Guess estimate, that I was a Second War British Flying Officer

This piece in development and related to Rebirth Relationship in my own life.

No recollection except there Deja Vu and an attempt at reconstruction of live events in this life over 65 years and little more.

It is a guesstimate.

My strong Love for Elephants and Space Crafts is a direct result of my previous life's flying expeditions mostly reconnaissance. I was almost a flying doctor in New Zealand.

I wanted to become a pilot but my Kamma and stroke of luck prevent it.

I would have been killed in a sortie of the purported Ekam Region.

I was killed most likely in South Island of New Zealand. I was killed not during War but four years later on a routine mission due to bad weather and fuel shortage. I probably ditched near Reefton.

1. I have had Deja Vu in only three places.

I hated writing of William Shakespeare and actually never completely read on in all my life.

2. Kande Vihara cum Hindu Temple in Wauda, Galagedara.

Why I strongly dislike Meditation Practice and my book of Business Enterprise of Meditation is the end result.

I was made to meditate in this Hindu Kovils by an Indian Pusari.

My strong dislike of Indians was the end result in this life.

I went there for solace of destroying so many living quarters of probably Maori or Aboriginal ancestry.

However, I did like the sweets disher out in this temple as a kid.

My first Deja Vu occured near this temple.

It was only a flash and I cannot remember it but willfully suppressed it.

It was somewhat related to my journey to New Zealan.

I am not sure why I hate New Zealand so much. None of the New Zealanders were nasty to me except for that Dr. Diarang who was a South African Indian. I hated him but revived him after massive heat attack. I do not know whether he is still alive. I did not see him after that episode. He was air lifted to Australia after resuscitation.

My strong Love for Australians and Australian cricket and urge to Migrate and work in Northern Territory was a failure.

Three years in New Zealand and then to Australia but I cut short of New Zealand stay in two years to look for job in the University of Peradeniya.

I was involved in Modernizing Neonate Units in United Kingdom. Never worked in a old or derelict hospital except Elective in Blackburn Hospital.

For some reason or other I hated Soccer but loved Rugger.

I detested Killing of Elephants as a sport by British officers stationed in Ceylon. I hate parading of elephants in Perahara or so called  Tamil cum Budhhist Street processions.

My books on elephants is the result in this life.

The US Government and Extraterrestrials(ETS)

Arthur "Art" Buchwald (October 20, 1925 – January 17, 2007) was an American Humorist best known for his long-running a column in the Washington Post, which in turn was carried as a syndicated column in many other newspapers.
His column focused on political satire and commentary.
He received the Pulitzer Price for Outstanding Commentary in 1982 and in 1986 was elected to the American Academy and institute of Arts and Letters.
The US Government and Extraterrestrials(ETS)
Now that concrete proof of the existence of the ETs was available to the US government, the ETs started sending messages to the leadership which knew about the Roswell incident.
The central message was that nuclear weapons were very dangerous and should be eliminated, plans to build nuclear power plants should be shelved immediately and in return the ETs would help the world develop new sources of energy which were safe and essentially unlimited.

The elimination of nuclear was naturally a military decision, but the civilian leadership of that time was also involved.
This was the time of the cold war.
Harry Truman was the President.

Truman was no Roosevelt - he was a small town Southerner, a decent man, but no great statesman - not exactly an internationalist or overly broad-minded.

He had no regrets about using the atomic bombs.

When Germany attacked Russia, Truman said "If we see that Germany is winning we ought to help Russia and if Russia is winning we ought to help Germany and that way let them kill as many as possible, although I don't want to see Hitler victorious under any circumstances."

He and his cold war Generals were the people who would be making the decision on what to do about the ETs overtures.

The decision was made to ignore the ETs urgent messages.

A secret department was created to investigate the ETs, their downed spaceship and their ultra high technology.

How did the thought process go?

How did they decide what the best course of action was?

Since the whole affair is so highly classified, we can only speculate.

So here goes (pure speculation):

Super Patriotic General (his father may have been at the Alamo):
"I smell a rat. What do these wags want?
What is their angle?
What is in it for them?

Who do they think they are fooling?
We weren't born yesterday.
Once we disarm they will invade us with their fancy weapons".

Blue blooded Politician (his was the third generation of ivy league educated men in the cabinet):
"The great nation of the United States stands between these blood-thirsty savages and the entire world. We are the world's last hope. It is manifest destiny that the US makes the last stand to defend the world against these aliens."

Member of the Cabinet (a self-made man - his father was a used car salesman during the Depression): "These aliens are a bunch of saps. We will just string them along until we figure out their technologies. That can't be too difficult, we already have all those Germans working on the rocket program. If not, we can just con them into handing their secrets over and keep all our nukes as well".
 
Someone who looks rather like Dan Quayle jumps up and starts hysterical shouting - "USA! USA! USA!".
The general asks him to shut up and sit down.
 
The OSS (CIA) man in dark glasses (nobody in the room knew his real name):
"Wonder what kind of sex these aliens have?
We could get some pictures and spread them around.
Nobody in the world would touch them again with a barge pole.
We have already taken care of all the witnesses.
Its like the aliens never existed."

The President takes a deep breath and with great pride in his voice:
"Boys, today will be remembered forever in history as the day, America did right by the world. Just keep it to ourselves for now. Shut it down like it never happened.
You all have a good weekend now."
I am sure we can come up with a lot of different scenarios.
When governments keep information, which rightfully belongs to all humanity, so secret, I think we have the right to speculate all we want.
There is of course no need to be at all charitable in our speculation about their motives.

The decision was unanimous - the aliens were to be ignored.
The Truman team basically did not take the ETs that seriously.
After all any US marine could break one of those ETs, that they had found on the ship, into two pieces with both his hands tied behind his back.
Our jewels - the nukes would be preserved and strengthened.
The incident would be completely covered up. It was a wonderful day in America.
When the Truman term ended in 1953, General Eisenhower, the golfing President entered office.
The General knew exactly how to fight battles and win wars.
Just command someone to do it while he went golfing.

Eisenhower's cabinet contained two of the most evil men in the world since WWII - the Dulles brothers (Kissinger, Dick Cheney, David Addington, Karl Rove and Elliot Abrams come pretty close in matching them in evil).

One brother was the Secretary of State and the other one was Director of the CIA.

And then there was Nelson Rockefeller - he was no stranger to secrecy and the intelligence agencies and Eisenhower had already assigned him chairmanship of the President's Advisory Committee on Government Reorganization.
In addition Rockefeller was appointed the head of the Operations Coordinating Board responsible for integrating the implementation of national security policies - the OCB included the Under Secretary of State, the Deputy Secretary of Defense, the Director of the Foreign Operations Administration, the Director of Central Intelligence, and the President's Special Assistant for Psychological Warfare.
The ET phenomenon had been well analyzed by the military by now.
 
The report that Nelson Rockefeller saw was devastating - it basically predicted the end of world as he knew it.
Nelson Rockefeller was reputedly a 'liberal', eastern republican, not like the narrow minded ones from the south. However, Nelson also believed in the 'American way' and the superiority of 'Western civilization'.
 
He was proud of his White, Anglo-Saxon heritage, American capitalism and his Christian upbringing.

He was also an internationalist who believed in spreading these American/European values across the world through evangelizing.
 
The other earthly races were the white man's burden and he would show them the right way to live.
 
But these ETs were going to spoil all that.
They appeared to be far more advanced and superior.
 
They even talked in terms of peace and brotherhood.
 
If the world at large found out about these superior beings, why would they bother with what he and America had to say?
It would be the end of American and Anglo-Saxon domination.
It may even be the end of capitalism.

With cheap, unlimited energy sources like the ETs promised, the third world would advance at a rapid pace.
All poverty and want would be eliminated.
Within a couple of decades, they would catch up with the West.
With free energy and technological progress, the countries with the highest population would be the most powerful.
China and India would be dominant with the US a distant third.
 

Christian beliefs and dogmas were also at risk.
 
This would never do.
The ETs had to be outwitted and defeated.
The world was to be united against the ETs under the leadership of America and its allies.(Of course with clean, free energy, there would be no pollution, no climate change, no global warming, no poverty, no starvation - but these were not the problems of the 50s and 60s in America nor considerations for the 'free market' republicans who wanted the market to fix all these problems).
Truman and his team had done a good job keeping the ET information from the public, but now it was time to take it further underground, not only would the public not know about, it would be hidden from all elected officials as well.
Nobody but those within military/intelligence complex who were already involved with ETs would have that information and any others would get to know only by invitation from those already in it.
This group would be financed completely off the books, by black budgets from the CIA and other agencies or from friends in the know in private industry (banking, defense and energy/oil companies) or even self-financed by illegal activities when necessary.
The ultimate cover up had begun.
The private industry partners in this black project were  very likely led by Nelson's brother - David Rockefeller. Together with other European banking families, US defense contractors and energy interests, the two Rockefeller brothers (or at least Nelson alone) would help the US intelligence communities (CIA/NSA/NRO etc) manage the operation.
The golfing president signed off on it and essentially signed himself out of the loop without quite understanding what he had done.
The US Military/Intelligence Cabal and ETs
The plan to handle the ET phenomenon consisted of several projects (all run by the blackest of the black ops):
Try to catch up with the ETs technologically - develop similar space vehicles as well as weapons to disable/destroy such spaceships. This project of building spacecraft like the ETs was handed to the defense contractors who were partners in the operation.
Discredit all witnesses to UFO sightings or close encounters with actual ETs. This involved planting CIA assets in every organization which believed in UFOs and buying off any journalists or writers who wished to investigate the ET phenomenon.
The worst part of it was catching those who did have encounters with the ETs and intimidating them, if necessary kidnapping them, torturing them, drugging them or eliminating them if that was what it took.
Get people in the US (as well as the rest of world) to fear and loath the ETs (without ever admitting that they existed).
Here the plan got more complex - it involved psychological warfare.
The plan was to have the military/intelligence members pretend to be aliens and then abduct ET sympathizers or those who may want to expose the cover up.
The abductees were drugged, hypnotized, tortured or sexually abused (the intelligence operatives have long discovered that sexual abuse was a easy way to traumatize people) using techniques perfected in the CIA's mind control project MKULTRA.
Besides drugs and hypnosis, bombarding the victims with concentrated electromagnetic rays was also used. 

The latter technique caused paralysis and often made the victims unknowingly have out-of-body experiences. 

While under drugs and hypnosis, false memories of alien atrocities were planted in the victims minds. The whole thing sounds like science fiction, but it turned out to be a very successful program.
Since the ETs often visited rural areas, a special group that secretly mutilated cattle was created.
This was sure to turn farmers against the 'demonic aliens'.
If nothing worked outright murder was always an option. They had discovered ways of driving people completely crazy or even inducing cancer in people from a distance using the Electromagnetic weapons.
The groups involved in the disinformation, abductions, torture, mutilations were very much like the Nazis - Mengele, Bormann, Himmler, Goebels all rolled into one (apparently only a Hitler was missing).
I am convinced the planetary Dark Forces influenced the groups, some of them may have even been obsessed by one of the Lords of Materiality.
As years past, the group went out of control. 

Even the civilian leadership (what little there was of it), like the Rockefellers, could no longer control them.
They became a rogue operation within a rogue operation.
If a CIA director or even a President dared interfere in the cabal's affairs, they and their families were at risk.
No Democratic President was let in on the covernup.
Kennedy who tried to find out more may have been assassinated for that very reason. Carter and Clinton did not have a clue and were threatened when they asked any questions. 

GHW Bush Sr. was in on it, but when he suggested revealing the secret, he too was threatened.
 

The Church and the ETs
When the Vatican was informed by the US government of the alien menace, they were equally appalled.
They searched the Bible desperately for any indication of such beings. If the ETs were not angels or demons, what were they?

Could the divine trinity be applied to the ETs too?
 

The Father and the Holy Spirit seemed universal enough, but Jesus posed a real problem. 

Was Jesus just the Son of Man or also the Son of ET?
There was no indications that The ETs accepted such a human/divine Son of God (or even a God).

And they were an advance superior race!

 
The whole Christian belief system built around the 'only begotten Son of God' was at risk.
It was best to suppress all information regarding the ETs.
Recent statements from the Vatican indicate that they are preparing for the time when eventually the truth about ETs will be revealed.

 A priest (Monsignor Corrado Balducci) not directly associated with the top brass at the Vatican, has been authorized to state that "extraterrestrial encounters are not demonic, they are not due to psychological impairment, they are not a case of entity attachment, but these encounters deserve to be studied carefully".
He spoke about the extraterrestrial people as part of God's creation and that they are not angels nor are they devils.
Recently Fr. José Gabriel Funes S.J., the current director of the Vatican Observatory, organized a conference about the possibility and consequences of life existing in outer space.

He even suggested that there could be aliens who were superior to humans and not guilty of original sin (Whatever that means! I guess, he is saying that the aliens are not demonic like the fundamentalists believe).
 

Incidentally the SJ - the Society of Jesuits is supposed to control the Vatican's intelligence service.
 

Islam and the ETs
Luckily for us all, no Islamic country with the exception of Pakistan has nuclear weapons.
Pakistan has never had a stable government.
There was no point in the ETs approaching them.
However, I am sure that if Pakistan's nukes ever got into the wrong hands, the ETs will disable them before any harm is done.
Islam is very specific about the type of beings that exist in the universe.
According to Islam there only three kinds of beings - humans, angels and demons.
The ETs were not humans and they were definitely not angels - that leaves only one choice.
I am pretty sure the full disclosure of the existence of the ETs will result in the complete collapse of the Islamic religion.
Unfortunately, the fanatics among the Muslims will not give up without a fight.
This will mean violent clashes between the firm believers (in this three kind of beings theory) and those Muslims who will accept that the ETs are not demons, but superior and advanced beings.
Foreign Governments and ETs
The motives of The US government are fairly clear.
The presence of ETs, their technological superiority, the availability of limitless sources of energy were threats to US domination of the world as well its political, social, economic and religious structures.
But what about the other nuclear powers that were also approached by the ETs?
What were their motives for participating in the cover up?
These are not so clear, so we must speculate. The analyses below is speculation, some day soon we will find how much truth there is in it.

Britain
The British were convinced by the US government that the ETs were dangerous and not to be trusted. If the west ever lost their nuclear weapons, the ETs were sure to invade and take over the world. Britain being a developed economy had nothing to gain by revealing the existence of the ETs and their UFOs and much to lose.
Recent official statements from the British government indicate that while not admitting the ETs/UFOs exist, the British government considers them harmless and benign.
However, the British government as usual would like to defer to the US on whether or when to reveal their existence.

France
The French government does not like to defer to the US, but they also see the danger of the West losing dominance and the more populous countries of the East becoming world powers. France is heavily invested in nuclear energy and quite sure the fission plants are safe.
Also France is technically a Catholic country.
Perhaps the France would like to defer to the Vatican for the timing of revealing the ET phenomenon.
 

Russia
The Russia were the second country to be approached by the ETs.
However they were soon convinced by the US that the ETs would not only leave them defenseless (without nukes) but that the ETs posed a danger to the monopoly of power of the Communist party in Russia.
 

Once the people had free localized energy, they would be independent of any central control. More recently, after the fall of communism, the reason for the Russians silence is not that clear. Naturally like the US, they also did not like the idea of the Eastern countries becoming the dominant world powers in the near future.
 

China
The Chinese were also fearful of losing their nukes - their only protection against the USSR and US. They were also worried about losing the power monopoly that the centralized communist party enjoyed.
More recently, they have been having delusions of grandeur.
 

In a few decades they expect to overtake the US economy and become the dominant power with or without the ETs help. 

 

They do not relish the idea of sharing the world stage with the Indians who they consider an inferior race. It is best if the ETs and their technology were delayed or hidden for ever.

India
India has been late coming to the nuclear club.
So the contact with ETs has been very recent. India would benefit most amongst all countries by elimination of nukes, the revelation of the existence of the ETs and the development of new energy sources.
With cheap energy, India's millions of starving people would be dragged out of poverty in a single generation.
Also among all the religions, Hinduism would be least affected by the ET news, if anything many of its beliefs maybe vindicated.

However, though India is regional power, on the international stage, it is a timid country. 

If would defer to the US rather than upset the status quo.
Besides Indians are panicky people.
 

If you walk through the streets of Bombay and shout 'the sky is falling', people will run for their lives. That maybe another consideration.
 

Besides having their own reasons for participating in the cover up, there is reason to believe that leaders of foreign countries have also been threatened by the US Cabal, these include threats to the lives of the leaders as well as their families.

There are rumors that members of the families of foreign leaders have been abducted by the US staged fake aliens and frightened into silence.

Jayaratne Pathiraarachchi was Sent to Angoda by Buddhist Monks on False Complaints

This is relevant in analysing Bokken Kleppe of Norway who is saffron clothes crook.

Some Buddhist monks have taken the copies of  copyright material of Jayaratne Pathiraarachchi and Published them as their own.

This guy is clever and craft and given them the so called deaf ropes he has given to lead them astray.

They without doing cross referencing published them to show their creative abilities.

All the monks are not in this role.

They are guys who were lay guys who were married but enter as monks well past 50. Current example is Bokken Kleppe who is absconding our judiciary.

Some of these monks have made police complaint and Police to avoid complications sent him to Angoda.

There he was cleared clean but declared a real extrovert who challenges the accepted beliefs.

Monk who cannot tolerate took him to courts. For 16 years he fought with these monks and won the case. Unlike the monks who did not have evidence these guys had done documents or transcripts of huge collection of stone edits or Sel-Lipi collected over 45 years.

He is fishing out only a sample to confuse the monks who do not know how to read stone edits.

For his own credit he had published an introductory alphabet similar to coding commands in Linux which only a few can write a shell script or commands in a terminal. I used master them 30 years ago but I have forgotten most of them except about 10 terminal commands.

This guy is keeping his core information hidden from public and may release the well after 2035. The reasoning I do not know but my guy feeling is he has an uncanny ability predict future events.

Surprising during Aragalaya time he has entered the house of Ranil Wickramasinghe and fished out a original record of manuscript that have records British have made during early 1880s. 

He has something for cross referencing. 

He claims British have distorted our history deliberately to please the kings and queens of England.

I have at least checked the Kandyan Convention which forged or a duplicate.

The original was accidentally discover during 1970 in Ceylon.

Jayaratne Pathiraarachchi Claims that a GOLDEN Replica of an Ancient Spacecraft was recovered in a Cave in Ceylon

Jayaratne Pathiraarachchi on the 5th of February, 2025 claimed in YouTube Video Display, that large number of individuals including Engineers were involved in excavation of a GOLDEN Replica of an Ancient Spacecraft.

He gives a long list of individuals including Buddhist monks whom I cannot publish.

It was sold to a Muslim Trader.

Number of them have already died and my guestimate is he is giving a clue that RAVANA Curse would Befall on each one of them, one by one.

It is a Curse that follows, all including Indians who were financing this project.

Anura Dissanayake should investigate this claim and take appropriate action lest curse would Befall on him, too.

He claims that he is cleaning the mess. 

He intends to establish a clean and transparent government.

So be it.

Who is Buddha and what he is not?

Who is Buddha and what he is not? 

 

It is very difficult to answer this question either in positive or negative sense.

    BUT;   

 

I will start with the negatives.

    1. He was not a philosopher and Buddhism is not a philosophy.

    2. He was not a scientific scholar.
    The science and technology were not his domain.    

 

In fact, it was a bane by his subtle insinuations of scientific goals which are by nature local or global in nature and not absolutes truths. 

 

In fact, rational investigating mind is a hindrance to mental awakening, which he prescribed for understanding of the uncertainty or the unsatisfactoriness of the greed, ignorance and selfishness within every human being. 

 

What it means is basic understanding of nature is OK but looking for absolutes is a vain exercise of no use except of temporary benefit.

    3. He did not proclaim a rigid dogma of God and a Creator of the Universe.

    He was part of the cosmos and all living beings are part of this cosmos and not outside (this cosmos). 

 

Simply put God is outside of this cosmos and the God is not part of it (in literal sense, he cannot exist on his or her own domain apart from becoming part of the cosmos).

    The god is only a clumsy and flimsy human creation with no substance at all.

    Coming to positive side of  Buddha's Teaching he was one of us and was a perfect human being.

    1. He lived in the present moment (of mind and associated mental formations of infinite variegation) not in the past or in the future tense.

    No two human beings are alike and no two thought moments are alike.

    2. He was a born environmentalist and lived all his enlightened life (except the rainy season) under a tree and not away from the nature.

    3. He gave equal opportunity to all living beings and a wild cat living on another living being for survival was not an antithesis.

    In other words, wild cats were born of their own karmic exposition and escape from that  predicament is possible at the time of patisandhi citta or linking to  the next life.

    It is not eternal hell but escape is possible from animal kingdom to a better life BUT not being born again is his ONLY goal to eternity.

    It is not a Void but a Signless existence of equanimity.

    4. It is an individual responsibility of each and every individual to seek for his or her own salvation of the inescapable "human suffering and bonding". 

 

I have excluded some difficult areas of Pali rendering and unfortunately English is inadequate to explain the "Wisdom of Buddha" I have put the conceptual framework of Buddha's thinking would have been.

    By the way, I do not claim I understand all of them clearly.

    Do not hang on to Kalama Sutta and questioning the Kalama Sutta itself, is the entry point to Enlightenment.

Buddha was never a saviour of humanity but who showed the way of compassion, boundless kindness, sympathetic joy and above all equanimity.

In his world there is no ground for Killing and War whether due to ideology or religious sects or humiliation of a different faith or sector.

Religion by all means a Brain Virus.

All my years I produced only one YouTube presentation as a part of a University Education Session.

I used that opportunity to make a YouTube on Linux.

This is long time ago when nobody talked about Linux. Since there were no page hits I removed it and archived it. 

It is gathering dust in Ceylon.

Then I used seriously academic writing in Google Blogs. 

The attempt is simple. 

It is bearing fruits.

Target is to make Linux penetrate 10% of PC market.

Yes I did a penetration study with a young guy and it was miserly low.

Sorry, I used even this space to target a few and get few people out of meditation practice or trap. 

I have done a relatively specific study on meditation. There is already a book on Amazon and currently I am working on a book. Meditation Commercialized.

Unfortunately, two of classmates were trapped in the Weaponized Meditation.

 

One is already gone and other is undergoing a daily misery.

 

The book came to my mind because of the second guy. He has two doctors in his immediate family but they missed the bus.

I did not want to use the word Weaponized but I use that word to promote my book before publication.

Google algorithm is not logical but based on advertisement revenue. It is skewed or I called it is screwed. 

Google algorithm does not follow statistical conventions or log natural curve.

 

In other words it can be doctored to favour some and more of misinformation than reality.

 

Buddhist Meditation does not follow occultism.

 

It does not follow logic.

It follows reality or Dhamma dispensation.

 

It gets to the bottom but Hindu occultism to the top.

 I will leave with one statement. Lot of Kundalini oculists have ended up in tragedy whereas Buddhist Meditation warns of the trapping within even Jhana.

 

I have used two names in my book.

1.One is Dr. Greer.

2. Other is Ajan Brakmabanso who talks about Jhana within Jhana.

3. Third guy I cannot remember and he he had dropped out of the Google algorithm.

 

After scanning over 300 YouTube presentations on Medication and I found it was a direct advertising for homosexuals and divorce agencies.

 

This guy has gone into oblivion.

Manio syndrome and pseudo astrological prediction fall into another category. 

 

Unfortunately, in CEYLON this category is growing after Anura came into power. 

When the economy is sinking these manios or maniacs have a free for all gaming chance.

My prescription is Metta Meditation.

 

The next Buddha is Maithree and it is timely appropriate.

 

It is simple, become a vegetarian to begin with.

 

That stops killing by Muslims and Israelis except pigs.

 

Israelis of course kill Muslims with the help of Americans.

I must say, some Buddhist monks also can get weaponized through, YouTube.

 

Bona fide of YouTube is advertisement and propagation of hate 

Hate is infectious but Metta is rare to manifest in the Web except the "Business Enterprise of Meditation".

I tend to end up with a slant to rebirth manifestation.

What follows below is for guys who has the urge to go to the jungle cave for meditation.

 

I say for Metta mediation one does not need a cave or jungle.

Any place where there are dogs one can begin Metta meditation.

Just dish out some bread crumbs to begin with.

 

My belief of those guys who want to pursue a jungle track or cave were guys who had been trying to meditate in their pass life but failed miserably due hard living condition there. 

In their dying bed (Patisandi Citta) they remember flashes of their failure and they want to go back that state.

It is natural tendency.

However, there is a caveat here, one is rarely born again as  a human but in a lower animal kingdom or higher Deva realms.

These meditation guys with a stroke of luck come back to human life and from childhood shows the tendency to go back to tier failed state.

 

In psychology this is called rumination. 

 

My suggestion is stop ruminating but try Metta mediation to come back to real life and reflect.  

It is soothing to begin with once sleeps well without dreams.

How to Delete your Facebook Account?

After lot of trial an error, I managed to delete my Facebook account.

However,  I have to wait for another 14 days to take that into effect.

If you are old and visually handicapped, I tell you that you will not be able to do that.

They have made it awfully difficult and if you are old you must do that two weeks before your death.

In the first instance,  I could not find the logout menu.
After I posted a blog report on Facebook, it appeared faintly.

One reason (out of many) for my decision is that they are sharing my information with people I wish not to be associated with.

About three years ago unwittingly,  I joined the Facebook and there is noway I could opt out.
 

I am one who spent lot of time on the Web promoting Linux, Cloud Computing and Blogging for fun.

I have many connections including Dropbox, JoliOs-JoliDrive, Ubuntu One and WordPress in addition to Google.
 

None of the above providers insist that I use them obsessively and neurotically.
In fact, I have not used Dropbox for a long time and my password had expired but they did not remind me of that fact.
Just as good to illustrate the difference between a service of a professional cloud server (Dropbox) and a social media (Facebook) with very little relevance to my day to day work.

To illustrate the point I get an invitation from some unknown baby (under two years) Deelip Kalum to join his page (these parents do not understand the principle of privacy and little child’s rights).
 

I stopped them by writing a stinker bud did the same to two of my friends to get the message across to all and sundry.
 
The Message went like this,
 

I rarely use Facebook.

Fortunately, I have given very little information about me on the page.

In fact, I hate it since I cannot opt out or log out.

It is like the a “Pissige Pala Malla”-literally means the “mad woman’s belongings"-life jacket of survival of the illiterate- and I just keep it running by default for my friends to realize that I do exist in the sea of Junk world.

After hour an half of searching I could not sign off or opt out.
 

I am really hooked to my grave with Facebook.
 

Will you be sending some “Flowers or Wreath"?

What are going to do when I am dead?

I still wonder why social media are behaving like leeches.
They are hell bent on increasing their share in the open but dirty market

1. They start by offering you a free account.
That is the final bait.
In this consumerist world who will offer a free lunch?

2. Then they get every bit of your personnel data which even (probably) government agencies are not interested in.
 

The governments want to know you are security risk and or a xenophobic.
If you are an average criminal, they are not worried about.
It is a civil matter.
They only want big fish.
In this country of ours, some government agencies actually promote average tricksters and they take them into their fold, get the dirty work done and dispose them unceremoniously like a pulp when it is a liability (we have a police ex-chief and a Sanganayaka involved in plundering archaeological artifacts) to the beholders.
 

Guys / Girls include those who steal our ballot paper for election rigging.
Some of them steal even the vote of old people in "Incarcerated Homes''
 
They (the criminals) are a wanted commodity come elections.

3. These social media know that the governments steal their data whenever and wherever possible.
Earlier it was done at the airport.
Now they scan you in your kitchen doing daily chores.
They do not have to be on the beat but remain in air conditioned cubicles.
 
What a luxury?

4. This government paranoia for no reason to remain in absolute power has now infiltrated the social media.
They fear a bubble like in the credit crunch.
They fear the  credit crisis.
 
Their profit margin that come free due to technology and that infiltrates into every nook and corner (luckily we have only 10% Internet penetration in spite of the massive drive) one does not have to sweat for one's tasks.
 
These guys also live in air-conditioned living rooms and sit in front of the computer and do not have to travel like the ordinary guys and girls who toil, every day of the week.
 
They have cushy IT jobs.
The network of computers and various search engines do the talk.
They talk tall!

5. Invariably they become the worst pests of this century and of any country
So they fear when a old guy like me want to opt out of their site for an ornamental coffin for the eternal peace six feet under.
 
They make de-registration, the most difficult job on this planet.
Why?
I do not know.
As a doctor, I can say it is an early sign of serious pathological entity not yet defined by the medical fraternity.
I coin the word digital Mafia that metamorphoses to Digital Morphea
 
Getting out of Hi5 was as difficult as with Facebook.

The details are hidden in the Full Site out of reach of the folks.
 
You have to contact them by email and tag with another entity and a token obtained for one to see the Full Site.
Even after getting there they will ask you various (FUD, Fear Uncertainty, and Doubt) silly questions.

Now they try to keep the data in their server and promote a reactivation scheme.
 
I don't think I can reactivate it from my coffin unless, I take a Tablet with Wireless connection to my final resting (rights) site, the TOMB.
 
Rest in Piece Social Media.

I now practice digital zeroing when I am on holidays.

I really enjoy my privacy and holiday but enjoy every bit of flavor of food and drinks, I used to enjoy as a young guy (but going up in price for an average citizen).
I practice bit of Moment Meditation, too.
Life is to live.
Not to sit in front of an idiot box.
Creativity comes naturally, then.

After vert long lapse I am able to configure the WiFi with the dialog box YOU produced in the lasted ISO image I downloaded and mounted on a USB.

I am now testing whether persistent volume can be made. 

These is such a delay of MX Linux due to new Debian 13 series, I now have breathing space on the move.

Live session password is demo.

Cannot use Synaptic package manger on live session.

That is why I am installing it.

I cannot wait til MX Linux come out with a New Edition.

Yes, I am going to stick with IceWM and AntiX.

Finding applications was bit difficult but I am getting used to IceWM.

Debian Junior is based ion IceWM but I installed Gnome for safety since IceWM response was bit shaky with Debian,

I3 does not work at all with Debian.

Thanks again to Google Blog Spot, it has done a wonderful upgrade without me noticing it.

 

It has 12 Window manger and thanks for using IceWM as the default and I love it IceWM. 

Do not think of introducing Enlightenment Window manager,  since it takes 501MB and is very slow to download.

After fuddling with the Synaptic Package Manager ( no terminal), I got AbiWord Installed, that is all I need.

LibreOffice is already there and I think it is Bookworm kernel not Trixie.

Up till now Debian GRUB shunned all kernels of Debian but not of AntiX.

I can now wait patiently until MX Linux gets the Trixie Version.

I got my favorite Stacer in which was not supported by the new kernel.

GDebi is blocked.

COU and RAM use is minimal.

CPU 10%.

RAM just above 500MB of 7GB.

Well I am going to do my books which are very heavy on AntiX without worrying about Memory consumption.

I have 3.5GB left in my /root partition and that is the best saving I can boast about.

Sure to be 1.5 to 2GB..

I installed Xfce4 and idle state it consumed slightly little bit than Antix,

But moment I opened the Firefox browser it went up to 25%CPU and 1.1GB RAM.

So nobody can say, desktops only consume little memory.

KDE is the worst culprit whether it is Tuxedo, Cosmic or Pantheon do not matter.

Grand Finale-A Relevant Political Hypothesis for Ceylon

Let me give some insight from my work in the University of Peradeniya.

I do not know anything about other universities.

 

This part is factual and lengthy.

It was very difficult to join the Peradeniya University due to many reasons some are related to academic credentials.

I did not like Clinical Medicine at all but chose it as a service to provide regular income.

Teaching was inborn in me but I delayed it until I got a substance or maintenance income which I obtained from United Kingdom and partly from New Zealand.

I do not get a single penny from Ceylon and I still sent 50% of my income in Pounds to Ceylon for it's financial viability.

If I see NPP is failing and stay in power more than two years, I am seriously considering pulling out my dollars.

This is especially so, if the prerogative of NPP is to satisfy Indian interests by coercion or by default.

My guess is very soon the dollar will hit above 300 Rupees or more. 

The bank is keeping it artificially below par to please the NPP. 

Already new notes have been printed out of context and it's effect will be felt in due course.

I am openly anti-indian and "Ravana Visionary" just  like Jayaratne Pathiraarachchi.

Coming to the University, I always did part-time work for the University with a good reason. Get the Provident Fund Contribution every time "I Leave".

With Rupee depreciating by every year, if they are left unconverted to dollars or pounds, the buying power loses by the minute.

 

This buying sprees, I used to do on regular basis by simply going to Singapore.

 

Mustafa of Singapore was my destination.

It used to be Rs.7800/= a return ticket to Singapore. I used to bring baby dolls to my kids which were not available under Sirimavo (thankfully my kids were not born during her time). 

I used to make and wear bush-shirts made of "Cheetta Redi" to annoy party guys in the University.

 

I used to go to Singapore once a month when I was working in the Private Sector, the salary was bit better than in the Government Sector and I used bargain at the interview for a better pay. I was a practical man and I used to alternate with the University and the Private Sector. 

I did compulsory service of six years and one more, fothr Department of Health Service which was under a horrible D.H.S., on the advice of my father who was a good government servant for 40 years and he got a paltry pension.

 

By the way, I used get the pension of my Professor in Pathology in  one night locum in London. I used to say to my professor unless the salary is reasonable, I would not join.

Of course, we had a grand strikes under Mahinda Rajapaksa and we were involved in ousting him not NPP/JVP. They joined the band wagon later.

Let me finish the preamble here.

1. JVP destabilized the universities using regular strikes.

1972 is the first one I remember.

1973 is the second big one.

We as doctors opposed it.

1979 srike action G.M.O.A organized it.

 

Of course, we had a Work to Rule Campaign and ousted Sirimavo.

We got a political animal after Sirimavo.

 

Our only request was to abolish the "Compulsory Service".

I was away most of the JRJ regime and no purview of his atrocities.

2. If no strikes, they used to disrupt all the progressive legislatures,  say cut down on unnecessarily expenditures, purchasing things not required etc.

3. They always wanted bonuses from institutions that were running at a loss.

Salary increase was impossible in these institutes.

4. They were always against cutting down of the staff to sustainable levels.

5. They wanted salary increments on just viable institutions.

6. Viable Institutions like Telecom was padded with more and more carder until they were sold to Indian interests.

7. Involvement with RAW and 1988/89.

I was third in their death list.

My crime was working for an USA institute and bringing dollar income to Ceylon.

8. I am British Labour Party guy and always valued contribution of labour party to Worker Interests. 

Not a capitalistic guy.

However, current Labour is almost in ruins brought on by Keith Starmer.

9. I bet these guys have never read Karl Marx.

I tired to find a copy in Ceylon.

I could not find one in my retirement. I asked from one of the Arts Faculty guys who did political science as a subject in Peradeniya University. 

He came from my village.

He told me a few months ago he donated it to the Reference Library of the University.

I used to go there occasionally and I hated the dusty atmosphere and the smell of the old books.

When I did my Research Work on Placenta, I did go there to look for a particular Scientific American Journal which had a collection of Review Articles on Placenta.

 

I bet Nirmal Ranjith has never seen a copy of Das Kapital of Karl Marx.

I guess Jayadeva (his name was different then and aliases is the habit of JVP guys anyway), has read it at least once, which I doubt.

10. Using aliases to hoodwink the authorities having committed a crime just like this monk Bokken Kleppe of Norway.

They always found a way to avoid punishment by normal means.

Why don't bring forward a legislatures to punish NPP/JVP guys who killed fellow beings.

Catch these guys not necessarily JVP but any guy who Steal University Property.

I caught three guys while on a temporary post.

Like a Sherlock Holmes guy I can smell the guys.

One stealing absolute alcohol.

Could not save the bottle by the time I returned from the Dean's Office after reporting the incident, the Chief Technician guy had instructed, the guy to put methylene dye to say it is not absolute alcohol.

 

He was sent on punishment transfer and he formed the first labour union in the university system, since nobody helped him to come back to Kandy base again. 

I had a cordial relationship within him in spite of my action. 

Nothing personal but technical.

I could not trace him before leaving Ceylon. 

Of course, I recorded these incidents in one of my books where 37 odd guys I met, in my life in Ceylon were record for posterity.

 

By the way, I have two books on political evolution of Ceylon at Amazon Books.

Other stealing a microscope.

This guy was sent to Maha Illuppallama and I bet he must be acting as a Professor of Agriculture if not Professor of How to Steal Public Property.

We recovered the bare bone microscope with valuable pieces missing. 

This happened even at Navaloka Hospital.

I guess these guys were not helped by NPP/JVP guys.

The third guy stole the petty cash.

He did not know I was taking a bath after a postmortem. I heard somebody opening the drawer. He could not escape since, others were waiting for me to fish bathing. He was summarily dismissed but ended up in a job in the Municipality Kandy. I guess it was at the multiplicity butchery.

Yes, my bone of contention is JVP contributed 75% of our ills and all the other parties only 25%.

This should be the slogan for the "Newly Formed Opposition Alliance".

I was a political animal and we sent Mahinda Rajapaksa home. 

Sending Anura home is chicken feed for his "Global Lying Strategy". 

In the absence of Kumar David and Laksiri Fernando, I am making  these comments as pubic figure not as a political scientist and politics, in fact is  my bete noire.

 

Politics is not a science but part of the human social evolution. in that sense it is scientific.

Mandriva, then Unity and now the next derivative lives up to its name chameleon changes its skin colour faster than it promises in its announcement.
What it has done with 500 MB is an excellent achievement,

This is an eye candy distribution even an apple convert might enjoy.

Like PCLinux-2007 it should develop its own repository and its own community to support.No wonder it will give a healthy competition to PCLinux and a headache or two.

It should have at least 4 versions and like Netrunner2 (Mixture of KDE and Genome but heavy) take few of the Gnome packages into its armory but should not get loaded like the Netrunner2 (do not bloat it).

Make it slim and beautiful that's where LXDE is a good candidate for a different flavour.

Well done guys and girls and develop your home site accordingly to attract new fans.

This the French derivative of SAM 2007.
Even though it has gone beyond the 700 MB (necessary evil when one tries to add additional languages) it is distribution that should takes its root and penetrate the French audience.
I hope French would do honours to Linux (Unlike Ulteo who is trying to shake hand with Microsoft-would be a failure-Wine is there if one wants add Microsoft flavour) by improving Lady Bug.
I know French give respect to ladies in green / orange.
They should have English too, so that they cam get help Developers who work in English.

37-NetRunner
Net-Runner-2 is an excellent distribution for a newbie (to Linux).

Even though it is in the middle weight category (MBs) it has everything one needs if one is connected to the internet.
It is a mix of KDE 4 and Gnome without the groggy grossness (Graphic intensity) of SuSe and Mandriva on the graphic (face) front.
 

They have done a good job of integrating and mixing (it is neither tea nor coffee) the two.

K3B is a value added introduction.

Software management is good and in the tradition of Redhat have placed the packages in categories to select.

Only missing package for me was Skype to download. I hope they will add it next time around.

Another value added contribution is Gambase (for newbies to do visual basic like programming).
NetRunner is something one should have in one's wallet.
Change over rather the mixture (cocktail) may have teething problem but surely nothing the Linux developers cannot address.

The long wait is over Open SuSe has produced a lovely Live CD that can be installed on the fly.

The addition of virtual keyboard was an exciting change.
It got almost everything perfect except for ejecting the CD after a Live session.

Go ahead and enjoy SuSe it was one of my favorite distributions when almost nothing was available until PCLinux-2007 hit the market taking over its place and the sea change Texstar started.
 

I am sure even Texstar would enjoy using it.

Thanks a lot to SuSe Community and all the milestone editions and the tweaking of one of the best Live CDs.

I have just downloaded the Gnome version and soon the net version.

Hope they would add an O.E.M. version soon.

SuperOS is a distribution that I have mounted on my laptop but rarely used, just to have the feel of Ubuntu for demonstrations.

It has Wine and Skype.

Open office is the hindrance to it's development.

Could have been AbiWord instead and added few more utilities with the new release.

I was waiting for the new release to write home about it but hardly anything new with only a graphic face lift.

The is the price one has to pay when trying to emulate Microsoft.

It probably has something for the laptops but not way above others.
It is of the middle weight category and slow to boot but I prefer it rather than Ubuntu.

My suggestion for its new release is to change it's name to something like Sensation instead of SuperOS.

Linux people should never have the Megalomaniacs names like what you get in the commercial counterparts.

It should shed some of its graphic weights and open office (get open office from its repositories) weight and include blender and gambase (Visual basic counterpart but much better) mobile media converter (like PCLinux genome edition) and iTune compatibility.

If they think like Linux mint and have few more versions including OEM edition surely it can live up to SuperOS .

I think they should drop this megalomaniac name and go something similar to Mint, Peppermint, Imagine, Element and the like.

English names are disappearing very fast.

Grab hold of one before it is too late.

My humble contribution is to go for Sensation instead.


Vanity is another name which may foot the bill but not Superman or Spiderman or Batman.

They only have a historical value.

Linux is too mature to go for Super mentality.

Linux is super anyway!

Debian has entered on the Live CD Flora in style.
It has core, light weight and four (4) light middle weight versions that include, KDE, Genome, Xfce and LXDE.
 

I like the LXDE but all are equally good and outstanding.
Being the God Father of Linux its repositories are full of utilities that nobody else can boast.
There are over 31 (I have 12 in my safe) CDs in its repertoire of repositories.
Thanks for following PCLinux's foot path to freedom.Instead of packing all X windows in one distribution robust individual x window systems is the way forward.
Do not forget its nFLUX light weight distribution.
Many thanks for your effort, you can be on par with UBUNTU your God Son soon.
Your grandsons will boast about the grandfather for many centuries to come.

GoblinX which was based on Slackware has changed its name to Imagine and changed its face. too.
Xfce is much better than slow to boot gstandard (? version 3) which was KDE.

It's about turn has made it a sleek, fast and beautiful Live CD that can be installed.

It's graphical installer is different from other partition tools.
I did not test its installation but surely coming from Slackware it must be doing its job without a problem.

It is light weight that is why like it.

Its Viking Map reader and tracer is the one, one should try for a change.
I am very much interested in Scientific and Educational packages including statistics.

This is a weak point in Linux even though there are many statistical packages no one package has taken root like SPSS.

I give 250 extra points for Viking and if they introduce a statistical package as a default I am going to use it like Berry Linux.

It must take a cue from Berry Linux which has Wine and and similar packages pre-installed.

Imagine should take a scientific lean and introduce statistics and a few scientific packages which do not consume Mib like other packages.

Good Luck and I am waiting for their next edition / version to write a review.
