Universal Think Tank - A Concept in Evolution

Iran

China or North Korea

Russia 

United State

Brussels 

 

Ceylon is excluded so that the NPP/JVP can establish a small Country Without Religion or Niragamikayange Lokaya.

 

India is not included, so that it can use its resources to alleviate poverty.

 

United Kingdom, France, Germany are excluded since they all, were involved in initiating two World Wars in our history and they are itching for the Third World War using proxies in the Middle East.

ChatGPT should be used to select 500 dying soldiers in combat.

It also has to design 1000 Artificial Ventilators to keep dying soldiers in suspended state.

One must remember dead leaders were saved in frozen state to be revived as and when humanity discovers the correct methodology.

If Jesus can rise from the dead why not other humans. 

It was thought as the bounden duty of humanity to find a deathless state.

500 ventilators in reserve and 500 running state.

They have to start this project almost immediately.

Already nearly five hundred (500) are dead in the Middle East.

I must say, I am not going to volunteer and I have no wish to kick the bucket until next Olympics in Australia is over.

If any of them attain Sovan, the first stage of enlightenment or emancipation, during their meditative state, he or she should be removed from the cohort and one from the category II should be promoted to maintain 500 Souls in Meditative Practice.

Status quo should be maintained diligently.

Category II

This is the job of ChatGPT.

The number in this category is unlimited.

There is no age limit but under 100 is preferred.

Moment one of the guys or girls from category I exits, one should be selected immediately using random selection criteria.

The presumption is a real Sovan guy or girl would not lie to ChatGPT. The claim of attaining Sovan Status should be taken on face value.

Category III

This again is left to ChatGPT decide.

ChatGPT should design a form for individuals to enter this protocol at random.

Full bio-data should be collected of all the individuals to match with those  who really have attained Sovanhood in category I.

Category IV

Many more countries were left out in the above categorization.

Since I believe in democracy each country should be given an option.

Opting out should be allowed.

No coercion is implied.

Any country that opt to participate should sent two candidates to form an Assembly.

During Iran-Israel war we discovered that UNO totally failed in its duty.

One candidate to represent the country.

The other should be a lawyer versed in International Law. 

His job is to help the representative draft the relevant legal documents for open discussion.

No close door discussions allowed.

They should review every law in existence and propose amendments if desired. 

They should formulate 10 binding laws and 10 nonbinding laws.

In my opinion we have too many laws in practice.

Most of them are there to safeguard the offenders and criminals.
