Why Buy a New TV instead of an Expensive Laptop?

My old Acer Laptop is still working but very slow.

 

If I am given a choice I go for a TV and boot a Linux Distribution using a portable SSD with multiple Distributions.

 

Well I could run my applications while lying in my bed.

 

Well the Laptop keeps you warm on a cold Winter Night.
