This is a hopeless distribution and if you are not a French Guy/Girl do not touch it.

It is trying to reinvent Linux by introducing another package manager. 

French are funny by all means.

Let me remind YOU few facts.

There was a lively distribution called Mandrake.

It became Mandriva due to legal dispute with the name.

I cut my teeth of Linux with Mandrake.

It had Globe Trotter which could not catch the imagination of the people. It was ahead of time and I think modern Mini PCs are a direct derivative of Globe Trotter. I could no lay hands on it, since I did not have money. I have left UK by then.

It started with Mandrake 7  but my guess is I used Mandrake 9 or 10.

The modern, Calamara Installer (distribution independent) is the refined version of Mandrake Installer.

I think a French guy who can read this and UNDERSTAND ENGLISH should revive the Globe Trotter Project with a new catchy name to avoid legal problems. Say "Imagination Run Riot" or similar phrase in French.

NuTyX is a very flexible, complete GNU / Linux distribution for advanced or motivated users.

Numerous concepts of the distribution are original and therefore exist only on NuTyX.

For example, it has its own CARDS package manager.

You can choose to use the ports system, compile and install your packages from their sources, they will be integrated natively in the system, their management will be transparent.

In addition to the traditional ISOs available, an installation script can install NuTyX from another distribution.
