Oscar Wilde, the British Homosexual

Victorian Law
Homosexuality was a Criminal Act
Oscar Wilde was sentenced to two years of Hard Labour which destroyed his reputation.
He died soon after hid release

1553 - The Buggery Act by Henry VIII
Death Sentence

Temporary Repeal by Queen Mary

Reestablished by Elizabeth 1

1835
Last two executions.
Changed to Life Imprisonment

1885
Outlawed any sexual act with or without consent.
Minimum of two year imprisonment with or without hard labour.

1895
Oscar Wilde was sentenced to 2 years hard labour.

1967
Decriminalization of over 21 years.

1980
LGBTQ in Scotland

1982
LGBTQ in Northern Island

1984
I left UK because of these Acts, since I could not protect children and persecute paedophiliacs including police officers.
Prime Minister Edward Heath had a permanent consort under 16 years.

Strangely Army, Navy and Police officers are excluded from prosecution while they are serving the country.

Worst Case Scenario
Those who were prosecuted in the past were exonerated posthumously under political pressure and to win elections.

Ronald Regan and Margaret Thatcher
Secret unwritten law not to prosecute as an offence but never passed any law.

I believe Elizabeth 1 opposed any formal Act.
Reason may be there were many homosexuals within the Royal Family.

2000
Lowering the age to 16 which is the age when heterosexual act is permitted legally.

Karl Marx
Descrimination on the grounds of  Sexual Orientation was considered an oppression similar to Landlords oppressing tenants.

Russia
LGBTQ is a Criminal Act and punishable
Decriminalized in 1993
Homosexuality is considered a deramgement.
Homosexuls are not recruited to Army, Navy and Air Force.

That is why Russian Servicemen  are ruthless and very effective in combat roles.
