was not elected by the people is running the country. He is no Lenin) of the guys and girls vote a guy/girl to power.
A woman shot him twice but survived.
Lenin let the socialism gradually changed to capitalism.
President Putin was the beneficiary.
Lenin died in 1924.
Petrograd was changed to Leningrad!
Vladimir Putin
This is to make a statement about Russians.
30 million Russians died fighting Germans Nazis.
Stalin and Trotsky were the architects of this victory.
Neither Winston Churchill nor Roosevelt helped until Russians entered Berlin causing total defeat of Nazis.
Nazis are raising their heads again, through Ukraine and CIA.
When things go bad CIA will sacrifice Zelensky and it is thier normal game plan.
East German Angela Merkel was a BIG Cheat on behalf of CIA in 2014.
I believe the Nazi Rump has infiltrated the CIA.
The Canadian incident and Bandera Outfit of Zelensky are the proof of the pudding.
Americans want to undermine the Germans and they blew up the Russian pipeline.
Russia has got another gas pipeline and they should never give gas to Germany for another 10 years (they should not be allowed to operate Nuclear Power, lest they develop nuclear arsenal).
Zelensky wanted to develop Nuclear Arms in their Nuclear Plant. This is where Russians decided to say enough is enough and got hold of one of the two operating systems.
Other plant is still disputed.
CIA plans unlike good old days are blatantly obvious.
Iran Nuclear deal is not OK but Ukraine developing nuclear arsenal is OK.
In spite of fighting wars in the past Iran and Russia, are mending their ways.
Enemies' enemy is a good friend!
Israel has to walk on a tight rope.
There are lot of Jews still in Russia.
Trotsky was a Jew.
Zelensky is supposed to be Jew with Nazi Bandera.
Russia is giving Nuclear Fuel to Bangladesh.
Western hegemony is falling down under President Biden.
Turkey and India playing double deals and can never be trusted.
Coming to President Putin he is not sacrificing his foot soldiers unlike Stalin.
His rockets are plummeting Western arm dumps in Ukraine.
CIA attempt to temporary ceasefire is to hoodwink Russia again like Angela Merkel.
Stalin of course developed the Nuclear Bomb for Russia.
Putin is selling his Nuclear Fuel and France cannot have double deals for its small Nuclear reactors.
Putin has changed, this world upside down and he never trusts UK, USA and Canada.
Australia has to walk a tight rope, since it has to get its gas from outside or go nuclear.
It is a changing world.
I wish I kick the bucket earlier than late.
Joseph Stalin
I won't wright a piece on Mao Zedong who was a mass murderer.
He killed 30 to 45 million Chinese during Operation Leap Forward.
To this add 15 million killed in Tibet.
Only, the British killed similar number in mainland China and Hong Kong using two Opium Wars.
This is to take over Chinese Tea Industry.
In that sense Joseph Stalin killed only 6 million Russians. This may go upto 9 million premature deaths in gulags.
For anti-communist he was a mass murderer ( compare with Mao Zedong).
For most Russians he was a statesman and a nation- builder.
In Russia a Jew (Leon Trotsky) or Muslim (Chechens and Tartars) can live with equal dignity provided they do not propagate disorder.
Similarly Orthodox Church operate in Russia, unlike in China (10,000 Buddhist temples were destroyed by Mao Zedong) there is no freedom for religion.
Born in Georgian town of Gori.
He was brought up behind violence.
His birth name was Joseph Vissarionovich.
December 18th 1878.
In 1894 he graduated 2 years ahead of his schedule.
He was sent to a Church for learning but was taken up by Marxism at an early age.
He was an atheist.
He hated Tsar.
His code name was Koba.
His father was a shoemaker.
He ruled Russia over 25 years with an iron fist.
Single death is a tragedy and million deaths is statistics.
He started leaning Russian at age 9 and haf a typical Georgian accent.
Similar to Trotsky he was good in his speeches and organizing strikes.
He used writing to propagate his agenda.
He relocated to coastal town of Batumi in Georgia.
He was taken into prison for organizing and sent to Siberia
He was sent to 0rison and each time he managed to escape.
1903 the workers party broke into two sections.
Mensheviks
Bolsheviks
Lenin was impressed with Stalin.
Called him wonderful Georgian.
He was taken into communist party committee.
This time he changed his name to Stalin
Man of Steel.
First World War in 1914 accelerated the collapse of Tsar regime.
1917 Provisional Government.
Tsar Nicholas abdicated.
Year later Lenin ordered the killing of the entire royal family.
Stalin was living in Siberia during the whole revolution.
Leon Trotsky fought and defeated the White Army that supported thr Tsar.
Lenin of course took him to the Central Committee.
Stalin was appointed to lead the army at Stalingrad.
He frequently went loggerhead with Trotsky.
Due to internal strife the Bolsheviks changed its name to Communist Party.

Feel Good Factors
I have a big piece on this topic here and I cannot remember when.
Here it is just a summary.
Three activities promote endogenous production of these chemicals.
1. Physical exercise
2. Meditation
3. Social engagement with family, friends and helping the disease and disabled fellow beings.
Growth hormone tops the list of endorphins.
By the way, dietary components like tryptamine also boost feel good hormones.
Mind and Matter
I have many books published at Amazons.
I wish to be anonymous in my blog pieces. Only my friends know who is this guy.
My interest are many but I have spent lot of time on mind related to Dhamma (Buddhism).
Only the speculative facts I post here but not in my books.
I have high regard for the readers of my books.
Here, I wish to make few comments about higher achievements of mind.
I consider mind as a form of energy.
It has an intrinsic tendency to be tagged to the brain.
The highest devas (Arala Kalama, Uddhakarama and the likes) also are bound to subtle mind form and are not delivered from bandage or emancipated.
But I believe mind can exist on its own.
Buddha who attained Nirvana and all those Arhant, after passing away, enter into subtle energy wave form that cannot be detected, for example by EEG wave.
The reason being, there is no Form or Bhava in this state of existence of mind.
So Nirvana is not Null and Void but its existence is subtle and not perceptible to human mind.
But Sovan, Sakuradagami and Anagami have subtle body forms until they reach the state of Arhants.
The above is my attempt to explain and should not be taken as sacrosanct.
I have a simple classification of various levels of mental states.
1. Sleep is essential for living beings, a minimum of 8 to 9 hours for adults.
Children need more.
2. Normal Wakeful state.
3. Euphoria
That is after, consumption of alcohol at level 2 intoxication.
Alcohol has 6 levels of effects.
1 is no effect.
6 is death.
Level 2 is Euphoria.
4. Ecstasy
This state is induced by drugs
LSD is the first to be discovered.
All pain killing substances have this side effect especially morphine.
I have never tried them. They are classified as Level 1 addictive drugs.
Even Voltaren has this effect on me.
I took them to relieve severe renal colic.
One of my batch mates was given morphine after appendectomy and he was demanding a second dose. We sat with him but did not give him a second injection.
Addiction is the next stage which is irreversible.
5. Esotericism
Magic mushroom or Ayahuasca induces this state.
Out of the world experience, alien visitation and spiritualism are a few of its manifestations.
This delusionary state is dangerous to the individual (if not to his peers who do not consume this stuff).
This is similar to Near Death Syndrome where individuals who has come back from death become unusually spiritual moral beings and god abiding.
There is a dangerous precedence that guys with underlying psychiatric problems consume them in desperation.
By the way, some psychiatrists themselves become addicted to these drugs to prevent suicidal tendencies.
Psychiatrist are known to commit suicide.
Paediatricians come second in the list and radiologist the least.
Pathologists are above radiologists by statistical analysis.
Sumerians are an example known to use mood elevating drugs. Sumerian history is about 8000 years old.
My bone of contention is even prehistoric man, 13,000 years ago was addicted to mushroom like substances.
I think Cardinals in the Vatican are known to use these substances.
The priests tell us NOT to take them but they have secret ceremonies where they indulge in ecstasy.
6. Trance States.
There are 4 Trance States.
These guys are born after death in 4 realms.
They consider themselves as heavenly aboard and live a long life.
At the end they are reborn again in animal and even lower realms, having expended their credit merits.
So never think of going there.
To me simple human domain is good enough.
Please note, I have not gone beyond Euphoria (simple wine) and all the other levels are speculative but I have delved into Pali Dictionary for reference.
My current hypothesis is that almost all religions have arisen after indulgence in these Mood Altering Drugs.
The other rival theory is that having seen REAL alien visitations the visitors were elevated to Godly realm.
Hindu Vimana story is a good example of possible alien visitation.
Not one type but several types of conflicting aliens.
In Hindu Gods probably reflect various aliens who may have visited earth on their galactic expeditions.
Russian cosmologist have postulated 7 seven probable civilizations.
Unfortunately human records are sketchy.
Assuming Roswell Incident is true, the CIA attempt to keep it under classified information is a case in point.
But my understanding of "Alien Saga" is that Americans wanted to hide the development of Stealth Aircrafts from the Russians.
These experimental aircrafts were projected as alien crafts.
We are well into the World War III and Rockets and Robots are the next level of warfare and industry.
AI will soon take over the mankind and its 6th extinction.
Vatican interest in global warming speaks of their understanding of global affairs and warfare industry.

Biology
Abstract thinking was not my forte.
Biology was my fascination.
Diversity of leaf structure was my first research item.
Frogs, toads, cockroaches, butterflies and dragon flies were my interests.
Fortunately or unfortunately I ended up in medicine and never delved into nature until well past 50.
Water plants and orchids were added to the long list.
But, all this started with simple observation.
In a glass bottle, I put a rolled up filter paper leaving just enough space for bean seeds to stick in. Soil in the middle and bit of water for moisture was my biosphere.
Sun, water, soil and air.
Presto!
A root, a shoot and a pair of leaves.
Invariably, leaves face the sun.
Never towards the center of earth which ever angle the bean seed is placed (erect, horizontal or at an angle,)
Roots toward the center of the earth.
Night and day cycle.
That is all.
Reality of nature.
It is not God that gives the signal.
It is all built in within the seed.
It is the mother earth that is in control of all life on this planet.
The earth is a living being.
Why are we destroying it with War?
Disregarding God and without abstract thinking, a little scientist was born.
He is still alive in me.
It is not a soul but it is little me.
Reality
Reality is simple.
Keen observation power is the only tool one needs.
I never had the dream of becoming a big or a successful guy.
I never wanted to fly to the moon or mars.
But I was fascinated by planes.
Getting in to plane and travel from Northern hemisphere to the Southern hemisphere was my dream.
Doing that on my own money not on a free scholarship was the simple game plan.
Airfares were cheap then, but after coronavirus epidemic airlines have unfairly jacked up the prices.
Even food prices have gone up including alcohol. After I have published the book on "Charms of Alcohol", I even refuse wine.
Beer was Rs.1.80/= as an undergraduate.
I even spirited King Coconut Wine in the distant past.
Reality is every godforsaken item has gone up in price.
All this due to Ukraine War and nobody blames Zelensky!
It is time to kick the bucket and say Hi to President Putin from heaven!
Reality and Abstract
My gut feeling was to stop blogging here well before US and Ceylon Elections.
Politicians are shoddy people and there followers are stupid to the core.
I have decided NOT to educate simple folks and let them live in their own delusional state.
Whereas, I do not want to give an inch to the politicians to hoodwink the masses with hope and bright economic outcome.
Let the politicians sink on their own mess.
Having said that, I deleted my long piece here to avoid misinterpretation of my own logic and reason by visitors here.
For example, a guy picked my "Uncertainty Principle" a physics reasoning of mine. This guy made YouTube presentation extending Uncertainty Principle on a metaphysical level. Metaphysics by definition is outside of the material world.
It was like tail wagging the dog.
If you read my piece on philosophy here on this blog post, the real philosophers work on abstract thinking and there is no limit to abstract thinking.
All religions are derived from abstract thinking. None of these religions can delve into reality.
Reality is simple but even rich guys like Elon Musk and Bronson take reality as an extension of abstract imagination.
Reality
1. We are one gravity people. We cannot neither live on space nor on Mars.
By the way, Mars do not have plate tectonics and rock formation. It has a thick mantle.
I am not sure if there is any water in its belly.
2. Without water man cannot survive.
70% of our brain is water.
60% of our body is water.
Infant 80%
Water intoxication and electrolyte imbalance are critical in new born babies.
Baby 70%
Man 60%
Woman 50
3. We are 24/7 people and any alteration in our sleep/awake cycle alter our melatonin secretion and biorhythm.
This leads to confusion and impair critical thinking.
4. Van Allan Belt is not narrow.
5. Even Moons atmosphere is alien to humans.
Its geostationary (we never see the darker side) orbit is not conducive for our melatonin secretion.
The bottom line is let only rich people spend their money on rockets and we ordinary people think of global warming and biodiversity.
