This is no way to discredit service personnel / people especially in the Army, Navy and Air Force.

I could not get a reserve post in services (I tried only air force) well before ethnic conflict.
I went abroad once for education and came back before the bond period was over and then long time after leaving government service for definte reason and came back again and join the University.
This was made easy by most in the University have left l having lot of vacant posts.
I made it a point to blacklist all who have not kept their bong agreements fulfilled.
I was the only one out of three who came back in my batch after academic leave of four years.
Others remained and pretent to be more patriotic when they come to Ceylon (to avoid harsh winter towards the latter part of their own career.
