Anaconda is the installer and I have used Redhat Linux extensively in the past and that experience has come good.
However, the current Redhat gives only 60 day window and after that a paid subscription.
ROSA bundles lot of Software, most likely Russian based Software.

This is (ROSA) the free version for Russians.
ALT Linux have free Isos but none of them have GNOME.

I want to be global in my Linux REPORTING and I do not intend to isolate Russian Linux Developers.
It is 10.35 and nearing completion of the installation under 20 minutes.
My base line is 22 minutes for ARCH and REBORN OS.

Rebooting is OK.

SO ROSA would not be my daily driver in Linux.
The repository is based on Russian KDE utilities.
Only the Desktop is Gnome which has its own look.
Applications are grouped into Groups.
Naming is in Russian and Installation was in English and I got them out of the group.
Reinstallation of GIMP failed but I put into the bottom panel without a name.
I can pick it by the icon.
Plymouth is light blue and pleasing.
I am going to keep it.
GRUB is intact.
