Linux Desktops and It Looks Like Gnome is out of favour, may be not.
I have listed almost all the desktops in another piece.
It Looks Like Gnome is going out of favour of many of the developers.
Gnome is my favorite and I use Debian as a base.
Even the Ubuntu Distribution has diverged a bit
I looked for another distribution with Gnome and only Vanila OS (Immutable).
I do not like immutable versions, with their claim that they are very stable.
Of course I like Mint Cinnamon desktop.
1. XFCE seems to be the crurent favourite.
2. Cinnoman is catching up.
3. Mate is also seem to be fading
4. Flush box another desktop flavor.
