OpenMandrive Gnome Instsllation

Installation started at 14.16PM.

Finishe formatthing disk 14.22PM.

50% installation of files in one (1) minute.

It is on initramfs in another one (1) minute.

It started BootLoader at 1626PM.

It finished on 14.29PM.

Installation finished under 13 mimutes.

It is booting now but my GRUB is gone.

It has X-11 Session and Gnome.

This why I say there can be one GRUB but Debian had come a long way.

Installing BootLoder and I predict it would get it wrong.

It says it is installing bootloader.

Went and activated OpenMandra Software Reposository.

Pocked all available items.

Typed for the Umpteenth Times the password but no action.

Nothing installed.

Looked at all the icons but no insaller.

Went to Terminal 

Apt get install abiword 

No response

Did not ask for password.

I read the Linux Bible's GRUB section and entry on GNOME desktop of Ferdora before this installation.

Either this distributions Repository is poorly maintained or Empty.

On the other hand having a Repository without a Install Tool, ideally a graphical is pure negligence or not understanding the User Needs or to Whom this distribution caters for.

Collosal waste of resources.

 

We are gone bankrupt or defunct should be nightlight somewhere.

I needed only abiword which is just over 300MB.

It is the only distribution that delivers its own GNOME just like Debiam delivers its own.

I am going to Support OpenMandrive whole heartedly.

It is bit old but it has KDE drdktop and Rome which is the rolling distribution.

It is produced by highly technical Engineers who do not advertise them.

Well, I should do the advertisrment part of it.

I did not Watch Football at All

I love Australian Football which a combination of Rughby, Football and Australian own innovation on the ground.

They play such a clean game the referee is just an onfield spectator.

No body blows or ugly tackles.

It is the Gentleman Game player by gentlman, whereas Football is the hooligan's game played by hooligans.

This refree must have got handsome some money for this act of dishonesty.

My prediction before the gane was 3/2 either way.

But the real reason for Argentine Loss was they played England like the final and depleted the glycogen stores in their leg muscles. The rest period is not enough for replenishment of glycogen stores. The glycogen replenishment is done at a leisurely pace.

I am saying this as a medical man.
