Historical Political Judgement

We can be proud about the High Court Judges for giving two Historical Judgements in favour of the average citizen.

It is unprecedented in History of Ceylon!

I have not seen the full contents of the judgement but it is all about "Public Trust" and the "Right to Live" enshrined in the Constitution.

Hats off to guys and girls (very clever) who filed these two cases and lawyers who drafted them.

Judges were courageous to name all including Public Servants and Central Bank Officials.

It is all about aiding and abetting.

Since this is a legal case I would restrain from naming the names.

Very soon books will be published and it is going to be good reading about our right to question public servants who bent rules for private gains.
