Criteria of Eligibility for AI in Heaven
Posted on January 10, 2011
1. Longer one lives more one accumulates corrupt practices and less points (inversely proportionate) or merits one gets to go to heaven
In this context one who donates the kidney gets more merits and one who lives with the kidney gets more demerits (disproportionate since cumulative action).
7. This is the example I used to explain the 3 Cs Cumulative, Culmination of Carma (if one uses C gets more Karma since he is destroying a prominent language called English and if one K for karma he gets less so calculation are very subtle in nature in the final equation.
8. Similarly if one uses Sinhala instead of Pali terminology he gets more karma since Sinhala is the language that destroyed Pali in the first instance. English is taken as a neutral language because of its general use and corruption by many nations and now especially by Sri-Lankans
9. Most difficult part is finding correct terminology in Pali to be used in the equation since Buddha was very clever not to leave any obvious clues in all the Thripitakas (Canons) for me to get hold.
This much is enough for one to understand the nature of the calculation if not mathematics. If I reveal anymore even an average MP would be able to calculate his merits and demerits when he or she decides to exit from this planet.
10. The laptop they carry can convert the equation instantaneously to final outcome in decimals and nanoseconds without using their brains and any more revealing is very detrimental to my living and long life.

Debian on a USB Stick
Debian on a USB Stick
Making a Bootable USB stick (USB 2) with Debian 9.8.0 is humanly impossible.
1. I tried it with the latest DVD (First out of the 3 DVDs).
2. It has enormous amount of packages and does not fit in with a 16 GB stick.
3. Writing took nearly four (4) hours and aborted with failure to install software.
4. I tired (thinking that it might help to recover).
It did not (probably no space left) write a Grub file.
5. I could mount Debian on a USB 64 GB stick (no installing) with MultiSystem Software. MultiSystem is a Ubuntu based utility that makes bootable USB.
6. I tried UnetBootIn and failed.
7. Linux does not support writing a Grub file on a USB stick.
My advice is to use S.S.D external drives.
I have several and discarding all OLD USB sticks.
Alternative is to try other Linux distributions on USB sticks.
AVLinux supports booting from a USB stick.
I do not know whether Peppermint, ElementaryOs or PinguyOS support USB booting.
It is time to say Good Bye to USB sticks, except for data writing.
I am not sure one needs a swap partition for S.S.Ds but all the same reserve some space for swap.
S.S.D does not support Master Boot record and one cannot install a second Linux distribution.
I have Debian on my Mater SSD but the reserved (for a second distribution) J.F.S. partition is unusable.
New technology does not support OLD but very productive methodology.
My old turntable drives with terabyte capacity have three or four distributions installed with over 500 GB left for my data (films, photos, books and record of my Document Files).
One does not need cloud to store data, especially if your Internet connection and data transfer is pretty slow.
It is true in my case and I work only past midnight.
The technicalities behind it are tricky, but MBR is constrained by the capacity and limited number of its sectors—only 32 bits are available to represent logical sectors. You can find out more on Microsoft’s TechNet blog, but it means that MBR can only use up to 2TB of storage space.
GPT allows for 64 bits, which means that the storage limitation is 9.4ZB.
In short: MBR can support up to 2TB.

Bacterial Logic and Forensic Toxicology
This is a convoluted piece only a forensic guy will understand.
Neither Ranil the current Raja nor the Ex Raja would understand the logic, literally or metaphorically.
This has nothing to do with current starvation strategy of the government to save money to pay the salary of 225 MPs and their dependents.
Arguments goes like this why we have one bowel motion a day.
Of course some have three purges a day called "Ka Hatiye Bada Yama" and I have not understood the scientific bacterial logic of 3 motions a day.
Somebody else should do a PhD on that topic.
It is our own Lamabadusuriya who did a PhD on ion channels and the need for glucose not sucrose in rehydration fluid apart from Sodium and Potassium (me adding vitamins in 1973 as an intern some of my Sinhala colleagues thought, I had gone mad).
Sodium, Potassium and rehydration fluid which WHO borrowed from US was out of the Formulary Committee headed by Professor Senaka Bible.
I have a single copy of Formulary Notes and the list of other names in 1968, I will post it here, on a later date, with some of their volatile statements, that I can remember.
By the way, 1968 is the year we entered the university 54 years ago.
Out 55th anniversary is next year by that time, I hope Anthony Fausi CDC chairman is ousted after a formal inquiry of mishandling of China and his outreaches of money swindlers in pharmaceutical companies world wide, including in UK.
Coming back to my original preposition why one motion (not one nation) a day and the corollary one meal a day.
It goes like this.
1. 60 % of our faeces is bacteria.
2. They are vital for us including providing B vitamins and K vitamin.
3. If you flush them fully we succumb to loss of 60% of the cell load of the body.
An amazing biological factory.
Mind you they are so tiny the mass contribution in weight is so tiny like Tiny Linux (4 to 8 MB in memory here) but in numerical numbers they outnumber the current human population.
So if you count the number of bowel bacteria in Chinese population, ordinary binary computer will crack in a few seconds.
We need a quantum computer to count the number of Chinese bacteria (I stop counting their viruses).
4. They are called friendly bacteria.
I have a book on that topic.
5. Giving antibiotics to kill about 40 types of pathological bacteria is not logical.
6. Invariably leads to drug resistant pathological bacteria.
7. That is the survival strategy irrespective of that the bacteria are commensals or pathogenic.
8. These bacteria divide once in 24 hour cycles is my belief.
So one has to empty one bacterial load once in 24 hours.
They divide in 20 minute cycles.
9. More importantly in their sugar metabolism they produce water and carbon dioxide.
10. Carbon dioxide make a big noise like politicians and is called political farts.
11. The water that is essential is reabsorbed even during periods of starvation.
It is called the water of metabolism.
Lower colon is the only place where water is absorbed in the body, solely by ion channels.
What a vital organ and we die in 3 days without water.
12. So using this biological hole for homosexuality is forbidden by 60% of the bacterial occupants whose downright biological residence.
13. That is why I hate homosexuals, like the Russians and Putin Do.
14. Current democrats are all homos and that is why the economic meltdown.
15. Please save bacteria and our Ar,. Ses.
Elive Linux
16-09-2018
I'll give Elive this - it brings on the bling, sort of a Barbie meets Liniux look and feel. The trouble is in the stability. I get browsers are an issue on old hardware, graphic cards and CPUs are pressed but many distros running on old computers manage with out constant freezes, but not Elive. And it would be somewhat forgivable if the freezing was just associated with browsers, but freezing simply permeates Elive.
Given the website for Elive reminds me of what Ron Popeil might have created if he developed a Linix distro, I expected more. Popeil's products worked as advertised, Elive does not.
And then there is the onerous process to try Elive for free, truly someone thinks much of themselves.

Elive (Enlightenment live) – a lightweight, live GNU/Linux distribution based on Debian and featuring the Enlightenment window manager.
The distribution can be used as a live CD/USB using separated live images or can be installed on a hard drive. Up to version 2.0 “Topaz”, Elive was available as a free live iso image, but installation module had to be bought.
Administration of Elive can be managed via its custom application called ‘Elpanel’, which was developed especially for Elive.
New packages and updates can be managed via Synaptic Package Manager and the text based APT tool.
Elive was under development between 2005 and 2010, when the project has been dropped.
The first two versions of Elive 0.1 and 0.2 were based on Knoppix.
The 3rd one was changed to Morphix as its base system.
Starting from Elive 0.4, the system has been moved to Debian.
The last stable version of Elive 2.0 was released in March 2010.
After 3 years of break, the developers started the project again.
The current version 2.6.x is still in beta stage.
Elive is available for i386 CPU based (or newer) machines.

My Learning Curve of Debian 6 to Current 9.9.0
My Learning Curve of Debian 5 to Current 9.9.0
My Learning Curve of Debian 6 to Current 9.9.0 was not smooth but with lot of hiccups but it was worth all the same.
I am writing this while waiting for Debian to be installed on a laptop.
I erased the Windows for good (laptop) but it did not allow me to mount a Linux distributions.
Sinister and a sadistic ploy and the ESP boot partition is filled with a batch of Microsoft Secretive BIG Virus Package.
Even Debian could not bypass this strategic ploy.
But I found a way.
It is Open Solaris in TrueOS that ruthlessly eliminated the ESP partition from ROOT to the RUMP of the partition table and let me use TrueOS. (TrueOS is defunct now)
It created TrueOS version of ESP partition to boot.
The TrueOS is for developers' item and I found a way to delete its TANK partition and install Debian.
Since TANK partition cannot be resized, I had to devise my own solution without coexisting with the TrueOS.
Come 64 bits I changed to Peppermint (coming from UK is useless) and Debian.
I erased all my paid Window’s versions for good.
I now use Debian exclusively without any problem.
Even managed to make a USB stick for installation on a laptop.
When I have time I play with ElementaryOS, PinguyOS, PeppermintOS, Elive, Emmabantus and few more.
Since I now use Debian only I feel I should voluntarily retire from taking about other distributions from now onward.
Sorry guys and girls (developers) other than Debian.
Keep up the good work.
Thank YOU.

In Defence of Bab Lazar
J.R.J and Ranil Wichramsinghe-The Plan- Destroy Our Free Education
J.R.J and Ranil Wichramsinghe -The Plan - Destroying Our Education
I hear Ranil W is planning to publish a book.
He should introduce my piece here as an introduction to his book.
I have omitted some of his daring characteristics, as a respect for Mangala Sanaraweera.
This was published sometime ago and a few editions were made, today.
I am a Writer, Doctor by
profession (off from medical registration register for over 25years) and
lastly a University Teacher for over 15 years.
Never wanted to become a professor.
University is an
institution and it owns the individual and his / her status, when one
works for one of these institutions.
It does not stop there.
Long after one's exit from this institute and one has copyright ownership of the titles, University claims the Ownership.
All the writings one may wish to write one should write after quitting, any one of these institutes..
In my time, in
Ceylon one has to pay over Rs.35,000/= to get a copy of a chapter you
wrote for them but was published by it's printing press.
Some Universities own printing presses.
My university did not and the printing press doing the printing for the university was near our house. It is no more and has gone bust since practically every university was defunct after pandemic
closure (delay in having university entrance examinations and also delay
in opening the university for those who already qualified).
The pandemic which I believe was created by the Blilderbergs and Trilateral Commission was a blessing for these C.I.A. stooges.
Many of them have given up university education and a few of the lucky ones have found places in foreign universities.
I joined University as a permanent member well past 55 years and was a hard nut to crack.
University discontinued me on false grounds three times and I fought back by threatening to take them to courts of law.
University has a lawyer of low caliber and always fear litigation.
I am a freelance writer and I self publish my books at Amazon books.
I am currently working on five books.
I am currently doing
5 books (these have been already published during coronavirus pandemic), at my leisure and in the book of unique personalities, I met in
my life, I have a chapter on a nice guy who was the Assistant Registrar (only one Registrar and the rest are Assistants to the Registrar) of the Faculty of Medicine. It included Dental Science and Veterinary Science in our time. However, unlike today the numbers were limited by statues.
He was a very nice guy and he was unceremoniously discharged from the university because he did not bend the law to satisfy the then Dean or the Vice Chancellor.
Reason for his termination of service, I do not
know, and my guess is one of the dons wanted to adjust the pass marks or
class marks of one of his student stooges, probably of the opposite sex.
Registrar records
the marks on a register and once entered by hand in ink, the marks cannot be
altered and this is done individually and later checked in the presence
of the Board of Examiners who have the original list of markes.
The mark lists are properly sealed with lacquer and are checked by an examiner who is not the examiner of the particular subject.
These rules were established by the British when they were administing the Single University.
The Senate which is huge but with the specified number of place holders have to certify the final result. All these are done to prevent any possible fradulant acts of commission or omission. Our original certificates (Ceylon specified) were accepted pro rata by the General Medical Council in UK.
In the examination
board the board collectively decide to allocate additional minimum marks
to pass a guy or girl who has failed the subject 4 or 5 times.
I have failed only one guy (foreign) in Pathology in all my 15 years in the University.
He was a very nice
guy hopeless in Pathology but we made him to change the course of
studies and found him an alternative university in his mother country.
I have not heard about of him, since then.
All these rules,
regulations and bylaws come from British and lately we are relaxing them
to mass produce medical guys for export.
This guy (registrar) fought the university for over 16 years or more and he won with meager compensation.
He was not allowed to step into or legally barred from entering, his ulma mater for life for standing firm on right side of the law.
It an inhumane place and I am glad I am no longer, a part to it.
When politicians get involved in academic matters, they ruin everything.
The ex-president started as a State Minister of education.
He dismissed, the principle of the Issipathana School, Mr. Alles who did not bend to his wishes, on flimsy grounds.
He fought back and won but resigned to start the first private school, Gateway International.
One of my middle school teachers became the director of this school after retirement. He was a very sweet guy coming from a Catholic School.
Now my superior
professor who recruited me was removed from University Grant Commission
by the ex-president unceremoniously.
It was an assignment made by Chandrika Kumaranatunghe on merits.
My professor had a Grand Plan for the Entire University System and ex-president wanted to ruin this plan and appointed a political appointee as the Chair of the UGC.
My professor and his wife another professor left to Switzerland and never returned.
Current president's boss J.R.J wanted to ruin the university education to introduce private universities. He started by closing the Department of Pali, the moment he became the President. I regret, I voted for J.R.J. expecting him to be a better administrator.
I stand by my statement that the U.N.P. Top Guns wanted to destroy the Education of Pali and Buddhism in Ceylon.
We fought him "Head On" against his attempts to ruin University Education, and to keep the universities as
semi-autonomous institutions (with a huge Senate to administer the
independence of each institution, in academic matters of national interest).
In Ceylon teachers are recruited as puppets or prostitutes of the government in power.
Just now, I hear in the Teacher Training College Grounds, the
band playing and the teachers are paraded like school kids in the
teacher training college by reserved Army Officers.
Training teachers to be Subservient to the Army.
We are a Police State currently will soon become an Army State.
Teaching is low priority and subservience is the name of the game.
This is why I wish NOT to be born again in Ceylon.

Debian the clear winner-The Gold for Light and Heavy Weight Championship
Posted on July 26, 2011
These instant Heroes had unassailable lead and they had to be pulled down to base level and gyrate them on the correct path lest all of us would be heading for disaster.
I hope senses will come to body politics of the country, unless of course the voters will bring the Heroes to Zeroes in double quick time at the correct gyroscopic orbit and time and they are not stupid or donkeys who carry burden.
We are of course in the minority in that context and what we can provide is wisdom if not vision.
We came to equilibrium position neither zero nor hero but a position of comfort from where we can gyrate to greater heights if correct recognition is extended.
Debian
Coming to IT industry where there are commercial heroes but the clear winner which gyrate at the correct orbit is Debian.
It was no surprise.
Score of above 3000 and well above the Gold Standard of 2500 for the standard CD.
For the heavy weight category it is within the Gold Mark where no other distribution has all the components at hand with over 30,000 package well tested.
It has gParted which is around 100 MB with partition and security features.
It has Blender, Scribus and Inkscape.
Only missing component was O.E.M. component.
It did not have a printed book but thanks to French and the English translation is due soon and available on line as open source.
It has all the versions from Mini to KDE to Server.
It has multi-language support including Sinhala.
It does not pretend to be a (commercial) hero but the wise counsel to all the other distributions which include Ubuntu and extending a hand to Linux Mint currently.
Additionally it is forging with FreeBSD, too.
It is the clear winner.
It is called Debian.
It is not for the lazy souls and it is the one who wants to dig a lot, sweat a bit and enjoy a lot of the hard labour.
Nothing is easy in the IT World.
One has to go into simple command line and give commanding orders till midnight commander sleeps like a sleeping beauty!
Debian Collection-Sinhala Capability
Debian Collection-Sinhala Capability

I am afraid you are not going to hear, I relate, any good dreams for a while and I was under the weather, this time not due to verbal diarrhoea of a political variety but really runny bottoms which virtually dehydrated me and the forced starvation had caused even hypoglyaemia to the extent, I have a slight headache even interfering my prolonged sleep on a Poya Day.
What usually happen is I have a good invigorating dream on Pre-poya day and I go straight to the computer and an email to Maha Brhma who virtually responds instantaneously to my dreams.
You may remember, we had an agreement unless the dream content has some humour, both ways my actual dreaming of it and its interpretation by Maha which makes the earthling practically starving of a good laugh, keep amused away from our boring politicians.
Suffice is to say I had some little fragmented dreams of no significance but a good one is long due.
Probably our cricket team’s poor performance and Sanga’s muted Revelations of Sri-Lankan Cricket would get no Sri-Lankan into a good mood awake or in dreams.
I have to agree with Sanga that Cricket was not something alienated with power politics or racial overtones whether it is South, North, East, West of in the Central Hills in the past but it seems under the present regime it has become alienated to extent one who is a Buddhist and coming from deep south only will get a chance to play for Sri-Lankan team as a newcomer and s/he should be in the ruling party as a member of the parliament or avid supporter to get some contracts to fatten his or her foreign exchange illegally.
Corruption is ripe and only difference is unlike Indians our officers are cushioned by political maneuvers.
This is what Sanga could not state (not the 9 O’clock News item) but his resignation at a time when we had not groomed a viable successor, is an indication of his disgust how cricket is manged here in Sri-Lanka.
Well done Sanga, you come from the hill capital was the only one like our Late Kadhiragarman who value principles of good governance.
I suppose you should now concentrate on law rather than cricket.
Be a chip of the old block.
Time will tell who with the political backing will get the baton but who ever who comes with political baton will be sure to fail, since cricket is the only game where power politics has no place.
England has shown us how it is done with transparency and I won’t be surprised if England will lift the Cup next time around if they persevere with combination of youth with talent and senors with grit.
Just for record the criticism of of Trot was unwarranted and he is the one who helped to lift the cup and silenced English armchair critics.
Well done Trot you have more to offer as a Senior Player, if Sanath can play at 41 plus you should be playing at 38 plus if you keep your fitness, technique and solid temperament to win the game for your country right, in the shorter version of the game.
But if you are not up to it don’t wait like Peterson but follow the Thescovic example and play for your county till 40 plus and enjoy the gentleman game.
I hope you will be in the team which lift the next world cup and I will be following you very closely if not the others in your team and if you need a push I will certainly give it, far away from your home from the East.
Make sure you beat Indians this time round in summer like what you did in Australia.
Indian money and politicians are ruining the game and only English can save the game from disgrace, IPL included.
We should never allow Bolliwood to fashion the game!
I am far off the target from Linux and Debian in particular.
Now I have array of CDs/DVDs to promote Sinhala Linux and devoting my time for Debian during our industrial action which has given me ample time to sit in front of the computer.
Debian has produced bug fixes and I have downloaded them too.
I think Deann fork should follow Unity experience while maintaining Linux Mint under Debian fold.
