My Hypothesis of Alien Cover Up

My Hypothesis of Alien Cover Up

This I have to do before next President of United States is sworn in ?
November 2016 and effective from January 2017.

If I do that after the sworn in, I become a laughing stock of the CIA, FBI, DOD and NSA.

Mode of disclosure in USA is very simple.

1.Never direct or firsthand in the name of witness protection

2. No documentary evidence (if there are any, they are classified and sealed 100 feet underground in places where nuclear contamination has occurred)

3. They are released after 70 years when the people known to have direct evidence are dead or demented

4. Government explanation is the only correct version and others are all speculations.

5. Encourage speculation

6. No collaboration with other agencies in the name of independence of all units.

7. Whistle blowing (Snowden type) are discouraged, if that happens they are in their nineties and can be passed as fragmented memory or dementia.

8. UFO material was leaked out without cohesion,”one of my old friends told me, so and so,cock and bull story, in his or death bed (dying disposition).

9. Presidents (UFO scenario) and political leaders are kept in the dark by design.

10. Military overrules political machinery in the name of national security.

The black crow becomes white crow scenario prevails.

Why Cover up of UFOS?

There may be many but I will speculate only one scenario.

1. Aliens were far superior in technology and intelligence.

2. They had medical problems to solve of their own.

3. They needed genetic material and live organs for testing.

4. There was memorandum of understanding after lengthy telepathic negotiations.

5. In exchange of information and materials, the aliens were allowed free access and alien abductions became a reality.

6. There was no compensation for returned abductees but amnesia or mentally blank picture or blurred encounter.

7. The film industry a beneficiary (books came later).

I hope you got the picture by now.

My reasonings of how security arms operate is
simple.

They are not accountable to any but law unto themselves.

This is frightening but is the truth of the matter.

Transparency is just a joke.

Any country including Sri-Lanka has a local mafiosi organization/s (may be several).

These illegal (in the name of NGO) organizations operate independently or with the knowledge of the state.

In actual fact, they are patented in the same line and according to the country of origin and style.

May be sophisticated or crude.

They are there to create fear and psychosis in the minds the citizenry, even though they are meant to protect the civilians.

That is the declared purpose but in reality cover up the state embezzlement and corruption (modern Sri-Lanka is a good example).

Below is a unclassified (what I mean is, level of secrecy or power hierarchy not known, to whom they are answerable or responsible also not clear) list and it may not be comprehensive.
