This is a New Project initiated in Rajanganaya, Anuradhapura to promote Buddhism in Colloquial Language for the benefit of the general public of CEYLON.
This has no connection to NPP/JVP.
The name Henry is used to get foreign aid from Norway.
Bokken Kleppe is the lead figure.
Any vulgar vocabulary of CEYLON is allowed in this project to promote Sri or Sir Lankanness.
