Peppermint OS Installation

Yes, I got Gnome on Peppermint OS.

Brings in old Nostalgia.

I really like the User and Group application since I did not like working on /root permission.

7.9 used with the base and few other I have 6.6GB left.

I am going to try Gnome boxes and it used only 200MB.

With Abiword, Firefox and

Peppermint OS was my favourite during 32 bit Era.It went to hibernation after version 7 and I lost interest.

It has come back with a Debian version.
It is minimal and not even a browser.
Has Synaptic Package Manager.
I have a partition of 16.7GB and it is the ideal choice.
It comes from Britain.
I like the dog in the opening Plymouth Window.
WiFi is OK but takes a long time to install unlike ARCH based distributions.
But is nevertheless a Debian based XFCE.
I would mount GNOME soon.
Installer is distribution independent Calamara.
Thank YOU very much girls and boys of Peppermint Development Team.
I am back and an ardent Synaptic Package Manager Supporter.
