This piece is about Meditation.
If you visit a Meditation center in CEYLON and if they offer you a cup of tea, please say NO.

The reason is good tea has ingredients which elevate and enegize you well before settling down in meditation.

In my analysis a good cup of light tea in the morning before leaving for work is the best option.
Enjoy it.
Tea or Coffee during working hours helps to mitigate fatigue.

I am a Ceylon Tea addict and I lived on Tea during wirking hours in the University. We used to have a "Tea Boy" especially trained for  making tea. We had a good "Tea Boy" at IMMI and when foreign visitors come they were offered "Tea Pot".
When Robert McNamara came to retrenchment of IMMI staff, we had a Grand Tea Party.
The idea was to strike a good deal with Americans which is akways very difficult.
My boss Professor Ranjith Mendis was excellent in cakes but had a good taste for tea. I believe he owned a small tea plantation with a factory in Kandy.
When Japanese J. I. C. A. Guys left the University we had a grand party and I tasted the best "Orange Tea". I do not know from where he got the tea for send off party.

Good Meditation practice also release these feel good factors but not after five minutes of practice as advertised in the YouTube.

Meditation is a sustained activity but I prefer a good cup of tea.

The Yoga Tea (?Indian Tea) and Buddha Tea (? Chinese ot Thai) takes the origin from the "Feel Good Factors" or encephalins in medical terms.

If you a first time visitor to CEYLON, do not miss the "Cinnamon Tea" dished out free at the exit gate.
Best Cinnamon Tea is dished out (I do not know, how with NPP/JVP in power) at the top floor of Kheels Super Center.
Of course, Fish Rolls and Fish and Egg sandwiches are delicacies at the same venue.
Only Queens Hotel sidebar dushed out the best "Cachew Nuts with Karapincha".

These are some of the things I "miss out" in Australia.
CEYLON was known for "Hospitality and Good Food" before these goons came in to power.

Gnoppix 25.10 Version has NOT done a Good Job

I managed to get GNOME on Gnoppix on top of KDE but the Plymouth ddid not recognize GDM. I tried SDDM and it worked but had few more hitches left behind.

The /root was FROZEN and could not handle additional system files. I got a WARNING. Multiple Source Files were residing on the same folder. But carried on and discovered al the resident problems.

This is the problem with KDE. I continue NOT to support KDE development. KDE debelopers should not try to reinvent Linux protocols. CDE had similar problems and that is why GNOME was BORN.

Trinity old KDE does not try to rule the world but the current KDE does. In that attempt KDE is ruining all the Linux Principles.

Even logging in and out was a problem.

Besides, if one has a USER account the PASSWORD utility is in an Utter MESS.

This Gnoppix system is NOT yet Time Tested. It has lot of unnecessary KDE utilities and some additional ones which I won't waste time TESTING. Padding the system with rarely used utilities is not the way to develop a new system. I am not going to be a user of Knoppix and my comments may not be relevant. I wanted to see how AI works and its effect on Linux.

AI would ruin Community spirit which is the Base of Linux. Gnoppix neither has a User base nor developer community. That is the problem. It was a creative idea badly implemented and rushed through.

I am guy using Linux full time for long time. I am not trying to destroy the idea. I see KDE bloating as an antithesis to Linux forward march.

Emmabantus is better choice for newbies.

Good Luck to the Developers.

GNOME distribution guys are aslo trying to reinvent Linux. Dropping Synaptic Package Manager is a disaster. GNOME cannot be reinvented with new package manager. That is the bottom line.

These are the problems Commercial Linux Distributions like UBUNTU, ZORIN, Pop OS, Tuxedo, Elementary and now Gnoppix have.

Please do not try to reinvent the Wheel Linux invested.

Well I would give up Gnoppix.

One should use use ARCH based distributions for new ideas simplified. REBORN is a Good Option.

CachyOS, however is very restrictive and cannot live with other ARCH derivatives.

I am on Christmas Holidays and I propose Developers also take a 6 weeks holiday to be ready in the New Year to face problems, they themselves have created.

Klaus Knopper would be very unhappy and he would not make (German Guy) the mistakes Singaporeans have make.

Yes, Gnoppix has many problems since it is KDE Desktop. It is NOT a complete Linux Distribution.

Yes, Gnoppix 25.10 Version has NOT done a Good Job.

Little while ago, I installed it in my NUC without a problem.

WiFi is OK.

GRUB is OK.

Recognized all the other distributions i my NUC.

Thank YOU Gnoopix.

YOU have listened to my comments in the past and rectified, few missing features.

Additionally, you have added few of your own features.

I installed Gnome using Synaptic Package Manager. It ended up in a total MESS. Inability live with other desktops is my major grouse.

SOLUTION

Simple SOLUTION is as I have stated before for Klauss Knopper come out of hibernation and make one last Knoppix distribution called Knoppix-10 for Gnoppix to have a base to work on.

I would propose Nobel Prize for Klaus, if he does it in the New Year, 2026.

If not it will leave a bad taste for old time Knoppix user. I have been using Knoppix from 3.7. I would not have discovered Linux if Knoppix CD/DVD were not in existence.

Puppy Linux was there but it was meant to be for mobile USB use.

By the way, Gnoppix was not based on GNOME but KDE, arank misnomer to begin with.

Gnoopix has left a bad taste on Linux users.
